Hotel 2 stelle a Shenzhen

I was unexpectedly stranded at Shenzhen North (Shenzhenbei) during the busy holiday season and urgently needed a place to stay. After comparing several listings on Trip.com, this hostel stood out based on its reviews, and it fully lived up to my expectations. The photos are accurate and reflect the property exactly as it is. The host prepared the bed sheets and pillowcases right in front of me, which immediately reassured me about the cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my top priorities when choosing accommodation because I value my health, and I felt completely comfortable staying here. I saw no pests or anything unhygienic, so if you’re concerned about that, you can rest easy. The host speaks basic English and was very welcoming. Since I had just traveled from Hong Kong Airport to Shenzhen North, he even kindly offered to show me around the area. There are plenty of food options nearby, I enjoyed Lanzhou noodles and stinky tofu just steps from the building. For clarification, the hostel is located inside an apartment building and operates in a dorm-style setup. Shoes are removed at the entrance, and guest slippers are provided. There is a comfortable common area with a sofa and dining table, free drinking water, and complimentary toiletries including a toothbrush and disposable towel, which was especially helpful since I had forgotten to pack one. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a Western-style sit-down toilet. Each bed has its own privacy curtain and personal light, which I appreciated. There are also power outlets conveniently located at each bed. Wi-Fi worked smoothly without any issues, and free laundry is available, which is a great bonus for travelers. There are designated quiet hours, so you can sleep comfortably. During my stay, it was peaceful and no one snored. The host even asked whether I snore, which shows he is considerate of all guests. The other guests were polite and respectful. I was the only foreigner staying there, and the rest were Chinese travelers who were likely in the same situation, unable to secure train tickets that night. The property is non-smoking, which I also appreciated. The only minor downside is for taller guests. I am 183 cm (6 ft), and I had to curl up slightly since the bed length appears to be around 180 cm. It was manageable, but something to keep in mind if you’re tall. The location is very convenient. It’s next to the train station, and you can easily take the subway if you have luggage. It only cost me 2 RMB to ride, so there’s really no need to take a taxi. In the morning, I bought pork steamed buns and soy milk from a nearby vendor, he was friendly, and the food was great. For $4, this was outstanding value. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay near Shenzhen North, this is an excellent option. Hopefully this review helps anyone considering staying in the area. 假期高峰期间，我意外滞留在深圳北站，急需找一个地方过夜。在 Trip.com 上对比了几家之后，这家青旅的评价最好，事实证明我的选择是对的。 实物与图片完全一致。老板当着我的面铺床单和枕套，让我对卫生情况非常放心。整体环境非常干净整洁，维护得也很好。因为我很重视健康，选择住宿时卫生是我最看重的因素之一，这里让我住得很安心。没有看到任何虫子或不干净的地方，如果你担心卫生问题，可以放心选择。 老板会说一些基础英语，人也非常热情。我刚从香港机场来到深圳北，他还主动提出可以带我熟悉一下周边环境。楼下和附近有很多吃的，我就在旁边吃了兰州拉面和臭豆腐，非常方便。 这家青旅位于一栋公寓楼内，是宿舍式布局。进门需要脱鞋，店家会提供室内拖鞋。公共区域有沙发和餐桌，提供免费饮用水，还有一次性牙刷和毛巾。我旅行时忘记带毛巾，这点对我来说非常贴心。卫生间是现代化的马桶，不需要蹲厕。 每个床位都有隐私帘和独立照明灯，床位旁边也有插座。Wi-Fi 信号稳定，没有任何问题。另外还提供免费洗衣服务，这对旅行者来说是很大的加分项。 店内有安静时间规定，所以晚上可以安心休息。我入住期间非常安静，也没有人打呼噜。老板还特意问我会不会打呼噜，可见他很照顾每位客人的感受。 其他住客都很礼貌、很安静。我是唯一的外国人，其他客人都是中国旅客，可能和我一样，当晚没买到火车票才临时入住。这里是无烟环境，我很喜欢这一点。 唯一的小缺点是对高个子来说床可能稍短。我身高183厘米（6英尺），需要稍微蜷着睡。床长大概180厘米左右，高个子可以提前考虑一下。不过整体来说还是可以接受的。 地理位置非常方便，就在火车站旁边。如果带行李，可以直接坐地铁到附近，我只花了2元人民币，完全没必要打车。第二天早上，我在附近买了猪肉包子和豆浆，老板也很友善，味道不错。 总的来说，4美元的价格性价比非常高。如果你在深圳北附近寻找一个干净、实惠又方便的住宿地点，这里是非常不错的选择。希望这条评价能帮到有需要的人。

Sono sempre esigente in fatto di comfort alberghieri, e inizialmente sono stato attratto da questo hotel per la sua novità, il materasso Mousse e i prodotti da bagno Jo Malone. Al mio arrivo, l'hotel mi ha premurosamente offerto un upgrade gratuito a una camera executive. Era spaziosa, pulita e incredibilmente elegante (persino le porte e le finestre in vetro si aprivano/chiudevano automaticamente con un semplice comando vocale). Ho fatto una doccia comodissima e ho dormito benissimo. 👍

L'hotel è ben situato, un aspetto positivo in termini di accessibilità alle aree chiave, ma il mio soggiorno è stato notevolmente colpito da un problema importante: un odore molto forte e persistente per tutto il quinto piano. Oltre all’umidità generale, l’odore era chiaramente un odore forte come l’urina, che era estremamente inconfortabile; era molto difficile tollerare, soprattutto per coloro che erano sensibili all’odore, rendendo impossibile dormire correttamente. Di conseguenza, ho dovuto lasciare l'hotel in meno di 24 ore e mi consenta di raccomandare alla direzione di esaminare e affrontare questa questione, in particolare per quanto riguarda le condizioni di ventilazione e igiene.

