The rooms are a standout: stylishly designed with bold, playful décor and thoughtful details that give the space character without compromising on comfort. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The layout felt both functional and relaxing, making it easy to settle in whether you’re in town for work or leisure.
The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for something with personality, comfort, and consistently great service.

JJudgeJustinAfter surviving a passport control queue that felt long enough to qualify as a second flight, walking into 25Hours Hotel Zurich was pure bliss. We’d booked a Large room for our first Valentine’s weekend together, and it was a brilliant call - spacious, beautifully presented, and hitting that elusive sweet spot between ”industrial-chic” and ”actually comfortable.”
The showstopper (quite literally) was the glass shower cubicle standing proudly in the centre of the room. It’s a bold design choice that we loved, and for those who aren’t quite ready to share that much with their partner, it’s easily screened off for a bit of privacy. The free mini-bar and designer coffee were lovely surprises that made us feel like VIPs, and the smart TV’s screen-sharing was a total win; mirroring Netflix from our phones was effortless, making our late-night movie plans a breeze.
The staff were truly excellent. We turned up an hour before the official check-in time, but instead of being sent away to wander the streets, the receptionist checked us in immediately with a genuine smile. Furthermore, after we indulged in slightly more red wine than was perhaps wise the night before, the team graciously allowed us a late check-out with zero fuss and no extra charge. That level of empathy is rare, in my experience.
If you want high-quality, spotlessly clean, and wonderfully quirky accommodation in a prime Zurich location, look no further. It even smells fantastic - I’m convinced there’s a designer scent being pumped through the air conditioning. (Note to management: if you sell that fragrance in a bottle, please let me know - I’ll take five!)
We had a highly enjoyable, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

HHappygirlisme 1Staff was very friendly when we checked in. Room was a little small but enough for us to rest in for a day. Had a good night sleep and location wise was good. Near to Zurich HB about 10 mins walk from station. We were carrying 2 large suitcases only had 1 challenging point where we needed to carry them up a flight of stairs on the way to the hotel from the train station.

EEmily_YI recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 13 hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM. This made a huge difference, allowing me to rest before starting my day.
Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated.
The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

Sfortunatamente, quando sono arrivato, l'aria condizionata in tutto l'hotel era fuori servizio.
Tuttavia, ho ottenuto un upgrade nella mia stanza.
La posizione è molto comoda, dovrai camminare 6 minuti per raggiungere il trasporto più vicino.
Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, il bagno era ok, ma ho trovato almeno 7 peli sul letto e sui cuscini.
Di notte sentivo dei suoni provenire dal bagno. L'ho ispezionato, è causato dalla luce LED nella scatola luminosa.
Fondamentalmente lampeggia ogni 5 minuti.
La parte inferiore sinistra della scrivania ha un angolo molto acuto, è facile colpire il ginocchio.
la camera non dispone di bevande offerte nel frigorifero.
Non ha spazzolino né dentifricio.
Ha solo una bottiglia di shampoo, balsamo misto e una bottiglia di gel doccia.
Nel complesso è buono.

UUtente ospiteIl primo giorno di arrivo il 13 agosto, il ragazzo del front desk era molto amichevole e gentile.L'hotel è situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e alla stazione di autobus e tram, quindi è molto conveniente andare da qualsiasi parte. Il tram è a 4 minuti a piedi, a 10 minuti a piedi al supermercato e alla stazione ferroviaria.E a 15 minuti a treno all'aeroporto di Zurigo.
La pulizia dell'hotel è una questione, un piano molto polveroso, un bagno sporco e una vasca da bagno sporca.Ho anche chiesto due volte al ricevitore di fare il servizio se possono pulire la nostra stanza e mettere una tovagliola fresca, ma nessuno è venuto a pulire.Il servizio in camera non è 24 ore. Il condizionamento dell'aria non raffredda la stanza. Nessun canale TV. Il servizio dell'hotel è al di sotto del standard.

TTravelshortsAbbiamo soggiornato a Zürich City West per una notte mentre visitavamo Zürich, e ha funzionato bene come un luogo semplice per rimanere per un rapido arresto nella città.
Abbiamo una camera tripla, che era di buona dimensione e che lavorava bene per le nostre esigenze, la stanza era pulita, temperata e confortevole, con spazio sufficiente per il bagaglio e un buon sonno dopo il viaggio. Non era lussuoso, ma aveva tutto quello che si aspettava da un hotel Ibis e si sentiva ben mantenuto.
In terms of location, the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Zurich's main train station, which makes it reasonably convenient if you're arriving by train. La zona si sentiva facile da navigare, e anche se non è giusta nel centro storico, è abbastanza vicino per raggiungere le principali parti della città senza troppo difficoltà.
Il nostro soggiorno era molto breve siamo arrivati tardi la sera e siamo usciti presto la mattina dopo quindi non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di esplorare l'hotel o di utilizzare alcuna delle strutture come il ristorante o il servizio colazione. Per noi, l'hotel serviva semplicemente come una comoda fermata di notte.
Raccomanderò a ibis Zürich City West se stai cercando un hotel pulito e affidabile per un breve soggiorno a Zürich. E ' particolarmente appropriato se hai bisogno di dormire da qualche parte pratica prima di continuare il viaggio.

HHarmonickFine for a business traveler. For couples...eh. Walls are pretty thin as stated. The ”lounge” is just a room on the 9th floor with a TV and some games. There's no deadbolt on the door. That being said, the sunrise corner room gets unbeatable views!
Also, classic European bathroom where water just gets... everywhere when showering. So it's solid for a night in Zurich but not sure I could recommend it for a week of travel or if you're looking for something romantic.

MMarc1Really good modern hotel with spacious rooms. I recommend for the people that decide for this hotel to arrive by car, as it is a bit more remote, the valet parking takes care of the rest. Fantastic restaurant on the 4th floor, in case you don’t want to travel into the city, over all a 5/5 experience!
