Çok güzel ve ferah bir otel. Yemekleri şahane. İskeleye bayıldım. Akşamları sürekli canlı müzik ve eğlence var.

Avoid this place. Hygiene problems at all food outlets, floors and tables are dirty, silverware with pieces of food left on it and everything you try has absolutely no taste to it. We had all the resulting digestion problems. Management doesn’t care and just tells you to go away, don’t expect any refunds. Overall this hotel is a disgrace to the Turkish AI concept, there are plenty of better options for the same price.

Perfect space to spend the holidays with beautiful beach and variety of food.

Second time visiting Topkapi, will not be returning. Worth reading before you visit as the hotel has gone downhill. Let's start with the positives: - Cleaning staff, dining staff, kids club staff = excellent. - Guest relations staff = helpful Now onto the negatives: - Water temperature in shower fluctuating - Lots of building work on site, a white van speeding round whilst kids were playing - Lots of facilities closed for maintenance, including beach, pools and outside catering - Emailed prior to arrival as I wanted to pay for a better room and add on a guest for 2 nights, no reply to the email via trip.com or Swandor website. When I arrived I mentioned that I tried to contact the hotel, lady at reception told me "that is not my problem sir" - Went to reception at 5:30am to see if the gym was open, receptionist greeted me by saying "yes". I responded "good morning" and asked about gym opening time, he told me 7am. By 7:40am nobody was in the gym so I went in and worked out without staff being present - I asked to speak to the manager on 4 separate occasions, each time I was refused - Room unclean at times (especially on single bed where my daughter slept - picture attached) - Fuse box broken open in room (picture attached - very inviting for a 3 year old) - Food was hit and miss but overly repetitive. Potatoes were completely uncooked and when I mentioned to dining staff it was removed from the buffet. - Raw chicken (picture attached)

Not bad, it would be great iif all the facilities will be opened.

This vacation hotel is very suitable for the family who like sea. In here you can watch and play on the beach and enjoy the food and soft drinks all the day. All star to say

Kids enjoyed kids club, waterslides and ice cream. Good choice of food at restaurants. For me it too crowded and a bit too noisy. Pier is still under construction and you can hear and smell it near the beach.

No activities at all. Most things closed, even the beach is closed, no bar no food. Only the main restaurant is open. Completely no night show at all. Room is located on the ground floor, which is very noisy at night. The room also has no cold air from the air conditioning, it only blows out hot air.

Her yönüyle keyifli bir tatil geçirdik.Bu sebeple aynı sezonda ikinci kez aynı oteli tercih ettik.2.konaklamamızda otel tam kapasite doluydu buna karşın hizmetlerde bir aksama görmedik.Yeni hizmete giren iskele kısmı ayrıca çok beğenimizi kazandı.Personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi.hepsine özellikle içecek büfeleri çalışanlarına teşekkürler.

Отель расположен недалеко от Аэропорта. Большая ухоженная территория. Гигантский пирс(я такого не встречала) – на котором еще располагается бар и небольшая сцена, с кучей лестниц в море (каждая из которых оборудована душем). Вход с пляжа галька и песок. В нашу поезду до 10.30 и после 17 штиль. Днем небольшое волнение. Основной бассейн огромный, глубиной 1.40. Детские с крышей от солнца. Народу куча, но лежаки мы всегда и везде находили (мы не любим лежать прям в самом центре – нам нравиться край). Много переодевалок. Горки всех возрастов работают с небольшим обеденным перерывом. Полотенца по карточкам (сильно никто не придирается). Везде стоят холодильники с водой. Много баров (фото меню приложу). Коктейльная карта+основные коктейли тоже готовят. Орешки по запросу. Кормят прекрасно все время в каком-либо ресторане (ассортимент может немного отличаться, например бургеры – только в ресторане у моря. Шаурма – основной ресторан). Отдельно хочется отметить шаурму и пиццу - вау. Мороженное ванильное в баре у моря (Разнообразное мороженное в кондитерской у маленького бассейна). Несколько ресторанов за деньги и один раз за отпуск Турецкий (пт-вс) с предварительной бронью (нам оч понравилось) Номера уютные, все есть – а чего нет, просите на ресепшен, оперативно приносят. Матрасы очень мягкие. У нас был номер в 4 корпусе с видом на соседний отель. Нам было все равно, но вот «Кремль» включал иногда ночью какой-то генератор – и это жесть!! Если никто не кричит в корпусе – то очень тихо и комфортно. Анимация – для всех возрастов и интересов (по расписанию). Детский клуб огорожен отдельно (чтобы дети не разбегались). У них своя анимация. И несколько площадок. 2 раза в неделю надувная полоса препятствий в основном бассейне. Дискотека для желающих – свой клуб 2 раза в неделю вечером. Днем: 1 раз в бассейне и один раз пенная вечеринка(где живая музыка). 3/4 раза приглашенные шоу в амфитеатре. Каждый вечер живая музыка-2 локации. Причем все примерно в одно время – так что можно выбрать дискотека/шоу или живую музыку. При этом спать ничего нам не мешало. В дарц приз - бутылка шампанского)) Спорт зал неплохой – но часть тренажёров для ног в наш отпуск не работала. Бассейн крытый не работал. На башню прикольно подняться (лифт+ступеньки) – красивый вид+небольшой бар. Кальянная – супер. Цена 35 евро(без излишеств), табак шикарный. Мы как-то 3 смены угля прокурили. Есть насколько магазинчиков со всем необходимым. За воротами ничего нет – надо брать такси. Бильярд 2 шт: состояние удовлетворительное, но почти все время очередь из детей. Странность – в номерах стаканы картонные, в барах везде стекло. То есть чтобы поставить свои зубные щетки – сходить в бар и взять стакан)) Нам немного не зашел завтрак. Из явных минусов – свет в общих туалетах. Он все время выключается, если ты не стоишь и не двигаешься 5 секунд!! Информация, девочки/девушки/женщины – используют туалет сидя. В общем будешь сидеть в темноте и искать туалетную бумагу на ощупь))