The location is great. When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible. The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door. When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed. When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also. The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay. I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night. However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place. Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors. Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette. Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me. The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.

La bara era molto pulita e la stanza era anche buona. L'unica cosa non 100% pulita era la vasca, ma era ancora molto bene. E' come si aspettasse da un ostello condiviso, quindi era fino alle aspettative, anche oltre. Il personale dell'ostello è stato incredibile, molto gentile e utile. Le strutture erano buone, ci sono shampoo e lavanderia corporea per uso comune, ma ricordate di portare un asciugamano, perché non sono fornite. La posizione dell'ostello è anche fantastica, a pochi minuti dalla stazione della metropolitana e da lì è possibile raggiungere ovunque. Anche alcuni negozi e ristoranti intorno all'ostello, quindi è molto conveniente.

Siamo arrivati circa 30 minuti prima di controllare in tempo e ci hanno permesso di entrare nell'unità, così felice di entrare nell'unità e trovare che l'intera unità era appena pulita. Hanno fornito pantaloncini di gomma, un’altra volta indossano pantaloncini (qualità non così buona, ma si riempivano quotidianamente), un bagno e una tovagliola, gel da doccia, shampoo, condizionatore, torcia e pasta dentale; e la caldaia per la cottura; il tessuto e la carta igienica. Li abbiamo chattati quotidianamente prima delle 12 p.m. e i loro servizi erano rapidi a riempire, a tenere la casa e a gettare la gomma. Non abbiamo avuto alcun problema con i loro servizi durante il nostro soggiorno di 5 giorni. La lavatrice era in fuga, li informiamo e la lavatrice è stata cambiata quella giornata. Il bagno con doccia è disponibile solo in alto. Posizione: è sopra un piccolo centro commerciale che ha il supermercato di Hema, ristoranti come Dian Du De, Lao Wan Hui, Naixue, McDonald’s, negozio di dessert ecc.. È una strada piena di ristoranti se uscite dalla partenza Yannan C (con scalatore). Yann Exit A che è proprio davanti all'appartamento non ha scalatore ma 75-76 passi di voli per camminare - questo sarà scomodo per le persone con problemi di camminare, ma per noi era ok. Line 1 Museo di scienza è circa 7-8 min passeggiata è 2 stazioni a Laojie. 15 min passeggiata a Huaqiangbei. Didi può essere preso davanti a McD scarpe. Abbiamo potuto ordinare ******* la consegna di cibo senza emissioni e abbiamo visto i pacchetti ordinati da Taobao al receptionista di livello 9. Siamo rimasti al livello 8 e non c'era alcun problema con il suono. In generale molto felice con il nostro soggiorno. Rimarremo se non ci sono anziani con le questioni di camminare.

Ottima posizione, vicino alle stazioni della metropolitana e al centro commerciale Mixc. L'arredamento della camera è datato e un paio di volte abbiamo urtato con le gambe la strana struttura del letto. Ahia. L'odore di fumo di sigaretta del precedente inquilino è rimasto per un giorno. La pulizia è nella media, ma almeno le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono puliti.

This is a honest review about Jufuyuan Apartment. The location is around 10 minutes away from Dongmen Pedestrian Street and the grocery store but there is a 24/7 convenience store located downstairs. Upon check in I asked the lady boss why there was no sofa compared to the pictures on the website as she told me different rooms have different layouts. There was a problem with the AC on the living area that is why the guy boss had to adjust the room temperature for us to sleep comfortably. It can sleep 4 people as we were billeted on the 31st floor. The guy boss was so kind as to help me order items from taobao as I needed to order items from the app and my alipay wont connect to the taibao app that is why I asked him to use his app and he ordered for me. He also helped me to look for a key duplicating store on the last day as I stayed there for 5 days. But I can't say much about the lady boss(his wife) as we asked her for help on the last day to book a didi taxi since I don't know how to use the app. She didn't help me and told me to ask someone downstairs to book it yet the guard didn't know how to either. We can speak mandarin but I find the attitude of the lady boss not so good compared to his husband who was so kind to help me out. Good thing a taxi stopped by and we were able to catch a ride to the port going back to HK. It was raining then so we had to take a taxi back to the port. Location wise it is okay if youre not with seniors as my parents had a hard time going to the Pedestrian street(30 mins walk from them). There was typhoon for 2 days so we didn't go out. My parents were sick but the good thing is there was a hospital in front and a pharmacy besides it, wherein I bought medicines and food for them. Subway is around 200 meters but you need to carry your stuff going down as there was no escalator going down only up. 4 Restaurants were across the apartment. There were several small roaches that they really need to disinfect the room as I saw them crawling on the wall. Most units then were not occupied as it was lean season but saw some units have a balcony wherein ours didn't have any. If not for the kindness of the guy boss I would say I still had a pleasant experience staying there. The apartment is more of an Airbnb type that you have to provide everything. No water or tea was provided during our stay. There was a washing machine besides the bathroom which helped us to wash our clothes when we were there.

E'stato fantastico. Il manager era davvero amichevole e la stanza era pulita e tempestiva. E la posizione in cui è è solo 💯💯. Molto raccomandato.

Lu Muo is a one of a kind customer service agent. She is super fast to answer, very polite and shows that she cares about the customer. Pillows are very fat 😁, blankets are very cozy, beds have brand new outlet sockets, LED with warm and cold options, vending machine inside the hostel with snacks, meat, drinks. Incredible location. Very safe building and super safe area. literally more than 30 places to eat/coffee in 300 meters radius. some open until 3 am, so 24 hours. Super safe neighbourhood. 🇨🇳⛩️♥️
