Questo hotel è la sorpresa più grande di questo viaggio! Assicurati di dare una buona recensione: Innanzitutto hanno aperto solo in ottobre. Sono davvero nuovi. Tutte le forniture sono di ottima qualità. Anche le pantofole usa e getta sono di bambù, il che dimostra la loro cura. In secondo luogo, il l'hotel ha un ottimo senso del design. , anche se l'area della camera non è molto grande, ogni spazio è stato utilizzato il più possibile ed è stato progettato a forma di grotta. Dalla hall ai dettagli della camera, tutto è pieno di design. Anche fuori dal bagno sono piantati dei fiori, che abilmente bloccano il mondo esterno. È anche gradevole alla vista; infine, anche se la colazione non ha così tante varietà, è anche più squisita. Si sente chiaramente che la qualità degli ingredienti è più alta ed è abbastanza da mangiare, soprattutto il fantastico tè pomeridiano, attenzione, non è un piatto di torte, basta solo una tazza di caffè, ma un buffet! Sì, anche il tè pomeridiano è self-service, con una varietà di pasticcini, involtini primavera, frutta, panini... Insomma, basta per un pranzo; anche il servizio è molto buono, forse perché ha appena aperto, il la direzione vuole di più Ascolta le opinioni ed è molto entusiasta. È molto più premuroso del normale servizio stilizzato a cinque stelle. A proposito, anche la piscina sul tetto è bellissima. In breve, ha un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio a tutti di venire!

The front desk staff gave a very detailed introduction at check-in, and a bellman helped carry our luggage from the ground floor to the lobby. In addition to breakfast, the hotel also provides afternoon tea on the 12th floor, which is even available on the day of check out a thoughtful touch for guests waiting for evening flights. The welcome drink and snacks were lovely and unique. Our reserved room had a clear view of the lively streets outside Bến Thành Market. The bathroom was well-equipped with bath salts, bathrobes and jacuzzi. All drinks in the minibar were complimentary, and although the hair dryer was not a famous brand, it worked extremely well. Breakfast was fairly standard, but they also offered an à la carte menu with various Vietnamese specialties. The hotel’s design and artistic atmosphere are impressive. On the day we checked out, the afternoon tea service even featured a live band performance, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, I would love to return and will recommend this hotel to friends visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful stay.

The room is spacious, clean, neat & new. The bathroom comes with a jacuzzi. Breakfast is decent. The hotel is very centralised. Great location for shopping in district 1 or 3. Grab is very affordable & widely used in HCM. Hotel staffs are super helpful & friendly. Thank you, Silverland, for making my stay so comfortable. Will definitely still choose to stay there for my next trip too. Highly recommended.

The service is attentive, the hotel is located in the city center which is very convenient. The breakfast is simple but the environment is beautiful; it's a hotel that I would choose again.

We had a very comfortable stay at Silverland Ben Thanh. The hotel’s design is beautiful—stylish, modern, and thoughtfully put together. The room was clean, quiet, and just right for relaxing after a day out. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. One of the best parts was the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was excellent and we ended up eating there most days because the food and service were consistently great. The location is also a big plus—close to many popular sights, which made it easy to explore the area on foot. All around, a great stay.

Hotel style is my favorite, comfortable and location is very convenient. Room is neat and clean. Enjoyed there very much.

Location is very good as it’s right next to Ben Thanh market, so very central and walking distance to a lot of eateries. Hotel breakfast was great too

The location is excellent—just steps from Ben Thanh Market. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the rooftop pool and relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Appreciated for all the warm welcome by the staff! First entered the hotel with staff helping to carry the luggage and direct to seat down with welcome drink and dessert! Love the aroma of the hotel, feeling so relax! Love the afternoon tea served too! Surprisingly they served quite a good range of the afternoon tea! All after all, will definitely strongly recommend this hotel!!! Location is good too~

the service was amazing! welcome drinks were given also some fruits. the hotel was also near halal restaurants which was very important for us. the room was amazing as well!! overall, we would come back again to this same hotel!!

The overall interior design of the hotel is quite unique and trendy—I was drawn in by this modern style, which led me to book a stay here. Right after we got out of the car, hotel staff came over to carry our luggage up to the lobby (which requires climbing a full flight of stairs). Check-in didn’t involve waiting at the front desk; instead, we were invited to relax in the lounge with welcome snacks and tea, while a staff member came to confirm our booking details and personally escorted us to our room. The room wasn’t large, but it was clean and tidy. Drinks in the minibar were complimentary, and we could request more bottled water at no extra charge. The bed was comfortably firm, and there was a cozy lounge sofa by the window. The toilet and shower were in separate areas, and the bathroom featured a massage bathtub. From 2:00 to 3:30 PM, afternoon tea was served buffet-style at the rooftop restaurant on the 12th floor, offering light snacks, fruits, and beverages. The restaurant’s design was even more eye-catching—it felt like stepping into a futuristic space capsule. Everything had been going wonderfully… until 8 AM the next morning, when I was jolted awake by loud banging from above. My room was on the 10th floor, directly below the gym. I started hearing heavy objects hitting the floor and people running—it felt like there was construction going on upstairs. The vibration and impact noises were mentally draining. Even when we first entered the room, I noticed the soundproofing wasn’t great—noises from the hallway were very loud. But since hallway traffic was minimal and neighboring rooms were quiet, I thought it would be fine. However, the level of impact noise from upstairs was simply intolerable. If you’re going to place noisy facilities above guest rooms, shouldn’t proper soundproofing be in place? I’m pretty sure I’m not the first person to have experienced this issue. Shouldn’t rooms with unresolved noise problems be removed from sale until they’re fixed? For a room that costs 3.6 million VND per night, dealing with this level of noise is just unacceptable. We reported it to the front desk, and they said we could change rooms—but only after a new one was cleaned and ready, around 2 PM. They told us to pack our bags and leave them in the room; they would help move them to the new room for us. At 2 PM, we were finally moved to a room on the 4th floor. Unfortunately, maybe due to the rushed cleaning, there was a used towel hanging on the bathroom door, and when we turned on the massage jets in the tub, dirty water came out. At that point, I didn’t even feel like complaining anymore. Also, being on a lower floor meant we could hear more traffic noise from the street outside—it was still better than the thumping from above, but nonetheless, it was noisy. The hotel did give us a handwritten apology card and some chocolates. But I noticed other guests received the same, so it seemed more like a standard welcome gift rather than a sincere apology. When we checked out, perhaps to make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a free ride to the airport. The car was quite old and looked like it might break down at any moment, but we made it there safely, and I appreciated saving some transportation costs. Overall, the location of the hotel is excellent. Step out the back door and you’ll find many fruit vendors, and right around the corner is a jewelry shop that’s highly recommended for currency exchange. Across the street is Ben Thanh Market and the metro station entrance. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and both breakfast and afternoon tea were decent. However, the poor soundproofing and average facilities were disappointing. To access the pool, you have to walk through the restaurant, and the pool itself is tiny—not exactly inviting. The steam room and sauna also seemed unused. For this price, there are probably better options available.
