Hotel con balcone a Zurigo

In generale, tutto bene. Il minibar è gratuito, il che è fantastico. Tuttavia, sono rimasto deluso quando sono arrivato in hotel: nessuno alla reception e nessuno ha risposto alle chiamate. Abbiamo passato minuti a camminare per l'hotel cercando di trovare qualcuno che ci aiutasse. Finalmente si è presentato il ragazzo alla reception, che stava solo guardando il panorama fuori dalla porta senza uniforme e non ci ha notato (pensavamo fosse un visitatore come noi).

After surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.” The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze. The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience. If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!) We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

Uno dei miei hotel preferiti a Zurigo, il nostro soggiorno è divertente. Camera confortevole e si sente come casa e la nostra stanza è di fronte al lago Zurigo. Non dimenticare la distribuzione del colazione dell'hotel è molto buona e molti ingredienti svizzeri.

I was highly disappointed with my stay due to several major issues. First, the room description is completely misleading. I booked a room advertised with a ”City View,” but instead, I was given a room facing an inner courtyard with no city view whatsoever. Secondly, despite clearly booking for 2 guests, the room amenities were strictly prepared for just one person. We were only provided with one bath towel, one standard pillow, and one large pillow for two guests. Finally, the blanket was far too small for two guests sharing a Queen-size bed. Even though I am only 167 cm tall, it was impossible to cover my entire body. If I pulled the blanket up to cover my chest, my feet were exposed; if I covered my feet, my chest was exposed. What made it even more unreasonable was that the blanket was so narrow that it could only comfortably cover one person, despite being provided for a Queen-size bed intended for two guests. I would not recommend this property until these basic hospitality issues are addressed. Ich war von meinem Aufenthalt sehr enttäuscht, da es mehrere erhebliche Probleme gab. Wenn ich meine Füße bedeckte, lag meine Brust frei. Besonders unverständlich war, dass die Decke so schmal war, dass sie praktisch nur für eine Person geeignet war, obwohl sie für ein Queen-Size-Bett für zwei Gäste vorgesehen war. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht empfehlen, solange diese grundlegenden Mängel im Service nicht behoben werden.

Hotel Bristol Zurich is in a perfect location, especially for a short layover. You’re within walking distance of all the main sights, the Old Town, restaurants, and the train station, which makes exploring the city very convenient. However, the price does not match the experience. The hotel felt more like a dated motel than a centrally located Zurich property. There were no toiletries provided (unless you pay) the breakfast selection was very minimal, and the overall atmosphere lacked warmth. Unfortunately, the front desk service was not welcoming, which made the stay feel even less pleasant. If location is your top priority, it works. But for the price, I expected much more.

Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!

Caffè e tè gratuito per ospiti al lobby! Benvenuti con decorazione moderna e 4 ascensori per servire i vari appartamenti. Spazioso ristorante per colazione giornaliera. La camera è dotata di microonde, cucina e piccola tavola da pranzo che è buono per la famiglia di 3. Su una nota laterale, è necessario pagare per i kit dentali e i pantaloni.

L'hotel è in auto-assistenza. Trip.com non ha inviato quattro numeri di prenotazione iniziali, il che porta a contattare il personale dell'hotel per soggiornare.La posizione dell'hotel non è vicina alla stazione ferroviaria, ci vuole dieci minuti di cammino o un treno. Ma questo prezzo, non c'è molto da scegliere a Zürich. È pulito in hotel e affari.

Era un po' lontano, fumava troppo fumo e profumava sporco, e la cucina non aveva abbastanza materiale.
