Camera confortevole e letto. Aveva con noi due bicchieri standard - facile da stare con loro in questo hotel.

Sono un amputato recente.Quando mi sono persa la gamba, ho perso la mia casa a causa delle regole di assicurazione.Ho controllato l'ESA - Auburn Hills.Paul e il suo personale sono stati meravigliosi per me da quando sono arrivato. Hanno preso i rifiuti e hanno trasferito le cose che dovevano essere trasferite. Mi hanno soddisfatto ogni richiesta. Quando sono arrivato qui, c'era un sacco di rumore e cani. Ma ora i mattoni sono stati puliti e freschi quotidianamente. Tutto viene regolarmente sanitato. Se avessi una denuncia, sarebbe che Internet è orribile!!!! Non è colpa del personale, ma della ESA Corporate. Potrei scrivere una lettera, mettere in un bustato e postarla e avere il destinatario più velocemente di Internet in questo hotel. Anche se paghi la tassa supplementare $31/month, è molto lento se si tratta di tutto. Ho parlato con la società, che dice che è un venditore di terze parti e stanno lavorando su questo problema. Ancora una volta sono qui da agosto. Quanto tempo potrebbe voler per scoprire perché non ho internet quando la camera vicino alla porta ha un segnale FULL. Mi piace questo hotel e mi piace la gente che lavora qui. Odio Internet e penso sia una vergogna che sia la ragione per cui sono scontato con il mio soggiorno di più di quattro mesi qui ......

My wife and I stayed here the night of our wedding. Just needed a place to stay that WASN'T our house. We also had a block here with several people staying. This is important later. This review is for our stay as well as issues I had to handle for my guests in my block. We booked a 1-king room. The good: - Room and hotel was clean, from what we could tell. - Shower had decent pressure and temperature - Bed was comfortable, if a bit over firm. - The morning/daytime staff was excellent. The bad: - I selected a king room on the booking page, but somehow the system put us in a 2-bed room. - The AC unit was disconnected from the wall thermostat, had to operate via the AC unit itself, Group booking issues: I had several people trying to book rooms in my block. While a couple were successful, I had three that had various issues that caused me to have to physically go to the property to remedy. Issues included: - Rate on block page not being correct (despite signed contract and being told repeatedly it was fixed) - Night staff training had not been done, resulting in guests being told they could not be given a confirmation number, could not add hilton honors account, could not provide any sort of proof of booking. - Night ”manager”, due to either incompetence and/or lack of training, not only didn't book rooms for guests, but modified the properties of the group block itself, so it was no longer under the correct name and more. - Night staff (Night ”Manager” specifically) was extremely rude when I called to try to assist some of my guests with booking. - I found out when I went up there the next day to speak to management that the night ”manager” didn't know the group booking system (it was in place for just over a month) and had changed the name and details of the group itself, never made a booking for my guests, and everything had to be fixed and reservations made. The hotel might be a fine place to stay for an individual reservation, but I would stay away when it comes to blocks.

The hotel was very clean and staff was terrific. The room was spacious and well laid out. Very comfortable beds and the kitchens were an added plus to get coffee and breakfast on your own time. Location is very close to all shopping but far enough away to be very quiet. We will be back.
