Great Hotel and Location. Helpful and hospitable staff. Room and Bathroom was clean.

The location is great and the staff is super friendly. The property is old and there was an awful smell of sewage coming from the bathroom for most of our stay. However this is the perfect hotel for families so if you are trying to relax maybe not for you. Pool full of kids as it should be :D

We had a great time, but the smell from the drain in the bathroom was horrible!

excellent location close to everything, service was good everyone helpful, the rooftop room that we had was very spacious and the large balcony was great, however, the water pressure in the shower was low and the water did not drain properly due to the way the shower floor was not sloping towards the drain. wifi was poor. otherwise it was great

This hotel has a great location! It does need a bit of TLC. The air conditioner although set to the coolest didn’t seem to cool the room enough. I was in a room that was quiet but needed some stairs. The key got stuck a couple of times for room 330 that I was staying in. When I checked in I was told since I had booked via an agent that I couldn’t get the choice of a double bed, which was a bit disappointing. Would go back to Sanur, the area is lovely and quieter than other areas in Bali with a lot of options nearby.

The location is amazing. Its close to many restaurants and close to the beach. However, despite its cheap price, i wont say it is the best even for the price. 1. The air-con in our room was turning off every 40 minutes which can get annoying especially when you are sleeping. 2. The wifi was good in the first 2 nights of our 3 night stay but on the last day, the wifi was barely working. 3. The toilet has a strange smell. Not sure if it is smoke or sewage. 4. The tap water is salty however, in the two hotels in bali i stayed in, both had salty tap water so cant really blame the hotel on this. If you would like to drink mineral water, there are shops right beside the hotel that sell mineral water for quite a cheap price especially the bigger containers of mineral water. 5. There is no slippers provided 6. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They were helpful, friendly and provided great service. If you need anything, you can easily contact them and they would bring whatever you need that they have.

Dirty , toilet is terrible! The shower towels are very old. Breaking is terrible

Lovely place! The service was excellent, with special thanks to Arsa and Pey who were so kind and friendly to our son... thank you again for the treats! The room itself was spacious and clean, a very nice space on the balcony as well with a sink, fridge and seating space.

This hotel was good, they give us earlier check in with our babies, but the facilities need to be upgrade, the towel was old, the play area need more clean the staff was okay

The location is good, pretty close to the beach and shops. It's just located in alley a little bit to see the hotel, so when you first arrive you have to look for it a bit. Service is amazing, since balinese realy friendly to tourist. Cleanliness is very good. For amenities 4 star because some of the 3rd floor room don't have elevator access.might be hard for elderly, water pressure is ok, could be better, but I'm on 3rd floor so acceptable. Quietness is good, and can sleep fine without any noise. Pool area is nice and lounger are clean.
