L'Holiday Inn è sempre stato all'altezza del suo nome e del suo standard. La colazione è sontuosa e ho provato i succhi e il jamu ogni mattina. I bambini ricevono pasti gratuiti quando gli adulti ordinano l'alimentazione. La piscina con scivolo e galleggiante è stata divertente per i bambini e le signore del club per bambini sono amichevoli. Getta lì i bambini per poche ore siamo andati a fare un massaggio. La spiaggia privata è tranquilla. Very good service, especially the lady called Meira at reception desk provoded a lot of help to our stay, good experience.

A perfect stay. Hotel compound is big and spacious. Service is top-notch from everyone, starting from the guards who scan the car for any suspicious devices to the porter, reception, waitress. Even the manager came out to greet you during breakfast to hear your feedback if any. The hotel is fronting a beach, so it's really good if you want your own exclusive beach. The pool is amazing, huge and nicely designed. There's also gym and kids room. For lunch during low season, they even throw in a free kids meal if you order an adult set meal at their restaurant which is fairly priced. If you want to eat out, come out of hotel and turn right, and there's some great restaurants at reasonable prices. It's indeed a 5 star hotel with 5 star amenities with 10 star service. Best!

Great location. Staff is super excellent. Breakfast spread was great. Only downside was there aren’t enough day beds by the pool. Overall excellent stay. Would stay there again.

The beach is dirty, they don’t clean it at all. Food and cocktails have strange taste. Numbers are comfortable

Room is good, service is good, an accident happened, but the manager repair it well, it’s acceptable. Generally good.

The room is too small for the price range, the breakfast just so so, and worst of all the bed sheet not dry enough and have a smell. Sorry, won't come back again

Large hotel by the beach With lots of activities for the kids to enjoy Just that the location is abit off from city area for cafes and coffee ☕️ 😀 But the activities within the hotel and by the beach are sufficient to keep you busy

Very nice place,will be there again. And they allowed us early check in, room is nice and clean, hope provide more water.

Only thing to complain about is the service at the restaurant and bar. Very slow or they forget orders - just my experience for the days staying. However, everything else was great in terms the service and staff friendliness.

Had a fun stay with kids, right next to the beach. The resort is directly connected to the beach, has a nice Indian restaurant (Queens) at 300 mts, kids pool and a staff to serve you with warm hospitality.

Amazing location. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was amazing (plenty of veg options). I love the swimming pool, its connected to the beach.

Very comfortable hotel for family trip in Bali and the service is excellent.
