Hotel in zona Magazin ＂Dostar＂, Astana

Отличный отель! Расположен не в самом центре, но все удобно и в пешей доступности, транспортная развязка вроде тоже удобная…. Рядом много кафе, торговые комплексы, огромный рынок! Единственный минус если жить долго…. Уборщица на все этажи одна и физически не может успеть прибраться на всех 10 этажах, на 10 поднималась уже в 23:30 приносила мне только воду, но и за это ей спасибо!!!! Рекомендую к проживанию!!!!

Esso è molto vicino alle principali attrazioni e ci sono molti ristoranti intorno anche noi piace il loro colazione. Hanno una buona selezione. La stanza è standard e non molto da sottolineare. Il muro è un po'fino. Qualcuno sul nostro pavimento ha sbattuto l'allarme per un'ora e ci siamo svegliati dalla mattina presto

I recently redeemed my complimentary night with breakfast at the Ritz Carlton Astana and the experience was delightful. Club Connoisseur members benefit from several perks, one of which is a free night in a deluxe room, which oozed luxury and comfort. That night I also took advantage of my 20% off a cocktail master class that was interesting, fun, and relaxing. I would like to acknowledge several staff members who made a great impression on me for their professionalism, kindness, and competence. At check-in, Aslan the bellman, braved semi-apocalyptic weather (gale force winds and sheets of rain) to open the very heavy hotel doors for me and retrieve my bag from the taxi. Altynay, the receptionist, checked me in and gave me a beautiful room on a high floor so I could enjoy a view of the city. Sayan, who is in charge of Club Connoisseur, was there to welcome me in person and wish me a nice stay. Later, after I came back from the spa, I had to go back to reception as, embarrassingly, I couldn’t remember my room number (I’d lost the key card sleeve Altynay had given me with the room number on it). Ulkbek, at reception, quickly found me in the system and kindly offered to give me a new sleeve so I wouldn’t forget my room number again. I accepted the offer! That night I went to the cocktail master class at Mokki and, after Aizhan the hostess (who recognized me!) showed me to my seat, Alexander, the mixologist, made it fun, lighthearted, and educational. I now know how to make 4 different kinds of summer spritz cocktails! I met a French-Canadian couple at the class, and we spoke French a lot. At some point, Aidana, who was waiting on the master class participants, made a great impression on all of us when she asked us in flawless French, which one of the snacks we would prefer! She also was kind enough to give me snacks on soft bread as I have braces and cannot bite into hard foods. The next morning, I had breakfast at Mokki. The eggs were perfect and Symbat made me the perfect weak americano coffee I prefer to drink in the morning. Alfonso greeted me in Italian – always nice to see him! Even Altynay, who is in charge of marketing at the hotel, came to greet me and ask how my stay was going. At checkout, Mukhtar came to get my bag from my room and carry it down to the lobby. At reception, Nargiza checked me out quickly and efficiently and that was the end of a very special 24 hours. At least, this time, Aslan didn’t have to brave the elements when he helped me with my bag to the cab! Apologies for the very long-winded review, but the level of attention I received from everyone I have named (and perhaps some I forgot) required special mention. I felt very special and pampered by everyone and I will certainly be back. The training the Ritz Carlton Astana employees receive is working and congratulations to all!

ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

Buon hotel business circa a metà strada tra la torre di Bayterek e l'esposizione.Il personale parla in larga misura inglese,I turisti non hanno un ruolo importante,perché non hanno alcuno opuscolo o nemmeno un piano urbano e sanno anche Non c'è niente se lo chiedo.Ma la mappa inglese nel ristorante non c'è nemmeno.Ma la colazione in 17.Stock è ok con super vista.Camere molto grandi, pulito, pulizia giornaliera.Frigorifero e WiFi funzionavano.Super sono le dischette doppie, sopportare di fermare ogni rumore.

La posizione è conveniente - su un taxi 25 minuti dall'aeroporto, al centro della città anche 20 minuti a piedi. Colazione - una tavola svedese (piccoli frutti, salsaglie, uova, pancake, formaggio e salsaglie tagliate), caffè, diverse bevande - non mi piaceva molto, non mi piaceva molto. Il personale è un'assoluta più - responsabile, gentile. Dalle sbarre - nel bagno è freddo e si può vedere che il fondo è nuovo - una porta girata, un bagno agitante, un pasto infidabile. Anche nell'hotel non fuma, ma l'odore del fumo (?) di notte si sentiva (forse dal ristorante al primo piano è stato riportato). Dyle è per fare una notte pura, in generale.

Molto bel posto

L'hotel è meraviglioso, a partire da un reception per ospiti, solo una lista e tutto sarà chiaro! Il secondo piano è un computer fisso, dove si possono lavorare e stampare documenti! Ogni giorno nel costo della stanza include - visitare la sauna, è piacevole dopo tutto. E il colazione è degno - tavolo svedese + su richiesta per un omelet o uova e caffè fresco cucinato ☕️! Tutto necessario per un colazione piena - tutto è là. La nostra stanza era al quarto piano - grande con un bagno di massaggio, zona ricreativa e sonno. La pulizia è giornaliera, ogni tre giorni, e le attrezzature da bagno con lettini come: shampoo, gel, set di rasoio, stick vatty, cappello, sapone, set di denti sono molto soddisfatte. Ora raramente trovi un combo set in 4**** E la velocità stabile con Wi-Fi 👏 Anche sul territorio dell'hotel parcheggio gratuito. Ci sono una macchina per il carburante e lavatrice! Abbiamo una famiglia con un bambino piccolo e abbiamo un bel tempo! Grazie per l'ospitità!Sarei felice di tornare di nuovo.

L'hotel è molto più di quanto si possa aspettare per il soggiorno! Le camere sono pulite, perfette, dolci colazioni. Le camere sono relativamente piccole, ma ancora una volta per il prezzo che chiedono sono meglio di molti degli hotel e appartamenti da noleggiare. Se avete tempo prima del volo, ma non volete andare in città con il bagaglio, potete sedervi qui o lasciare il bagaglio. Bello e piacevole personale. In generale Hilton Hotels sono i migliori hotel che abbia mai visto.

Questo è un hotel molto nuovo, pulito. Il personale era amichevole e utile. Buon colazione a buffet. Le camere sono piccole, ma attraenti. Tuttavia, ci sono molto limitati tappeti o spazio di magazzinaggio se si viaggia con più di bagagli di base. Siamo stati lì in aprile e non abbiamo potuto controllare la temperatura della stanza che era incomodatamente calda, anche con la finestra aperta.
