State con la mia famiglia in questo hotel. La stanza era comoda con il palazzo di stile Balinese. Il menu del colazione ha bisogno di più opzioni. La piscina dei bambini era grande e pulita, mia figlia molto felice di passare il tempo li. Dopo aver controllato che abbiamo ricevuto la formazione di YOGA, ha una buona capacità di comunicazione con l'ospite e può spiegare bene la zona in un breve periodo di marcia verso la nostra stanza.In futuro, YOGA può essere un buon bene per qualsiasi azienda.

Abbiamo appena finito la nostra vacanza di 7 giorni a Hayatt Sanur. Sceglierla è stata la migliore decisione che potevamo fare! Prima di tutto, ubicazione! La posizione dell'hotel è più che perfetta! Tutto quello che si può immaginare è vicino. La spiaggia è pulita e bella. Le sale da sole sulla spiaggia sono disponibili, abbondanti e in buone condizioni. Le aree dell'hotel sono sorprendenti! E' cosi' bella che può portare via il respiro. Con le ciambelle, i cani e le lilie. La suite Regency è una grande stanza con una grande terrazza. L'unico problema di questa terrazza è che non è coperta e non è utilizzabile durante le piogge o i giorni caldi. Inoltre, non c'è luce sulla terrazza, quindi la notte è davvero buia. Fortunatamente, l'hotel ha più di personale sorprendente! Il manager Sinta fa sopra e oltre per rendere il vostro soggiorno inoltrabile. Dopo aver detto alla manager Sinta la nostra preoccupazione di non avere luce sulla terrazza, è stato risolto in nessun momento! Altamente professionale! Sinta e Sheril sono andati oltre e oltre per rendere il nostro soggiorno sorprendente, tra cui un'organizzazione molto speciale del nostro dinner romantico che era inoltrabile! Il club di Regency è un'eccellente aggiunta, ma un po' limitata, ma il manager del club Oki sta trasformando questo club in un posto molto bello per rilassarsi e rilassarsi. Il cibo in tutti i ristoranti è fantastico, fresco e così delizioso! Vorrei davvero ringraziare un cameriere Anom per il suo professionalismo, il servizio clienti e un cuore incredibile! Grazie al suo personale, questo hotel ci ha lasciati con le memorie più belle e inoltrabili!

Le camere superiori non sono così grandi. Attrezzature molto limitate. Illuminazione in camera. Ok per stare per qualche notte. L'odore della camera era un po' strano. Buffet e piscina. Non si può prenotare taxi online o da soli, l'hotel ha le proprie tasse. Se si deve prenotare il proprio, allora si deve camminare a pochi centinaia di metri dall'hotel.

My best friend of 20 years and I recently went on our first ever girls trip (we are now both 40) and booked our first 3 nights at Sun Island Hotel and Spa Legian. Upon arrival we were both delighted with the architecture and presentation of the hotel, both clean and modern, yet still authentically Bali and traditional. Check in was a breeze, and every staff member we encountered was not only friendly and helpful, but genuinely cheerful. It says a lot about a place when ALL the staff are that happy all the time! Particular mention goes to the Restaurant manager who welcomed us warmly by name every morning with the most beautiful smile and upmost of care. We stayed on the ground floor in a twin share room, which was spotlessly clean, with fantastic aircon. It had a small balcony big enough for one person to stand on to vape, and the absence of any cigarette smoke on the premises was a DELIGHT. The pool areas (there are 2) are truly spectacular! We stayed away from the rooftop as we are both sun sensitive and it is better suited to sun worshippers working on their tan. The 4th floor pool bar suited us perfectly, with plenty of shaded areas for relaxing on sun lounges. Yes, the decking is in need of maintenance, but from what I understand works are set to replace the decking starting June. I can't wait to return to see the upgrade. Although the pool bars were not permanently staffed throughout our stay, a quick call using the bar phone, had whatever we required delivered quickly to us with no issue at all. It was actually such a luxury to have that pool area to ourselves most of the time. The view from the 4th floor Infinity pool is pretty special, and I thoroughly enjoyed living my best mermaid life splashing about. Breakfast every morning was basic, but delicious, consisting of fresh cooked eggs to order, alongside a buffet of noodles, rice, fruit and pastries. Food service was consistently great every morning. At the end of our 3 night stay we were both so sad to leave as the location of the hotel is absolutey PERFECT. Close enough to be walking distance to all the action and nightlife, we felt completely safe at all times, yet far enough away to be silent of a night time when we needed to sleep (in super comfy beds mind you). After a hiccup at our next hotel within a couple of hours of arriving,that we both couldn't look past, we made the decision to check out and return to Sun Island. To our delight, not only were we welcomed back with literal open arms, we were offered the same rate we had been paying (was an early bird rate when we booked and this was now a weekend) but put straight back into our freshly cleaned original room. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to the service we received. A small issue with the aircon was attended to as soon as we made mention of it and the remainder of our stay just felt like home. We both can't WAIT to return to Sun Island Legian on our next Bali adventure!

