The hotel is well located in the tourist area, easily catching a taxi and bus to get around. It has a grand lounge area. The breakfast is excellent as western continental breakfast with coffee (expresso) and Chinese food are provided. Reception staff are helpful especially the young lady manager. We are old couple enjoying our stay in this hotel for 4 nights.

Very pleasant staff Excellent breakfast I was most impressed with the espresso machine and the Lanzhou noodles The gym needs updating as the treadmills were not working as were the exercise bikes The room refrigerator wasn’t cold enough Central location and would stay there again

來蘭州之前在網上看了好幾家酒店，最終選擇這家老五星酒店，在市中心的位置，出門辦事旅遊都比較方便，有非常深厚的文化底藴。前台小姐姐服務熱情，客房服務員細心，衞生打掃的特別乾淨。房間的枕頭也舒服，美美的睡了一個好覺，服務質量遠超這個價位的預期效果，性價比高，下次來蘭州繼續選擇陽光酒店，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！（ ﹡ˆoˆ﹡ ）👍

酒店地理位置十分優越，在市中心下樓不遠就是正寧路夜市，去黃河邊也非常方便。酒店前台服務熱情，微笑服務。客房阿姨打掃衞生乾淨，服務熱情使人有一種回家的感覺。整體來説酒店很不錯，推薦大家入住👍🏻

這個酒店還行。大堂還有雪糕，可以自助購買。一路也有自助擦鞋機。挺方便的。房間也還行。主要是服務好。房間打掃的挺乾淨的。有什麼需要他們也都及時響應。前台服務也好。入住辦理的挺快的。總體來説還可以。雖然是老酒店。但是服務跟上了

這次的酒店入住體驗簡直無可挑剔！前台小斐和李丹辦理入住迅速又熱情，還貼心升級房型並贈送了酸奶。房間打掃得一塵不染，很温馨。退房時忘了帶走衣服，又遇上前台小汪和小葛的周到服務，能感受到他們在用心服務，超棒！下次去還會入住！
