Trova hotel con balconi a Zurigo

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.

L'hotel si trovava molto bene, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria principale di Zurigo e poi vicino ai negozi e ai ristoranti. Le camere sono confortevoli, ma per un viaggiatore solitario è stato grande e ben mantenuto. La doccia ha avuto buona pressione e l'acqua calda è venuta relativamente rapidamente, a differenza di alcuni altri hotel europei che ho soggiornato in precedenza. Le camere hanno avuto un senso di lusso molto moderno/scandy/montagna. Il ristorante che ha offerto colazione mattina era favoloso! Il frutto più esotico che abbia mai offerto a un colazione a buffet credo di aver avuto! Hanno avuto fichi, kiwi, plum, melone d'acqua, arance e melone da miele, oltre ad altre offerte di frutta. Hanno anche una varietà di cibi comuni come uova, bacon, salsicce, funghi, salmone fumato, pancake, molte opzioni di pane con diffusi, verdure grezze come cavolo e carote ecc più!! Aveva anche il prosecco, ma era un po' troppo presto per me!! Il loro cioccolato caldo era certamente un tentativo, però!! Mi piaceva questo hotel e mi fermerò di nuovo.

This is a lovely hotel with great views and nice rooms. The reception staff are excellent. It is a shame though that the restaurant staff are a bit inflexible in a Swiss kind of way. There is a mix of customer service. If you deal with the normal staff there’s an ‘attitude’ like ‘we are doing you a favour being here’ After Covid-19 when the hospitality industry was shut down it surprises me that there is no consideration for customers who are staying at the hotel. The mood changes when the maitre’d comes out and deals with people at the entrance. It is smooth, no attitude. There is a problem in Switzerland with the standard of customer service. Maybe it needs Gordon Ramsay to visit to give your people a massive boot up the bum. Either take the comments below on-board. Or just stick with what you’ve always done.

Una vera esperienza deludente, l'aria condizionata nella stanza non funzionava, ci fu dato un letto doppio, anche se avevamo chiamato e ci era stato assicurato che avessimo due letti gemelli. Abbiamo una stanza qui come parte di un pacchetto con biglietti Coldplay, quindi la stanza non è stata prenota direttamente con l'hotel. Questo è il motivo principale per cui abbiamo chiesto prima del nostro soggiorno di assicurarci che il letto fosse stato corretto - siamo padre e figlia, quindi un letto doppio non era appropriato. Quando ho chiamato per confermare la persona dietro il desk, ha detto che era troppo occupato a controllare l'ingresso e mi avrebbe chiamato due ore dopo e ancora niente. Quando ho chiamato indietro la persona con cui ho parlato, mi ha fatto uscire dal telefono, ho confermato che avevano la nostra prenotazione e ho chiesto se avessimo una stanza con letti matrimoniali. La persona che ho parlato ha consigliato di avere due letti gemelli e tutto era bene, quando abbiamo controllato dopo il nostro concerto non era così. L'hotel era completamente prenotato e il letto non poteva essere diviso in due gemelli, quindi abbiamo dovuto fare con un doppio. La stanza stessa era molto calda e stufa, l’aria condizionata non funzionava - all’inizio non potevamo farla passare a causa della finestra, ma nemmeno una volta sulla stanza non faceva molto per cucinare la stanza. L’unica cosa positiva che dobbiamo dire è che il colazione era buono e il personale ha cercato di risolvere la situazione con il letto, venendo a controllare se potessero dividere il letto in due che purtroppo non potevano essere fatto. La doccia era mediocre e non c'erano i bagni disponibili nella stanza - solo un po' di sapone per lavare la mano. Il calore della doccia non era coerente, continuava a andare caldo e freddo durante l'uso. In generale non consiglierei questo hotel, non sono sicuro come questo sia classificato come 4 stelle.

