Hotel a Città del 6 ottobre, Egitto

Considerate le condizioni igienico sanitario delle strutture egiziane, mi sento di dire che l'Hilton Hotel rappresenta un'ottima soluzione per i turisti in viaggio, soprattutto gli italiani...la mia camera era ampia, pulita, senza odore di fumo, con un bel bagno con due lavabo ed una doccia molto ampia. Letto comodissimo e servizio alla reception cortese e celere. Ho provato anche il room service e devo dire che è stato ineccepibile. Anche la colazione è varia ed abbondante, non ci si può lamentare visto che si trova sicuramente qualcosa che possa soddisfare i propri gusti. Banca all'interno cosi da cambiare anche gli euro in valuta locale. Bella la piscina ma non l'ho provata. Nel complesso mi sento proprio di consigliarlo.

Un Albergo sicuramente di classe e degno dei migliori Hotel della catena Hyatt che è sempre una garanzia di qualità in tutto il mondo. Stanze ampie e comode, un ottima colazione e una piscina perfetta per rilassarsi la sera dopo le visite al Cairo. La posizione dell'Hotel all'interno di un compaund moderno fa sì che sia una vera isola dal caos cittadino che al Cairo risulta essere veramente tanto. Necessarimente bisogna muoversi con un taxi o meglio ancora con UBER che risulta essere alquanto efficente al Cairo e di migliore qualità rispetto ai vari servizi di Taxi (scegliete sempre la opzione comfort quando chiamate un Uber e cercate di trovarvi in una posizione facilmente raggiungibile per evitare di non incontrarvi con il vostro driver). Unico appunto l'hotel si trova a circa un ora di distanza dall'aeroporto e questo sicuramente è un pò penalizzante per chi si deve spostare o prendere un aereo, in quanto deve partire con largo anticipo.

Sono stato 3 notti un questo hotel, molto grande composto da piccole palazzine di massimo 2 piani con delle stanza molto grandi e bagni anch'essi grandi. Si presenta come un hotel di lusso con interni molto appariscenti le piscine bellissime nelle piazze che si formano intorno alla varie case contraddistinte da numeri, palazzina 19 era quella dove stavo io. Sala colazione / cena molto grande con tante cose a disposizione tutto a buffet, personalmente non ho trovato cibo che mi abbia entusiasmato particolarmente tranne per i dolci la sera a cena, quelli devo dire molto buoni. La camera pulita male purtroppo, briciole sul tappeto la terza notte il letto era stato rifatto anche male senza tirare le lenzuola sembrava il letto rifatto da me quando avevo 14 anni. Il bagno con vasca e tenda per la doccia, vasca macchiata set di cortesia per il primo giorno completo per gli altri 2 giorni mi hanno lasciato solo lo shampoo, riguardo agli asciugamani la terza sera avevamo solo un telo per la doccia cosa che ci ha fatto particolarmente arrabbiare. Le rifiniture della vasca in silicone tutto nero di muffa. Il phon era mezzo squagliato sulla punta e se lo agitavi velocemente faceva strani rumori. Letti 2 ad una piazza e mezzo comodi cuscini 2 per letto molto alti e duri ma abbiamo comunque dormito bene. Diciamo che quando siamo arrivati ci è sembrata una struttura magnifica poi abbiamo scoperto tutte queste mancanze che purtroppo a mio avviso non rispecchiano la categoria dell'hotel.

Personale molto gentile e accogliente buffet grandioso è grande piscina ambiente con una bella piscina molto grande e molto accogliente centro massaggi palestre e alla reception molto accogliente molto gentili da vedere da vicino da visitare venite Non mancate vi divertirete your name rana

What can we say the resort was well above our expectations The staff members are excellent and respectful … nothing too much trouble for them The rooms are spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. Shower was very powerful and hot The food was amazing … so much choice …. Desserts were out of this world Staff in restaurant areas very attentive but respectful of your privacy as well There is great attention to detail throughout the hotel and in the grounds itself Didn’t have time to sample the pool due to busy itinerary but it looked very inviting and exceptionally clean We haven’t got anything bad to say about this hotel it was an exceptional experience and would have no hesitation in returning Thank you to everyone for your hospitality

We stayed for 4 nights and first night we were happy with the hotel, room ambience etc. On the 2nd day when we came back to the hotel we noticed that the Air condition was not working and we called maintenance. The guy who came tried to fix it and after about 30 mins we were told he cannot fix it that day and will have to return the following day. He said he could get our room changed. As we had a long day and had an early wake-up call we said we will manage for that night as the thought of packing/moving was not ideal and was hoping it will be fixed. Following day we informed the reception before we went out and even got our travel agent to do the same. Sadly when we returned after a long day AC had not been fixed and there was no message to inform us that. However there were dust all over and not-closed panels on the ceiling instead. There was no messages to say they could not fix the AC too. So we called the reception however they kept the phone and did not even return the call in case they did not hear us. I went to the reception and informed as the guy on duty who told me it was fixed!!! I told him I will not come down from 4th floor if it was fixed. He then checked something on the system (and surely saw some remark) and so said they will change our room and he will send someone to assist us. I went back while a guy came in 2 mins! Obviously we wanted more time. So we asked him to stay for 10 mins or come back after 10 mins. He opted for the 2nd option. However after 20 mins as no one came we called the reception and reception answered the phone by saying ”my colleague will come now”. So it was obvious they can see our room number and knew why we were calling and it was also obvious our call earlier was cut deliberately. Luckily the room was in the same floor (4th floor) however we were given twin sharing beds instead of a double bed, which we had in the original room. Also the room was generally smaller, while the bathroom was not at all to the standard of the initial room we had. There were empty shampoo bottles etc. As it was quite late and as we were tired we did not press the matter after that. The hotel didn't even have the courtesy to apologise to us for not being able to give us a double bed! Similarly the hotel did not think to inform us or the travel agent that they could not fix the AC and that they would like to change our room until we went down to the reception! Lacked empathy and common courtesy BIG TIME and we were really disappointed.

The hotel is good. Price is good. The staffs including reception Mr. Abdullah is good. I do suggest this hotel.
