I highly recommend staying at this hotel which is a great hotel. We ran into trouble as soon as we arrived at Baranashi. It was still before check-in time, but when I went to Hotel Bagla Atithi Banaras, the front desk staff contacted the manager. The manager rushed to me immediately and supported me as much as I could. The manager was worried about us during our stay and spoke to us. If I hadn't met the manager and staff of this hotel, my memories in Varanasi would have been sad. But thanks to them, it was a wonderful stay. This hotel is within walking distance of the most famous Dashashwamedh Ghat, located in the center of Varanasi. The location is also great. The hotel room, bathroom, bed, everything is perfect. The shower has plenty of warm water. If you are hungry, please go to the restaurant on the 4th floor. you can eat clean, warm and delicious food. All the restaurant staff are also very kind. location was good, food was also delicious especially the dal makhani, burger were very good. Just one thing staff was generally helpful but a little more courtesy and they will arrive at desired level.

The location of the hotel is god if you want to live near Ganga ghats and get there by walking. The room wasn't clean, in the wardrobe was a dirty sheet, one bottle with shampoo was half-used. We left hotel early in the morning (between 5-6 a.m.) to have a sunrise boat ride. There was a sleeping staff member near the reception and we didn't want to wake him up. But when we returned we was asked to say if want to go early and had to return to the hotel before 22-30. And we were extra charged for 157 rupees during checking out, even though we had prepaid the whole amount of money via trip's app. The manager said that trip.com haven't civered the whole summ and we had to pay more.

Hotel was located far away from main road and we have walked a lot to reach out the hotel by taking guidance of local people. Toilet was very small and we could not bath properly. Only good part was the ”rooftop cafe” which provided very healthy food based on indian and international menu.

В гостинице есть ресторан, где можно поесть. Гостиница расположена около выставки, можно быстро добраться на такси. Во время нашего пребывания также были организованы бесплатные шатлы до выставки утром и вечером обратно. Сами номера старые, нужен ремонт. Чистота тоже не очень... В последний день над нашим номером был какой-то шумный праздник, но правда в 23:00 все прекратилось.

Кровать удобная, постельное белье и полотенца - идеально чистые. Отдельное спасибо за комплиментарный завтрак. Местоположение - прекрасное, пешком до Тадж Махала 15 минут. Единственное, о чем жалею, что не осталась на подольше.
