The Quest San Hotel Denpasar Bali by Aston, this hotel has a convenient location to the Airport and Kuta and has good quality rooms at a reasonable price. 20 min drive to the Airport and 25 min by Bike to Kuta Beach. The rooms are good and clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here at the Quest - Bali.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Può ancora assicurare la sicurezza di tutti gli ospiti che rimangono con voi? Ci chiediamo se tutti i punti sul CHSE siano attuati quotidianamente dal personale dell'hotel? - Molto povere condizioni di camera. molto pareti di tinture, la copertura di tinture ha molte tinture, la pittura nella stanza quando ho appena controllato, la posizione quasi caduta. wow, seriamente questo hotel è gestito dal gruppo Jayakarta? (FYI la mia stanza era nel 003) - Il banner del protocollo sanitario nel lobby frontale è caduto a causa del vento, ma nessuno ha notato? - Le atteggiamenti del personale devono essere migliorati. nessuno ci ha salutato al massimo quando eravamo nel lobby, anche quando il personale femminile dell'hotel ci ha passati. Beh, è perché siamo ospiti locali di Balinese e dovremmo ottenere questo tipo di servizio? No, imparare a rispettare ogni ospite che resta con voi. - Alla fine, abbiamo deciso di fare un checkout precoce e anche il momento più terribile, quando sono arrivato alla ricezione. Il personale incaricato non ha chiesto perché ho deciso di fare un checkout precoce.

Il Dripz Coffee sotto l'effettivo Eden Hotel offre un grande caffè più cibo, snack ecc. Amichevole e utile personale!!Abbiamo avuto molti colazioni all'Eden Hotel - molto bello e grande valore!! Abbiamo avuto colazione americana, e c'è anche un'opzione per un buffet. Grazie a molti utenti, tra cui Juni, Ari Arum e Satria dal Dripz Coffee.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

Questo hotel per le persone che non hanno bisogno della spiaggia (è lontano). Ma ha una delle più grandi piscine di Bali con acqua pulita. Anche le camere sono perfettamente pulite. Per il prezzo della corona è un diamante! Ristorante molto economico ma molto semplice con cibo in stile Warung, potrebbe essere utile avere alcune opzioni più occidentali come costolette di maiale o bistecca. Comunque posto decisamente fantastico!

Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

Il conducente Wayan, organizzato dall'hotel, è molto buono, inglese è grande, comunica con il flusso di comunicazione, servizio attento, tecnologia di guida di prima classe, ci porta a visitare le attrazioni orientale e occidentale dell'isola di Bnida, è il conducente e il guidatore di viaggio, e ci aiuta a prendere le foto. Quando ci fermiamo in attrazioni, ci aspetta con pazienza, Ci porti anche in un ambiente bello, e fornisce un ristorante sul mare che è distinto e delizioso, godendo la musica e ascoltando il cibo. Due giorni di gioco di Linea orientale e Linea occidentale, più due ore di tre punti di immersione, abbiamo visto pesci dimonici, bellissimi pesci colorati, bellissimi pesci e pirati. Stiamo cercando direttamente il manager dell'hotel, Il viaggio di due giorni organizzato è molto soddisfatto del viaggio di due giorni. E'grande!E'molto meglio di cercare un gruppo di viaggio, il tempo di gioco è pieno, l'atteggiamento del servizio del conducente Wayan è buono.Si raccomanda fortemente di trovare il manager dell'hotel per organizzare il viaggio.
