Ibis Amman

I had a pleasant stay at ibis Amman. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, close to Amman Mall and many services. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

We had to stay there for the night. But we got no option but this hotel, my husband told me it used to be good but it turned out one of our worst experiences… No asked for a refund they refused…

The room was quite large, but the blankets smelled of sweat, and the sheets and duvet covers were not clean.

Very Diapointed, they gave us a Room without letting us know that they were drilling in the facades it was very noisy, they made us wait for a while till we got our room at check in ,claiming bo rooms are avaialable , while guests qho have asked for rooms at tge counter got their rooms before us without any prior reservations

The hotel interior is quite old. But location wise, it’s near Amman Mall, and quite close to attractions like Amman Citadel, Roman Theatre and Jordan Museum.

Comfortable accommodation, clean location, and close to places you need as a traveler.

Good location for me and near the hotel, there is a mall within walking distance.

Nice good location, friendly staff

The hotel is a bit rundown and the breakfast options seem to be very limited. The room itself is somewhat dark, like very dark even when all the lights were on. Had an issue with my breakfast as it they think it wasn’t included in my booking (but showed them it does). In the end, had to sort it out myself with Trip.com, though, one guy from reception says I can take breakfast for free and it’s on them. But the issue is it is not on them because I have breakfast included in my booking. 😂
