Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. We checked out today, Saturday, 16 November 2024, at around 11:30am, and the entire experience was flawlessly smooth. Every detail of our stay reflected the exceptional hospitality that ĒL HOTEL is known for. We are leaving with wonderful memories and look forward to returning again. I’m so surprised with the hospitality from each division of the hotel. They are very humbled and have a quick respon to all my request especially when I said that I brought parents. Very well mannered The only thing that I really hate the most is the location and of course it goes to the traffic I literally need 24 hours from the hotel to Jakarta due to the super stuck traffic, I know it’s a long holiday but I think they need to figure better way to avoid this situation, and hopefully they can fix it in the near future Overall, I love it! Io ero in hotel Sukajadi per tante volte con la mia famiglia, non ricordo esattamente quante volte, ma era molto, eravamo amanti della stanza, del servizio e anche il cibo era grande! E questa volta io e la mia famiglia tornarono a visitare Bandung e decisero di rimanere in questo hotel, come ospite ripetente, aspettando lo stesso servizio e le strutture che abbiamo vissuto, ma purtroppo questa visita è veramente deludente, La prima stanza che entravamo era molto sporca, molti capelli dell'ospite precedente erano ovunque nel bagno, la stanza non ha nemmeno un torso dentale, ho chiamato e chiesto al personale, ma mi hanno detto che non avevano nessun torso dentale disponibile, Ma poi il personale di custodia che passava attraverso la nostra stanza ha detto che era disponibile e mi ha dato la spazzola dentale (?) la prima stanza che entrammo non ha nemmeno un guardaroba o un pendello disponibile? ! Poi ho chiesto di trasferire la mia stanza in un altro, con un letto gemellato e deve essere convertito in grandezza, comunque, meglio della prima stanza che avevamo, ma poi ancora, la stanza è molto vecchia e non molto pulita, Poiché ci preoccupa molto ora di Covid 19 e si aspetta che l'hotel controllerà doppiamente la pulizia della stanza? Beh.. Wi-Fi è anche terribile, non possiamo nemmeno avere un segnale all'interno della nostra stanza, super breaker di umore! E il peggiore è che la nostra camera (ho prenotato 2 camere per 1 notte solo) entrambi non hanno l'acqua calda (non funziona) ingegneria è arrivato nella stanza e ha detto che ci vuole tempo per l'acqua calda che viene fuori, bene.. Ho aspettato quasi 20 minuti che non è ancora uscito? Il personale dice che mi dispiace e ci ha detto che in pratica ”è quello che è ... è come quello ...” comunque, ora non posso aspettare più / anche aspettare qualcosa da questo hotel, veramente deluso, solo un'espressione e una recensione onesta da me e la mia famiglia. E un cubo solo per il personale di custodia che mi ha dato la spazzola per la tosse e pulito la nostra seconda stanza, grazie.

Best pillows Ive slept on in awhile. Room is spacious and everyday the fridge is replenished with water and bottled tea with snacks for the room. Would recommend if needed a place for rhe night.

I recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience. Positive Aspects: The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated. Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests. The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated. While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.

The hotel is in a prime location on Braga Street, making it convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the service from all the staff was exceptional—I truly appreciated their hospitality. The room was clean, though there’s some room for improvement. However, the room felt slightly outdated, and the air conditioning in Room 1201 could use some maintenance. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a fantastic location!

Il letto è bello e accogliente, la camera è pulita, il bagno è pulito, la tenda è pulita, il mattone è pulito tutto mantenuto bene, il colazione ha una vasta scelta e un buon servizio. La squadra di front desk è buona, abbiamo avuto l'assistenza di Eva, anche se dobbiamo aspettare un po' più e un po' più tardi per entrare, ma aiutano bene e in buone maniere.

Sono rimasto con la mia famiglia per 2 notti. Ciò che ci ha sorpreso è stato la pulizia della stanza. Non abbiamo trovato polvere nella stanza. E la posizione è eccellente, è a soli 15 minuti di distanza per i ristoranti di cibo e bumi aki. Tuttavia, ci sono mancanza di giochi per bambini, anche la piscina non è amichevole per bambini.

