Hotel in zona MTB TRACK GADUNGAN, Bali

We had a great 3 nights stay as a honeymoon couple at Nirjhara. Exceptional experience , rooms are great and unique , we loved the location and staff was very friendly which made our stay very warm. We stayed at a few areas in bali at 5 stars resorts and we highly recommand staying at Nirjhara as it is a unique boutique experience, facility is brand new with incredible design and small details attention, great food at in house restaurant, nice beach for surfing near the hotel with good proximity to Canggu center, great offered activities and experiences as well as spa treatments, overall great 5 stars hotel experience. Waiting for our next trip to bali to come back to nirjhara.

Un giardino del Paradiso con persone carine Dalla calda accoglienza si sentono immediatamente a casa mentre si gode di una bevanda di benvenuto. I bungalow con bellissimi nomi di fiori come Lilly, Cempaka e il nostro Bougenville sono tutti spaziosi e hanno una grande bagno. Il letto voluminoso è una bella matrice. I bungalow hanno una veranda spaziale da cui si può vedere il bellissimo giardino in pace. Le piante, gli alberi e i fiori sono di una diversità che non si vede spesso. Esso esula la tranquillità, in parte a causa del suono naturale degli uccelli, dei chickhaks, dei geckos e molte altre specie. Puoi anche prendere un esplosivo inviolabile nella bella piscina dell'infinito. Con Nyoman e Gede abbiamo fatto tutti i tipi di viaggio che ci sono stati offerti per un piccolo onere: tubi d'acqua calda, tracce attraverso i campi di riso, alle diverse cascate d'acqua. Tutto è consentito, niente è necessario. Mia moglie ha partecipato alla Yoga diverse volte, sia yin che yang. Nyoman ci ha offerto di sottometterci a un rituale nella fede hindu, una cerimonia di purificazione da parte di un uomo autorizzato e di una donna del villaggio Sesandan. E' stato un privilegio sperimentare questo e mi sentivo sorprendentemente molto libero. Abbiamo anche rilassato un sacco nel giardino. Abbiamo trovato i 3 pasti che ci sono stati serviti ogni giorno. Colazione, pranzo e cena. Cynthia, Made e Tania continuano a preparare piatti immaginari deliziosi, verdure, lalapam, diverse sataie, piatti di aram, tonno preparati in modi diversi, sempre accompagnati da una deliziosa zuppa. E tutto il frutto, compreso il riso, come non l'abbiamo mai mangiato prima, così delizioso. Cynthia fa stimolare e diversi tipi di samba per gli entusiasti. Mi dimenticherei quasi del frutto con ogni pasto. E' sempre stato un piacere andare a tavola. Questo è anche dovuto al buon umore delle nostre ospiti e signori, che abbiamo riso molto, sono persone così carine e bellissime.

We stayed at Gaja Mina Resort Balian, in late June 2023. The place was underwhelming. The setting in a large rambling garden is quite lovely, with a walk out to the headland with great views but the resort's gardens and buildings are poorly maintained with piles of rotting compost, construction fences, partially cut trees (logs), scattered litter, unemptied rubbish bins, neglected and broken furniture and water features that were dried up or contained stagnant water infested with mosquito lava. My sons room was grim, concrete and basic, think prison cell, ill matched furniture, with a toilet that regurgitated what went into it (disgusting), a shower that only had cold water and gave you an electric shock when you used it. My room although quite charming in a traditional but dilapidated way had a family of cockroaches in the bedside table, most of the window stays and catches were broken. Without a shower screen or curtain, use the shower and wash the floor at the same time. Annoying and mould making. The lighting was so poor you could not read in the room. In the tropics its nice to sleep with fresh air under a mosquito net (yes there is malaria in Bali), but lack of flyscreens and only a duvet means you have to sleep with ac cold enough to justify a duvet. That’s energy efficient. NOT. There is a pool area with a bar. The bar was always closed and there was no staff to provide drinks (even in the restaurant next to it), so we got them from a local shop about 10 minutes walk away. The pool had mold all around the edge. I suspect they did not use chlorine in it. There was not enough umbrellas if more than two families were there. The restaurant food is ordinary and very expensive; the internal dining room smelt of stale food and damp. Everyone I saw requested salt and pepper to make the food edible, including on their pizzas. My prawns were only just edible, suffering greatly from blandness. The fresh coconut juice directly from a coconut tasted of water not coconut. When I brought it up with the staff he dismissed my concern. The restaurant was also the most expensive in Balian. Considering the waiters did not come to the tables to take orders, barely moved and provided the most meagre level of surly service, the 10% restaurant service charge included on the bill at the end was a complete mystery. Although our tariff noted that included return transfers to the airport, they wanted me to pay for it. 24 hours prior to leaving I provided my voucher to reception but they insisted I contact the resort Owner to sort it out. She did not answer my calls or texts; finally an hour before departure her only response was that she was in a meeting. She is a disgrace. This place is wildly over-priced, horribly neglected and staffed by the most unhappy people I met in Bali. Even the airport security staff were friendlier. It could be so much more.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Un posto bellissimo con tanto potenziale ma.... Durante la nostra prima notte, abbiamo sentito un topo che girava sul tetto per tutta la notte. Ci siamo svegliati e abbiamo trovato cacca di topo ovunque, anche vicino al letto. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera e non abbiamo sentito più nulla di notte dopo aver cambiato la nostra stanza, ma ogni mattina abbiamo trovato cacca di topo vicino al letto. Inoltre, non poter utilizzare Grab è un grosso problema. Gli autisti locali fanno pagare una quantità ridicola di denaro, quindi se hai intenzione di fare un giro nel centro di Ubud, questo resort non fa per te.

Calma, sicura e pulita. Riformulato e sentirsi bene. Piscine sono sorprendenti. Il personale è amichevole, competente e ansioso di aiutare. Dritto sulla spiaggia. Dopo essere stato un visitatore frequente negli anni sono molto felice con i meravigliosi miglioramenti degli ultimi anni. Se vuoi rilassarti e ricarri, questo hotel è fantastico. Ottenga un tan, un allenamento in sala di esercizi che si guarda la spiaggia, o trattarti da un trattamento professionale al Spa. È vicino al centro di Lovina (distanza a piedi) ma abbastanza lontano per non sentire la musica pompando nelle prime ore. Io sono venuto a Bali e Lovina da 30 anni e la mia scelta per un hotel ragionevolmente prezzi e ben designato è Sunari.

Il personale dell'ufficio frontale non è abbastanza amichevole, si prega di essere più amichevole.Il più importante. non sicuri di venire.

This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!
