Molto bene. Cordialità e servizio sono i migliori. Questo è un hotel in cui ho creato ricordi indimenticabili durante il mio soggiorno a Ubud per alcuni giorni. Possa tu prosperare.

Mi è piaciuto che tutto il personale fosse così cordiale. Salutami calorosamente ogni volta che parto e torno. C'era qualcuno alla reception 24 ore su 24, quindi non ho avuto paura nemmeno quando sono partita la mattina presto! Le condizioni della camera sono molto buone e il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo. È così curativo. Rimanete in salute, tutti i dipendenti ♥️

A step into paradise. Easily one of the best stays we’ve had. Cozy and spacious room with the warmest and thoughtful hospitality from the staff. Hope to return again when we can. Thank you Purana for the unforgettable stay!

入住時的體驗不是很好，預先訂了加價的三人房，平台上寫含雙人床及沙發床並包含三份早餐，但是到了發現房內沒有沙發床，而員工表示需要另外加錢，與前台溝通時，一名女職員態度非常強硬不客氣，甚至要我們自己跟平台溝通，後續經理出面與平台溝通才澄清誤會，幫我們加床，員工訓練需要多加強。酒店附近塞車非常嚴重，多次搭計程車都需要自行下車步行返回，否則會被困在車陣半小時以上。最大的優點是酒店早餐是我們吃過數一數二棒的！非常豐盛好吃，食材新鮮美味、擺盤漂亮，且坐在藝廊裡用餐是非常美好的體驗！

早餐很不錯，服務質素也很好。只是房間有蠻多小蟲子，有些還在被子裡，讓人很難入睡。點了room dining吃完後放在房中枱邊，一早起床竟然看到碟子上大概有幾百只小蟻，明白在森林中居住必有蚊蟲，但是房間的小蟲也未免太多，反映清潔也不夠到位。員工們是很友善的，但是蟲子問題讓人很難安睡！

被照片和高評分騙了，這家定位為高端烏布風情民宿，為了招攬澳洲年青顧客，搞了些亂七八糟噱頭，真實品質普通。 房間是新建，我住的有泳池陽台，照片看漂亮，實際就是國內民宿的低成本裝修標準。 位置在烏布南郊入城口，擁堵最厲害，看着離皇宮不到3公里，但烏布這條路最堵，人行道很臟亂，步行和打車都不方便。 服務的問題更過分，我投訴攜程後也補償我部分，我下次再補充。 聖誕烏布最旺季，這家酒店根本沒有客人

Ottimo ristorante, ottima la scelta tra pietanze locali e "internazionali". Servizio molto attento ma rilassato. L'ambiente è molto curato con un mix tra la cultura locale ed il design moderno. Si trova nella zona centrale di Ubud ed è facilissimo da trovare. Consigliato !

Io e mio marito siamo appena tornati dal viaggio a Bali e tra le cose principali che ci sono rimaste nel cuore c'è sicuramente tutto lo staff e la bellezza del Purana. Hotel che merita 5 stelle a mani basse. Super sorridenti, disponibili, location strepitosa, cibo della colazione ottimo. Abbiamo fatto con loro anche tutti i tour privati per visitare le varie parti di Bali e devo dire che hanno dato davvero un ottimo servizio e ci hanno fatto vedere dei luoghi che un pò escono anche dalle classiche guide. Super consiglia!!!!! Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Purana 4 notti. Esperienza fantastica. Stanza dotata di ogni confort ( Suite vista piscina). Personale stra disponibile ed attento ad ogni nostra esigenza. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati. Non di meno la possibilitá di avere ogni giorno la colazione in camera (nel giardino di fronte alla porta finestra che da sulla piscina). Si trova in un punto strategico vicinissimo al centro di Ubud raggiungibile a piedi! Ottimo rapporto qualitá-prezzo!
