Hotel con balcone a Amman

La posizione dell'hotel, vicino al quartiere delle ambasciate, mi ha dato una sensazione di sicurezza e il servizio di parcheggio e riconsegna auto ha reso la guida agevole. Le camere erano pulite e la biancheria da letto era confortevole; il ristorante per la colazione offriva cibo e servizio eccellenti, senza alcun problema.

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

I was very happy with my stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Amman Hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional. It is a high-standard hotel with access to the largest gym in Amman.

Quando sono arrivato, non sono riuscito a godermi il mio soggiorno, perché c'era una sorta di problema, quindi sono stato inviato ad un hotel sorella chiamato l'Hotel Arabesque. Ero grato che l'hotel pagasse per il taxi. Il manager dell'Arabiesque, Jack, era grande! Mio amico e io abbiamo dato buoni suggerimenti su dove andare. Io e il mio amico abbiamo anche fatto un giro gratuito di due ore, che è stato annunciato nell'ascensore dell'Arabisco. Il guidatore era molto a conoscenza della città e molto bello. Così mentre il mio soggiorno a Zaman non si è rivelato come mi aspettavo, ho avuto un'esperienza positiva complessiva per i primi due giorni di Amman.

Grande soggiorno con un ottimo servizio di recente ho soggiornato all'Hotel Amman Mövenpick e sono stato profondamente impressionato dal livello di servizio e dall'esperienza complessiva. Dal momento che sono arrivato, il personale era benvenuto, attento e sempre pronto a aiutare con un sorriso.
