Risposta dalla struttura: Caro Side23, Ci scusiamo sinceramente per l'esperienza spiacevole che hai avuto durante il tuo soggiorno, il tuo feedback è importante per noi e ci dispiace che la stanza non fosse pronta e per quanto riguarda i tuoi soldi questa è la prima volta che succede nel nostro hotel, abbiamo abbiamo indagato su tutto il personale che pulisce la tua stanza e nessuno ha trovato i tuoi soldi, hanno solo trovato spazzatura e una scatola di pizza nella stanza e ti consigliamo inoltre di denunciare alla polizia per chiarire questo caso ma ti rifiuti e ti preghiamo di sapere che prendiamo queste preoccupazioni seriamente e stiamo lavorando attivamente per affrontare e migliorare i problemi che hai evidenziato.
