La stanza è pulita, lo spazio è grande, le strutture sono complete, l'hotel è costruito sulla montagna, intorno a sé stante, adatto per le vacanze. Il conducente Wayan, organizzato dall'hotel, è molto buono, inglese è grande, comunica con il flusso di comunicazione, servizio attento, tecnologia di guida di prima classe, ci porta a visitare le attrazioni orientale e occidentale dell'isola di Bnida, è il conducente e il guidatore di viaggio, e ci aiuta a prendere le foto. Quando ci fermiamo in attrazioni, ci aspetta con pazienza, Ci porti anche in un ambiente bello, e fornisce un ristorante sul mare che è distinto e delizioso, godendo la musica e ascoltando il cibo. Due giorni di gioco di Linea orientale e Linea occidentale, più due ore di tre punti di immersione, abbiamo visto pesci dimonici, bellissimi pesci colorati, bellissimi pesci e pirati. Il personale della società di immersione ci ha anche aiutato a fotografare e filmare video. Siamo fortunati a incontrare pirati. Stiamo cercando direttamente il manager dell'hotel, Il viaggio di due giorni organizzato è molto soddisfatto del viaggio di due giorni. E'grande!E'molto meglio di cercare un gruppo di viaggio, il tempo di gioco è pieno, l'atteggiamento del servizio del conducente Wayan è buono.Si raccomanda fortemente di trovare il manager dell'hotel per organizzare il viaggio. This is my second stay in 2023 and it did not disappoint. I usually come with my husband and family but had a week solo and chose this hotel. Not only have we had wonderful holidays here in the past, being on my own, I liked the idea of security at the gate. I stayed in a pool view deluxe and although these rooms are a little dated, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Having a welcome platter of fruit was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The lovely staff are another reason we return again and again to this hotel. Lintang is a wonderful asset to this hotel and makes me feel like family. Wirik in the restaurant realised I was travelling alone and went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable and had a friendly smile and chat for me each morning. She does an excellent job and also makes me feel like family The pool is one of the best in Sanur. Perfect temperature and huge, so you never feel crowded and can move around freely. It would be good if there were more lounges though. Pool bar staff are lovely and efficient. The hotel is located a short distance from the beach and has numerous excellent restaurants out front. It’s an easy walk to night markets as well Lastly, the security guards were wonderful. Very diligent at their jobs and so friendly and helpful to me. The Swissbel is my go to hotel in Sanur. It’s such great value for money and its buffet breakfast is great. Try a themed dinner night as the food is sensational and great value being “all you can eat”! Thanks again Swissbel, we will be back!

Really nice hotel in the ITDC area of Nusa Dua, easily accessible, safe and with a long pool and an Indonesian Style buffet breakfast. The rooms are a good size and very clean, well worth the price. Staff are super friendly and helpful, they are incredibly polite and accommodating to guests . Special shout-out to Dewak who was very very helpful throughout my stay here and helped me out without fail. He knows the area well too and so gave me good recommendations for coffee places and places to get good food and drink! Will stay here again for sure!

Camera pulita, bagno pulito.. consigliere questo hotel al mio amico. Buona cena, La connessione Wi-Fi è stabile e buona. Grande lobby, buon piscina. Questa volta ero in una stanza senza finestre, quindi non potevo dire se fosse giorno o notte. Quando effettui una prenotazione, dovresti essere in grado di scegliere se c'è o meno una finestra.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏

This place was absolutely amazing!! I’m so glad I chose to stay here. It was super clean and had the most friendly and bubbliest crew there!! It was off the main touristy location and was in a quiet area that had an ATM and little supermarket next door. Security was on point and would check the cars when we dropped back for anything we may have left behind, or they would take a pic of the cars number plate when we were picked up by transport.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel qualche settimana fa e abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di gustare il loro menu di anelli nel loro ristorante sul tetto.Non ci sono diversi hotel che forniscono menu di anelli speciali nel mese di luna di miele, quindi qui è nuovo.La scelta del cibo è buona e ci sono molti piatti indonesi che possono gustare. Il mio preferito personale è mi Aceh, retina e curry.Puoi anche vedere un bel panorama solare sulla spiaggia di Kuta, che è assolutamente un punto aggiuntivo!

Il Dripz Coffee sotto l'effettivo Eden Hotel offre un grande caffè più cibo, snack ecc. Amichevole e utile personale!!Abbiamo avuto molti colazioni all'Eden Hotel - molto bello e grande valore!! Abbiamo avuto colazione americana, e c'è anche un'opzione per un buffet. Grazie a molti utenti, tra cui Juni, Ari Arum e Satria dal Dripz Coffee.
