Questo hotel è la sorpresa più grande di questo viaggio! Assicurati di dare una buona recensione: Innanzitutto hanno aperto solo in ottobre. Sono davvero nuovi. Tutte le forniture sono di ottima qualità. Anche le pantofole usa e getta sono di bambù, il che dimostra la loro cura. In secondo luogo, il l'hotel ha un ottimo senso del design. , anche se l'area della camera non è molto grande, ogni spazio è stato utilizzato il più possibile ed è stato progettato a forma di grotta. Dalla hall ai dettagli della camera, tutto è pieno di design. Anche fuori dal bagno sono piantati dei fiori, che abilmente bloccano il mondo esterno. È anche gradevole alla vista; infine, anche se la colazione non ha così tante varietà, è anche più squisita. Si sente chiaramente che la qualità degli ingredienti è più alta ed è abbastanza da mangiare, soprattutto il fantastico tè pomeridiano, attenzione, non è un piatto di torte, basta solo una tazza di caffè, ma un buffet! Sì, anche il tè pomeridiano è self-service, con una varietà di pasticcini, involtini primavera, frutta, panini... Insomma, basta per un pranzo; anche il servizio è molto buono, forse perché ha appena aperto, il la direzione vuole di più Ascolta le opinioni ed è molto entusiasta. È molto più premuroso del normale servizio stilizzato a cinque stelle. A proposito, anche la piscina sul tetto è bellissima. In breve, ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio a tutti di venire!

While the hotel offers a pleasant experience overall, it would greatly benefit from enhancing the service quality at the reception. A stronger focus on effective communication among the staff would elevate the guest experience. It was our 2nt time to staying here. First one was okay. All the receptionists are needed to be focus on customer centric! By the way, rooftop pool was great!

**Hotel Review** We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing; from the moment we entered, we felt the warmth and excellent service. We were greeted with a welcome drink, and the staff kindly assisted us to our room. The rooms were beautiful, just as shown in the pictures. So many opportunities for photos to be taken here. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently located near the market and a short walk from other famous sights in District 1. I highly recommend booking this hotel.

Upon check in, tea & snacks were served by the staffs. After you’re done, a staff would bring you to your room. Our initial room had a faulty lock so we called for service but there were communication challenges, as the staff couldn’t understand English well, and her tone was harsh and annoyed. When she came to the room, she realised the issue, called the servicing team to fix it. About 3-4 guys came but couldn’t fix it. We waited quite a while because they took turns to fix. They eventually got us a different room and the lock could work. Despite the hiccup, the other staffs were friendly & welcoming. Breakfast spread was good too.

Loved the services provided and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating! They even prepared a bouquet of roses and a bottle of red wine because my husband and I were celebrating an anniversary during the trip. I had a lovely time and the rooms and facilities seemed clean! However, on the last night before checking out, I had a glass of the wine with the glasses provided in the room and I had a major case of food poisoning (puking everything I ate, fever) which I’m still recovering from 2 days after returning home. Pretty sure that it was caused by either the wine or the wine glasses provided since my husband did not have any wine and he did not get any food poisoning. Thank goodness there’s a pharmacy nearby which helped me stopped puking long enough to take my flight back home. Disappointing and sour end to an otherwise lovely hotel :(

The hotel location is right at city centre. Stay for 3 days and their breakfast is amazing too! And they upgrade our room to room with window and city view!

Great place.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Was recommended by my Singaporean friend. I enjoyed the warm hospitality and receptive service from the staff. Housekeeping and laundry were also great. Breakfast was one of the best I've had so far. Traveling to other parts of HCMC is relatively easy as it is centralised. One downside would be the noise levels as it can be heard quite visibly when people walk or talk along the corridor. All in all, I loved my stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Keep it up!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were assisted by Kim and Tracy throughout our stay, and they even prepared a special birthday cake. Kim was particularly helpful in helping us check in, as well as book and find nearby locations, such as pharmacies and spas. Huge thanks and much appreciation to Kim for making the stay such an enjoyable and memorable event. The hotel breakfast, tea break and dinner has a good spread of local and international foods. The pool has a great view of the city as well, especially during the sunset. The rooms of the hotel are very clean, and the organic architectural design is rather unique too. Housecleaning is very efficient and effective. Thanks for the great stay!
