This place was definitely once an insider tip of extremely high quality. Unfortunately, there is hardly any trace of that anymore. already the name is misleading. The complex is neither “exclusive” nor located on the “beach” and hardly a “villa” either. It is a handful of bungalows neatly arranged around a kind of ceremonial space. The individual houses are very spacious and beautifully designed, but are considerably old and already rotting. Today the complex suffers considerably from the neighboring large construction sites with construction noise (jackhammers) and screeching construction vehicles. At the same time, the communal facilities (restaurant, café, pool, terrace) are out of service and rotting. The pictures do not correspond to the facts. We were told that this is a different owner. The owner of the "hotel" is from Jakarta and only rents out the bungalows.

Close to Savaya, best if you want to go party there. However the water in the taps is salty...

Расположение совсем не удобное если вы без байка, рядом нет магазинов, кафе, ресторанов. Прям за забором производят земляные работы, долбят известь, с 8 утра долбежка начинается, звук очень громкий. Я там был две ночи, на большее бы не остался.

Красивый отель, хорошая территория, персонал очень приветливый
