My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding. Just needed a place to stay that WASN'T our house. We also had a block here with several people staying. This is important later. This review is for our stay as well as issues I had to handle for my guests in my block. We booked a 1-king room. The good: - Room and hotel was clean, from what we could tell. - Shower had decent pressure and temperature - Bed was comfortable, if a bit over firm. - The morning/daytime staff was excellent. The bad: - I selected a king room on the booking page, but somehow the system put us in a 2-bed room. - The AC unit was disconnected from the wall thermostat, had to operate via the AC unit itself, Group booking issues: I had several people trying to book rooms in my block. While a couple were successful, I had three that had various issues that caused me to have to physically go to the property to remedy. Issues included: - Rate on block page not being correct (despite signed contract and being told repeatedly it was fixed) - Night staff training had not been done, resulting in guests being told they could not be given a confirmation number, could not add hilton honors account, could not provide any sort of proof of booking. - Night ”manager”, due to either incompetence and/or lack of training, not only didn't book rooms for guests, but modified the properties of the group block itself, so it was no longer under the correct name and more. - Night staff (Night ”Manager” specifically) was extremely rude when I called to try to assist some of my guests with booking. - I found out when I went up there the next day to speak to management that the night ”manager” didn't know the group booking system (it was in place for just over a month) and had changed the name and details of the group itself, never made a booking for my guests, and everything had to be fixed and reservations made. The hotel might be a fine place to stay for an individual reservation, but I would stay away when it comes to blocks.

Quando ci siamo tirati su, c'erano 3 auto di polizia. Il cameriere di ufficio non poteva parlare inglese. Il tessuto sulla scala era grosso sporco. Uno dei tasti non funzionava e ci siamo arresi dopo 2 viaggi al ufficio di fronte. Il bagno era stato rotto. Il bagno era così brutto che ci siamo docciati ai parenti che abbiamo visitato. L'unica “guida TV” era una lista di stazioni tatterizzate. “Internet era così lento che mi sono arreso con l'uso dopo 6 “temporali” messaggi. Chipped up doors, dirty corners and along walls. Sfondi di lampada rotti, luci di luce non conciliabili, combattimento in parcheggio loto ... Il posto più disgustoso che abbiamo soggiornato nel corso dell’ultimo decennio!

Non è colpa del personale, ma della ESA Corporate. Potrei scrivere una lettera, mettere in un bustato e postarla e avere il destinatario più velocemente di Internet in questo hotel. Anche se paghi la tassa supplementare $31/month, è molto lento se si tratta di tutto. Ho parlato con la società, che dice che è un venditore di terze parti e stanno lavorando su questo problema. Ancora una volta sono qui da agosto. Quanto tempo potrebbe voler per scoprire perché non ho internet quando la camera vicino alla porta ha un segnale FULL. In generale pulito, ma ci sono tinture sul tappeto e forse bubble gomma punti sulle strade della zona comune. Le voci esterne non funzionano e hanno postato segnali che indicano ”senza ordine”. Questo è stato fatto per qualche settimana ora. Le voci esterne non sono pulite spesso, anche se vedo segnali di pavimento bagnati I cannoni di scarico sono spesso pieni e il scarico si sbatte fuori e si siede sul terreno per più giorni entro 3 piedi del scarico può senza essere raccolti. Il posto sarebbe meglio con una sorveglianza più rigorosa. Ho visto il personale camminare attraverso il cestino che si trovava sul terreno e non fare nulla. Vedere le foto allegate. Un posto decente per rimanere che è conveniente ma non aspettare 5 stelle. Ho anche un problema con il direttore generale. Chiedere ai residenti di prendere l'indagine dell'ESA e di calcolare tutti 10. Incoraggiare l'indagine completa, ma non cercare di influenzare la loro risposta. Ho testimoniato che lei diceva a un messicano come reagire e il suo inglese era orribile e probabilmente la capiva.

My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding. Just needed a place to stay that WASN'T our house. We also had a block here with several people staying. This is important later. This review is for our stay as well as issues I had to handle for my guests in my block. We booked a 1-king room. The good: - Room and hotel was clean, from what we could tell. - Shower had decent pressure and temperature - Bed was comfortable, if a bit over firm. - The morning/daytime staff was excellent. The bad: - I selected a king room on the booking page, but somehow the system put us in a 2-bed room. - The AC unit was disconnected from the wall thermostat, had to operate via the AC unit itself, Group booking issues: I had several people trying to book rooms in my block. While a couple were successful, I had three that had various issues that caused me to have to physically go to the property to remedy. Issues included: - Rate on block page not being correct (despite signed contract and being told repeatedly it was fixed) - Night staff training had not been done, resulting in guests being told they could not be given a confirmation number, could not add hilton honors account, could not provide any sort of proof of booking. - Night ”manager”, due to either incompetence and/or lack of training, not only didn't book rooms for guests, but modified the properties of the group block itself, so it was no longer under the correct name and more. - Night staff (Night ”Manager” specifically) was extremely rude when I called to try to assist some of my guests with booking. - I found out when I went up there the next day to speak to management that the night ”manager” didn't know the group booking system (it was in place for just over a month) and had changed the name and details of the group itself, never made a booking for my guests, and everything had to be fixed and reservations made. The hotel might be a fine place to stay for an individual reservation, but I would stay away when it comes to blocks.
