The building is very neat with a washing machine and separate toilet and bathroom. Breakfast is provided as a set menu and the property is set next to a lake. During the winter, kids can play with snow. However, the area is not easy to get to without a car but the hotel offers pick up and drop off services. The property also has many friendly cats (not in the rooms but roam around outside).

Great for family! Villa nice and clean. All staffs were very helpful throughout the stay.

Room is very big but doesn’t even have a dining. View on the outside is great but not really value for money.

Lovely escape from the city! As soon as we got there (only 15 minutes away from the train station) we were greeted warmly and offered an upgrade to a villa. The villa was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious every morning and the hotel staff even drove us wherever we needed to go each day. We were lucky and had a very clear view of the lake up on Changbai mountain. I’m glad we chose to stay at this hotel. My children loved the open space, the cats, and the hot tub. Thanks again for your kindness and attention to detail. We hope to be back in the fall.

Love the service, hotel home cook food, blue berry dried fruit pack, corn & rice field. Manager Zhang is very attentive & made our stay very comfortable. She also drove us to the river draft shop and help us out with the life vest. Her recommendations are perfect.

提前兩個月物色了很久定了這家酒店，果然風景非常的迷人，時晴時雨的天氣也不錯，上不了山的時候就住的小院逛逛，門前有一大片玉米地，一秒星際穿越，後院是森林濕地，花兒短暫又熱烈，店裡還有三衹非常敬業的喵店員，隨時隨刻happy maoment ，最最關鍵的是，店裡的所有人都非常nice，菜燒的好吃，還會滿足我們各種需求，下次來體驗一下雪景！

環境：酒店外面看起來有些荒涼，沒想到進入酒店區域豁然開朗，裝修風格獨具一格，別墅很大，環境優美。 服務：服務熱情，點菜好吃，就是有點鹹。早點很豐盛，葷素搭配合理，不夠可以隨意加。退房當天延遲一會兒，非常痛快的同意了。 衞生：非常乾淨，每天外出打個招呼就有阿姨給打掃了，衞生很徹底。一次性的配套用品質量不錯，浴缸泡澡很方便。 整體感覺很好，當然價格也是不低的。下次冬天再來感受霧凇。

訂了兩個禪院房，網圖是哪種尖尖的小木屋，結果到了是住的loft的聯排，店長説小木屋是別墅。建議網上儘量做到圖文一致。房間裏面的設施齊全，有洗衣機，洗衣液，小冰箱，能滿足度假的基本需求。院裏有貓，天天求擼，也是很可愛。早餐特別豐富，一客一份，水果都很新鮮。店長挺熱情，會介紹周邊好玩的地方。

老闆人很好，房間很衞生，拖鞋和浴巾毛巾都是一次性的，用完還可以帶走，早餐營養健康，還有特色熱飲，總之是一次非常滿意的體驗，下次來長白山還會選擇水色酒店

環境很雅緻，管家服務佳，真正放鬆開啟度假模式。早餐可口，點的中餐也超預期，吃得很香。撥雲見霧看到了天池，一切都是最好的安排🌺

非常棒的高端民宿酒店，老闆熱情周到，配置齊全舒適，環境優雅靜謐，隱居在稻田鄉村，能讓你放下焦慮和煩惱，早餐豐富又好吃，期待下次再來。

非常喜歡，既有鄉間田野的爛漫，又有城市酒店的奢華。屋內處處細節體現周到，窗外滿滿綠意感受靜謐，讓人心曠神怡
