Staff very helpful and accommodating, location is fantastic, value for money. Breakfast is good but the bread can be better. Will definitely go back there again.

Overall stay was good. Service is good and the place is well kept. Only downside was the breakfast. Breakfast menu is fixed and they do not offer flexibility…

The villa is location is in an alley, may not be easy to see. But other than that, food areas are all around, easily locate convenient store. The bad side, swimming pool need to improve cleanliness.

定的是二卧室別墅，別墅老闆很好，房間很乾凈，早餐也很好吃，照片裏除了中間的木瓜，都是酒店提供的，用心做的。之前有留言了，還做了蜜月佈置。 有些客人説泳池不乾淨問題，酒店入住當天開啟了自動清理功能，三個小時後都很乾凈了，泳池很大很深，遊起來超級爽～總之能夠接受這是棟有些年頭的別墅的話都沒啥問題，畢竟價格擺在那裡，性價比還是很高的。床鋪也很乾凈。而且走進去一段小路讓別墅很安靜。

房間被子非常臟，第一天入住在辦理的大廳過去回房間的路上直接有蛇，我們看見了叫了工作人員問為什麼有蛇，他説因為處理蛇蟲的休息，然後讓我們入住，但是要到第二天才能處理。我們房間不單有壁虎，蟲子，蝸牛，還有癩蛤蟆，酒店工作人員也不毀英語。因為帶着妹妹，比較害怕，我們要求換房間，他們説滿房了，一直到半夜11點，然後直接不回覆微信，最後找攜程處理，直接否認有蛇這個事實。第二天攜程溝通還是不願意退房，我們當天晚上就直接搬走了，不得不説攜程還是很給力的，最後攜程自己退給我一晚房費。我希望中國人不要被圖片和評分欺騙了。當然要想要住進原始森林可以體驗一下，這是第一天在峇里島，結果這麼無語。千萬不要入住這家酒店，溝通很困難，最後還顛倒是非，否認事實沒有辦法接受。其實我的要求真的不過分，要求換一個他們名下其他酒店，他們也不同意一直拖到半夜11點，最後我自己重新訂了別的酒店馬上搬出來。有蛇的酒店還是綠色的蛇，怎麼還敢住的呢！！！中國人不騙中國人。。在國外遇到這樣的事情是很難維權。所以為了旅途愉快不要選這種酒店，體驗感是負數。