L'hotel è stato molto piacevole, fabian e tutti i funzionari del front desk dove ci hanno fatto sentire così benvenuti. E' molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a piedi dalla città antica. La colazione era anche buona nel salone M e la vista dalla nostra suite junior era sorprendente. La nostra unica denuncia è la situazione dell'ascensore. Ci siamo quasi persi il volo perché ci ci hanno volato 30 minuti per scendere. Solo 2 ascensori su 3 dove lavoravamo il giorno in cui andavamo. Altrimenti, è un ottimo hotel!

This is always a home from home. From the moment of arrival till the departure, everything is amazing. The rooms are quality, the ability to get fresh air is always great. The view from the hotel is priceless, and the amenities are superb. But the thing that sets this apart is the staff. Always happy to accommodate any request, from beers in the foyer taking in the view, to teh amazing food served at dinner. I cannot praise this enough - travelling over 2/3 of the year for work, my visit to this place is always the highlight. So thank you all at the Belvoir - you always make my stay amazing

I’ve never been so disappointed in my entire life. Today is Christmas Eve also the date of our check in at Five, in Zurich. When we arrived there was no one to help with our luggage or valet our vehicle. So we drove away from the front of the building and proceeded to park in public parking. We carry our three checked bags and our carry ons up a hill and all the way to the lobby, for the valet attendant to finally help us with our luggage and when I mean help I loaded in on the trolly and started pushing it and he kinda of just came and took over after I was already in the building and at the reception desk. After checking in we proceeded to our room, I went to get into the shower after a long day of travel and noticed the shower wasn’t draining and the bathroom was flooding. So we called and they said they were sending someone up. After about 45 minutes and three phone calls someone finally arrived. After they messed with the drain for 15 minutes they told us we needed a new room. So now we have to wait for someone to come and bring us to our new room as they requested. They told us they already check out the room/bathroom and everything was ok. Well it wasn't, this time the shower head was spraying water all over the ceiling and of course now they have to move us to a new room again. This all took about 3 hours which completely wasted our night and our Christmas Eve, I would expect that after all this they would at least would at least buy us a dinner or put us in a better room but nothing, not even a sorry from the front desk for this horrible inconvenience on Christmas Eve. They finally room they gave us didn’t even have conditioner or an outlet for the blow dryer for my fiancé to finally shower in the 3rd same level room.

Povero servizio, non raccomandato di rimanere

Sono stato un assiduo frequentatore delSavoy prima della ristrutturazione. . Devo dire che il Mandarin Savoy non mi ha deluso. Gentilezza alla Reception cortesia dai Concierge pulizia ed ottimo cibo. Il Ristorante Orsini mantiene la tradizione con un po’ di innovazione.La Brasserie è sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ritornerò presto Grazie Ernesto Fiorillo

Spesso per lavoro a Zurigo (Oerlikon) ho abbandonato gli hotel cui ero avvezzo per abbracciare ACASA Suites e la sua filosofia, elegante, young e easy going. Un hotel recente e ben organizzato, dove non mancano una piccola e completa palestra, sauna e bagno turco, oltre che il gusto Nespresso in camera. Ottima location, comoda ai mezzi e dotata di parcheggio, è un luogo ben curato e sempre pulitissimo, elegante e accogliente, con quel tocco in più di simpatia e attenzione dell'intero team che rende il soggiorno perfetto. Si viene impeccabilmente accolti dal sorriso di Eugene o della collega con cui si alterna in reception, per poi lasciarsi coinvolgere dalla simpatia di chi vi accompagnerà al ristorante, Elisabetta. Sempre impeccabile nel mettervi a vostro agio quando vi accomodate, può essere discreta e rispettare la vostra privacy o capace di intrattenervi mentre la Chef de cuisine realizza piatti fantastici anche fuori programma o oltre orario. La simpatia di Marina e quel quid in più tutto italiano emergono già alla vista delle sue composizioni, preludio di sapori a cui sarà poi bello abbandonarsi. Meraviglioso anche il sorriso che viene sempre regalato da chi ti accoglie all'inizio della giornata, mentre ti accosti alla colazione. Proprio bravi !
