Fantastic hotel. Had a great stay here. Always enjoy our time at an Orange hotel chain.

Hotel is nice and location is perfect to explore Lijiang. Rooms are spacious and a family can enjoy and feel like a home. One of the plus point for this hotel is they provide free laundry service which is best when you’re traveling for longer period of time.

New hotel but the cleaning services is rather inconsistent. Several days the cleaning lady did not clean the stain on the table and did not organize the used cups/ mugs which was left unwashed for the whole week I was staying here. 3 out of the 7 days I stayed here, they forgot to replace the face towel which I had to call the front desk and asked them to send to me manually. The washing machines and dryers were too little in quantity and there were long queue for using the washer and dryer after 8pm, there were no washing detergent provided unlike other Orange Hotels branches. They offered me a plate of fresh fruits and free breakfast as a compliment for staying 1 week at their hotel.

Worth every cent of mine and one of the best stay experiences throughout my kunming trip. Offer the best value out of your money, facilities, cleanliness, room size, bed, bathroom everything was really above my expectations towards a hotel room at this price rate.

一直住桔子，一如既往的舒心。 設施：裝修和設施都很新，桔子一貫的風格，特別是早餐，餐廳雖然不大種類齊全。 衞生：乾乾淨淨的很好。 環境：安靜極了，晚上睡的很好一點噪音都沒有。 服務：入住時間比較晚，很早就打電話確認入住時間。來的比較晚，還給升級了房間，太謝謝啦。

設施：設施蠻新的，整體就是桔子温暖的色調，寬敞明亮，出來旅遊累了一天一回到酒店就有種回家温馨的感覺。 衞生：衞生條件很不錯，房間及時打掃。 服務：遇到的前台小姐姐和打掃的服務員都很nice，及時響應你的各種需求，加了客服微信後，各種事情可以通過微信溝通落實，非常適合我們社恐年輕人😇

酒店環境很好，智能化的體驗。私密性很好，外賣員不入內，由酒店的智能機器人🤖配送！位置離麗江古城也很近，逛古城很方便！早餐豐富，還有免費的小冰櫃放在外面！推薦大家入住，絕對不顧所望

1、地理位置比較方便，酒店出去往右走就有一個機場直通車的下車點好像叫藍天賓館； 2、服務態度不錯，前台的小姑娘們很熱情，印象深刻的一個是大廳打掃的阿姨，另一個是客房打掃的阿姨，衞生做起來相當利索； 總而言之，一家新開的服務衞生不錯的酒店值得推薦。 （圖文無關）

房間乾淨舒適，風景優美，天氣好時能看見玉龍雪山。特別表揚前台的小姐姐，早起出去沒趕上早餐，還為我們貼心準備了路餐，晚上回來還幫忙洗烘衣服，服務一級棒！迫不及待和其他好友推薦這家酒店，下次還來！

這次入住的酒店體驗遠超預期，必須好好誇一誇！ 先説設施環境，踏入大堂就被雅緻的設計吸引，暖色調燈光搭配簡約綠植，瞬間驅散了旅途疲憊。房間更是驚喜，空間寬敞明亮，床品柔軟得像雲朵，躺下秒睡不是誇張。衞浴乾濕分離做得超棒，熱水即開即熱，洗漱用品是淡淡的桔子香，細節處透着用心。窗外正對着雪山，清晨拉開窗簾就看到玉龍雪山，心情格外舒暢。公共區域也很加分，電梯間一塵不染，走廊鋪着厚地毯，走路幾乎沒聲音，完全不會被打擾。 再聊聊早餐服務，種類豐富到選擇困難！中式的粥品、包子、油條樣樣齊全，西式的麪包、培根、煎蛋也毫不含糊，還有現煮的麪條和餛飩，阿姨會貼心地問你要不要加辣。最難得的是服務態度，收盤子特別及時，酒店工作人員總是笑眯眯的， 整體住下來特別舒心，無論是設施維護還是早餐品質，都能感受到酒店的誠意。下次來還會選這裏，真心推薦給大家！

前台服務人員非常熱情，主動給升級了房間，各種服務都非常滿意。唯一的遺憾是沒有續住成功，衹能重新再找酒店。希望下次來能連住幾晚。

出門首選是桔子酒店，房間很乾凈很温馨還有水果，還升級了房間，前台服務小姐姐小金還幫忙打印了資料，很是貼心。

還會繼續定的酒店！退房還送了好吃的桔子糖和玫瑰花餅！房間打掃的乾淨，需要洗衣液、水很快送來！
