It seems clear to me that the quality of customer service in travel has greatly deteriorated in the last three years. I understand that service providers have trouble finding and retaining people and the ones they have often don’t seem to take pride in their work. Sadly, I’ve come to accept this as the “new normal.” Which is why our recent three-night stay at the Park Hyatt in Zurich was such a welcome surprise. Not only was our room clean and comfortable but the service we received, from start to finish, was efficient and personal. Just a few examples: We had a flight delay and airport transfer difficulty arriving to Zurich and did not get to the hotel until after 1:00. The gentleman working the front desk who checked us in, got us waters, helped with our bags and personally escorted us to our rooms. He was also working the next night when we returned to the hotel after dinner. He spotted us coming through the lobby and literally ran over from the front desk, greeted us by name and asked if our room was acceptable and if there was anything he could do for us. The housekeeping staff are a bunch of ninjas. You never saw their carts in the hall but we’d leave in the morning and when we returned in the afternoon the room was made up. Perfectly. We’d leave for dinner and when we returned the room was turned down. Perfectly. We had drinks the first night at the Onyx Bar. When we returned the next night, the bartender remembered both our names and our drinks. We interacted on several occasions with the daytime concierge. I wish I remembered his name. It wasn’t just that he was knowledgeable about Zurich and responded immediately to our requests. He acted like speaking to us was the absolute highlight of his day. I know these are all little things but they added up to a wonderful stay. Plus, the hotel couldn’t be more conveniently located. Staying at the Park was a luxury item for us but, let’s face it, traveling anywhere in Switzerland is a luxury item. I would return to the Park for their level of personal service in a minute.

We had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay: We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room. so here are the question: 1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene! 2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest? 3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured! 4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.

Il luogo è molto buono, è vicino al centro della città, e c'è una stazione di tram pubblici vicino.  Ma siamo un grande parcheggio pubblico che non paga qui. Il cosiddetto parcheggio mostrato sulla mappa del telefono cellulare è privato o supermercato. Insomma, non ti darà un biglietto quando chiude il supermercato.Non paga nessun pagamento. Ma c'è anche un modo per trovare  Linea bianca  Tavolo . È possibile scrivere gratuitamente fino alle nove del mattino, solo per due ore .In breve, se ti guida qui non ti trovi come noi , non trovi il parcheggio pubblico in questa zona. Mettiti in strada  Non c'è bisogno di essere provocato nel posto in cui vivere, c'è una piccola piattaforma carina che è studiare come aprire la finestra di ferro per un po'. Inizialmente, l'interruttore è rimasto sul retro di una tela di legno, non sulla finestra  La pulizia è alta, lo spazio è molto grande, il bagno è molto bello e è dotato di lavastoviglie in modo molto conveniente. Questo è il nostro pranzo.  Qualcosa è buono. Se vuoi scegliere due cibo di cibo, non può essere molto utile. Spero che finisca con queste piccole cose, sarà perfetto, La prossima volta a Zürich, vivrò qui, perché la semplice sistemazione del soggiorno ti darà una password per abbassare la chiave della password alla porta, e la porta ha una chiave. L'intera casa si sente più sicura, e l'ascensore non deve preoccuparsi per il bagaglio . Ma l'ultimo giorno mi trasferirò da  a questo appartamento all'hotel, perché non ha un bagaglio a risparmio

Siamo stati lieti di scegliere questo hotel per gli ultimi giorni del nostro viaggio in Europa di 2 1/2 settimana. Questo hotel vive davvero fino a sua piccola descrizione boutique di lusso. Ci sorprendevamo di poter entrare al check-in di mattina, e quando c'era una piccola questione con la stanza non completamente pronta, si sono immediatamente spostati per ripararla e ci hanno curati al caffè e alla pasticceria mentre aspettavamo un po'. Il servizio era grande, e sono sicuro che se avessimo avuto qualche altro problema durante il nostro soggiorno, avrebbero risolto il problema al meglio della loro capacità. La camera Superior è grande con tutti i tipi di attrezzatura, ufficio e tavolo, utensili elettrici convenienti, mini frigo, caldaia elettrica e macchina Nespresso Vertuo. Le luci e le tende sono controllate da pannelli all'ingresso della camera e da ogni lato del letto.Il balcone è abbastanza grande per un tavolo e due sedie. Anche se alla fine di novembre il tempo non era buono per stare fuori, il balcone ha fornito una bella vista. Il nostro prezzo includeva il colazione, che era buono anche. Le tazze di carne, formaggio, pane e pasticceria d’uovo erano tutte deliziose. La posizione accanto alla casa dell'opera e al lago era a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria più vicina e ancora a piedi a Zurigo HB.

Eccellente servizio ed hotel. Ottimo ristorante all'aperto con una bellissima atmosfera ed una vista sul giardino dove sono esposte varie sculure e con un buono Chef capace di preparare deliziosi pasti Vegani se richiesto.

Sono stato qui solo per una notte, ma è stato bello. In un quartiere tranquillo molto sicuro. L'hotel utilizza il sistema di luce ecologicamente amichevole in Europa nelle camere; usa la tua carta chiave per tenere le luci in aria! Il cappuccino che mi ha fatto nel bar ”The Lobby” prima di andare a esplorare la città è forse il migliore che abbia mai goduto. Un'ottima introduzione e benvenuto per il mio viaggio. Le camere sono piccole ma accoglienti. L'ascensore potrebbe essere una sfida per coloro che hanno un sacco di bagagli.

Arrived in Zurich and stayed here on our first night as we got situated for our two week trip. Upon checking in, everyone was overwhelmingly friendly with nothing but great energy and positive vibes. Hairo (spelling?) at the front desk was amazing. Incredibly helpful in getting us to the train station the next morning, arranging the taxi for us and letting us know what platform we needed to use. The hotel design was great. The library had a great atmosphere and is the setting for breakfast. The room was solid and functional for a one night stay. The spa was a great way to ease into our trip with multiple pools and saunas. Overall, it was a relaxed and trendy vibe but not too cool. The hotel was a little further removed from the city center, but for the first night that’s exactly what we wanted. It was still very close walking distance to a handful of food options and a local train station. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend. Would love to return.

Amazing hotel! Lovely family room with plenty of space and facilities, very comfortable beds, lovely sheets, pillows and duvets, peaceful at night, we had 3 great nights sleep in this hotel. Lovely bathroom with bath as well as separate shower. Luxurious toiletries. Beautiful shady garden where we had breakfast. Very helpful, accommodating staff. Excellent convenient location near tram stop, shopping mall, local restaurants, supermarket. Easy to get to station and central shopping district from here. Would highly recommend family room.