Di sopra nel centro commerciale Ma il centro commerciale è molto grande ed è composto da diversi edifici circolari, il che rende facile confondersi. È un po' confuso girare per il centro commerciale dall'hotel alla strada. Il centro commerciale non sembra avere linee guida. Si consiglia all'hotel di predisporre alcuni segnali di orientamento Complessivamente La posizione è comoda e relativamente nuova La colazione è ricca e anche l'atteggiamento del personale del ristorante è OK. Il direttore del ristorante ha eccellenti capacità comunicative Dopo aver chiacchierato con un altro tavolo, ha festeggiato il compleanno dell'ospite🎉 Complessivamente Coloro che amano il surf a Kuta Beach È conveniente scegliere qui È comodo sia che tu stia cenando, visitando un bar o andando in spiaggia.

Overall experience was good. We have a pleasant stay. Directly attached to a mall, nearby full of restaurants and shops, very close to the beach. Very nice staff who greet you every time. Breakfast is decent. There are still rooms for improvement. Appreciate if the hair dryer can be permanently available in all rooms but not on request and need to request on daily basis. Sound proof is on poor side especially during peak season and there are some guests who like to make noise at 3am and hotel repair work that is done at midnight. The jam outside the hotel main road is super bad, a disaster if you need to travel outside.

The hotel staff and management were exceptional. Friendly and accommodating. I stayed at this hotel twice for a total of 17 nights and was very comfortable. The rooms are spacious with an en-suite with a bath as well as a shower over and the rooms are dated but being renovated. The pool on the rooftop is large enough to swim properly but the stairwell accessing it is old and poorly maintained and not suitable for those with mobility problems. The quality and quantity of food was variable. I saw guests complaining, on more than one occasion that there was no breakfast foods left. I also ordered a spaghetti bolognaise which had no bolognese on it at all! Saying that, I had a delicious pizza loaded with toppings. I think I’d they can get the food service consistent, they will have nailed it. The net curtains in the room were black at the bottom and the curtains were heavily stained and the bath wasn’t cleaned ever during my stay, despite the room being cleaned. But, these are small issues which most places have. For value for money, I shopped around and my second stay was half the price of the first, simply by shopping around. It was very good value for money and a short walk from the beachfront, so I’d definitely recommend this hotel and I’d stay there again.

Il Dripz Coffee sotto l'effettivo Eden Hotel offre un grande caffè più cibo, snack ecc. Amichevole e utile personale!!Abbiamo avuto molti colazioni all'Eden Hotel - molto bello e grande valore!! Abbiamo avuto colazione americana, e c'è anche un'opzione per un buffet. Grazie a molti utenti, tra cui Juni, Ari Arum e Satria dal Dripz Coffee.

I stayed at Grand Sovereign Hotel Kuta Bali from Jul 11th to Jul 14th. The hotel was great, the service was excellent, etc, with only one miss: I forgot my laptop charger and left it in hotel meeting room. After I flew back home to Java, I finally realized that I forgot my charger and immediately look a way to contact the hotel. Well, the response was quick and one of the hotel staff, Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL kindly help and sent the charger back to me (I include the pics of the charger and the receipt of the delivery service). What a great post service! With this kind of service, I really recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Thank you Grand Sovereign, Matur Suksma Ms. ANGEL/ANJEL. 👍👍🙏🙏
