This place is absolutely amazing. It offers a very refreshing and peaceful atmosphere, especially for someone like me who works in a fast-paced environment. Yue assisted me throughout my stay. She was patient, professional, and very polite, even with her limited English. She's exactly the kind of staff every hotel or resort should have! I will return because of her!

Prima del check-in, avevamo richiesto delle dotazioni per bambini e al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che era tutto pronto. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Allen Fu per averle portate in camera. La camera si affacciava sul mare e sul campo da golf, una vista davvero piacevole. La piscina include una vasca riscaldata, molto confortevole e perfetta per i bambini. Alice ha anche organizzato una piccola sorpresa di compleanno, è stata una sorpresa gradita e ci ha resi felici! 🥳 E soprattutto, un grazie al supporto di Ctrip Black Diamond per questa esperienza!

Il soggiorno al JW Marriott Hotel Shanghai Changfeng Park è stato fantastico! La posizione dell'hotel è abbastanza buona, vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, raggiungibile in 2 minuti a piedi. Ci sono 4 linee della metropolitana direttamente, rendendo i trasporti convenienti, specialmente la linea 11 per l'aeroporto, che impiega meno di un'ora. Accanto c'è un centro commerciale, comodo per lo shopping. Questa volta ho soggiornato in una camera executive, il layout e il flusso di movimento erano molto ragionevoli, i dettagli delle strutture della camera erano ben pensati e il servizio in camera era tempestivo. La colazione aveva un'ampia varietà di piatti e l'esperienza culinaria è stata buona. Il Cheong Fun e i ramen venivano preparati al momento, e c'erano dei cartellini sui tavoli per evitare che troppe persone si affollassero in fila. Il team di servizio ospiti è stato cordiale, premuroso e reattivo. La palestra e la piscina erano entrambe abbastanza pulite. Nel complesso, un'ottima esperienza!

Recentemente ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno a The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen. L'hotel si trova nel cuore del quartiere di Shenzhen Futian, a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità di Futian. Ci siamo sentiti benvenuti dal momento in cui passeggiammo attraverso la porta con un rinfresco bevande di benvenuto e un servizio amichevole.Il processo di controllo era veloce e regolare. Abbiamo scelto una camera che aveva accesso al salone del club. La sala è eccellente, con 5 pasti al giorno forniti. La qualità dei cibi è alta e la scelta è variabile. Tuttavia, vorrei consigliare di andare al ristorante principale per colazione. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero grande, il servizio in camera fantastico e l'amicizia generale del personale. Quando eravamo nel salone del club, eravamo abbastanza fortunati da farci prendere Mandy. Ha fatto un lavoro sorprendente per aiutarci con qualsiasi aiuto che avevamo bisogno. Era molto professionale e la sua comunicazione in inglese era molto impressionante. Sarei certamente venuta a rimanere di nuovo, e spero che Mandy ci guardi nel corso del prossimo viaggio.

Consiglio vivamente l'InterContinental Shenzhen Dameisha Resort! Il soggiorno è stato una piacevole sorpresa, la reception ci ha offerto gratuitamente un upgrade a una suite, portando l'esperienza a un livello superiore. Nonostante l'enorme affluenza di turisti durante le vacanze estive, tutto il personale è stato attento e premuroso, il check-in è stato efficiente e il personale ha risposto prontamente, risolvendo rapidamente e adeguatamente ogni nostra richiesta. La suite era spaziosa e luminosa, con una vista mozzafiato sul mare, e dotata di tutti i comfort. Appena fuori c'era una spiaggia privata, la piscina e la colazione erano di ottima qualità. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Resort Experience in Shenzhen Our stay at MGM Shenzhen exceeded expectations and was one of the most complete resort experiences we have had in the Greater Bay Area. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern architecture, direct beach access, extensive resort facilities, and stunning views of the South China Sea. We booked an ocean-view room and the view alone was worth it. The balcony featured a large daybed overlooking the beach, pools, gardens, and coastline, making it the perfect place to relax with a coffee in the morning or unwind in the evening while listening to the waves. The room was spacious, spotless, and very well equipped. Amenities included a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, premium tea selections, complimentary bottled water, minibar beverages, wine glasses, quality bath amenities, indoor slippers, beach slippers, and even shoe-care accessories. Attention to detail throughout the room was impressive and reflected the luxury standard of the property. The resort facilities are excellent. There are multiple swimming pools, beautifully maintained tropical gardens, direct beach access, children’s play and water areas, and plenty of outdoor space for both families and couples. The beach was clean, the water was calm, and the entire resort felt peaceful despite being in one of China’s busiest cities. One of the highlights of our stay was the evening entertainment. Rather than a simple hotel activity, MGM organized a full outdoor show featuring professional dancers, fire performers, music, special effects, and interactive entertainment. The atmosphere was lively and exciting, attracting guests of all ages and creating a memorable resort experience after sunset. It felt more like a special event than standard hotel entertainment and was something we genuinely looked forward to each evening. Service throughout our stay was professional, friendly, and efficient from check-in to check-out. Housekeeping maintained the room to a very high standard, and every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. What impressed us most was how complete the overall experience felt. Between the beach, pools, ocean views, resort facilities, entertainment, and comfortable rooms, it truly felt like a destination in itself rather than simply a place to stay. You could easily spend several days here without feeling the need to leave the property. Can’t beat the location of mandarin oriental if you want to be around the shopping area! Mandarin oriental hotel has impeccable service and the view of the room is stunning! Esp the view of the shower! Perfect for a shopping weekend with a bit of glamour! Breakfast is also excellent! Must try the MO coconut!

Il Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Futian mi ha davvero colpito. Hui hotel is an artistic, modern hotel with clean, luxurious rooms and a great quiet location in the Futian district. Access to the hotel is convenient - your Taxi can drive right up to the hotel door where you'll be greeted by staff to help you with your luggage. The entrance is sheltered so no need to worry if it's raining. The breakfast is on the top floor with views over the neighbouring park and Shenzhen city. It's fantastic. There is a large selection of breakfast items including handmade fresh dimsum, a chef that can make fresh cheung-fun, a barista to make coffee and the usual Chinese hotel breakfast spread. It's all made to a good standard and the views while eating breakfast are amazing. The Executive King Bed room was beautiful but I did find it lacking some practicalities. There was no surfaces to store my suitcase for easy access to it, so just had to have it on the ground. There was very limited clothes storage so I had to keep most of my clothes in my suitcase. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang a hand towel, so I just had to leave it on top of the counter, a bit messy. There was no mirror above the sink, instead it's a sliding door. That being said, I loved the way the room was designed - the walls were a soft fabric material which made the whole room feel cosier and warmer. The room was very well soundproofed, and staying in the room felt like a tranquil escape from the busy city. Overall, one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Great room, great breakfast, good location, great service from the hotel staff.