A bit dissapointed as we booked deluxe room which has open-air bathtub (showing on the application) but there's no bathtub actually for the deluxe.. I'm asking the hotel staff why the room hasn't a bathtub while on the application we saw even for deluxe, they told that bath tub is on Suite room only & the wrong information on the application.. L'hotel potrebbe essere un dormitorio nella sua vita precedente. Beh, sinceramente non lo sappiamo, ma quando si entra in camera si può avere un'idea simile. L’interno suggeriva che avrebbe potuto vedere i suoi giorni, ma ora è stato rigionnovato, lasciando intatta una parte del suo ex, il fan del tetto del vintage, tra le altre cose.La stanza è molto spaziosa, con un comodo letto re. Ma mancava le esigenze di base che normalmente si trovavano in una stanza hotel : nessun frigorifero, nessun servizio tè/caffee/zucchero (ma abbiamo il riscaldamento d'acqua, però), e nessun pannolino ! Il hotel è situato a Puncak, e il piano delle sue camere non è coperto di mattoni, un paio di pantaloncini sarà una benedizione! La piscina è molto bella, ma ha bisogno di pulizia, perché il fondo è un po' sabbioso.Per quanto riguarda il cibo, abbiamo la possibilità di provare sia il cibo dal caffè che quello dal buffet. Le nostre ordinazioni dal caffè erano deliziose, ma non si può dire lo stesso per il buffet. Ma in generale, ci siamo divertiti. Con un prezzo modesto, si potrebbe godere un'atmosfera rilassante di una casa di pensionamento. Il tempo sta per fare un po' più lento in questo posto

Prenotavano una coppia di camere per gli amici fuori città. Erano molto felici con le camere pulite e letti confortevoli. Personale e portabagagli erano efficienti, piacevoli e utili. Anche godevano del colazione all'hotel. Lo consiglierà certamente agli amici e alla famiglia quando hanno bisogno di un posto per rimanere mentre visitano Bandung.

La nostra famiglia ha soggiornato 5 giorni 4 notti, in una camera deluxe, letti matrimoniali. Sì, questo è un vecchio hotel, si può vedere dal edificio e le attrezzature. Buon e amichevole servizio a partire dalla guardia di sicurezza, front office e personale. Questa camera deluxe, il bagno è stretto. La pulizia della stanza è mancata, molte polveri negli angoli. Anche se ogni giorno la stanza è sempre pulita. Sala da ginnastica e piscina sono adeguate e vicine a Braga.

La posizione è buona nel centro città di Bandung, molte varietà di cibo nelle vicinanze a piedi. La ricerca di un parcheggio in alta occupazione sarà certamente anche una sfida. Stato complessivo piacevole, il mio status di selezione del diamante è stato riconosciuto con spazio di aggiornamento gratuito (anche se dovete chiedere prima!) Non ho provato la palestra e la piscina, ma sembra decente per questo hotel 4 stelle Ho perso il tè pomeriggio al check-in, ma mi hanno offerto di portare un bel drink di ginger + snack locali nella mia stanza, apprezzare il gesto di servizio. Se non ti importa della trappola di traffico, posso raccomandare questo per un breve soggiorno.

I came in a big group, not at once though. Checking in was easy. Everyone in this hotel is friendly I think. Receptionist, room boy/girl, security, waiters and waitress, and also therapists. Parking area for cars are available at basement and sub-basement. There are two integrated lifts for guests. No access card needed to go to the upper floors. About restaurant, various food. They start opening at 6.10 am. Smoking area is available near stairs, at East. Ask for the ashtray as it is not provided on the table. Travelers who enjoy crowds are recommended to stay in this hotel. Located within the busy area of Braga, we can enjoy various culinary, hangout places, live music, night entertainment, etc.

Ho deciso di rimanere a Pasar Baru Square solo per la posizione che è vicino a quasi tutto. Ho ricevuto un prezzo speciale durante la vendita epica di Traveloka. Sono arrivato molto presto al mattino e ho pagato la precoce check-in che è conveniente. Ecco alcuni + e - punti che ho incontrato durante il soggiorno. Positivo: 1. Il personale (Sec, FO, HK) sono tutti amichevoli. Ci ha salutati con sorriso ogni volta che passiamo. Chiamate Neng Vina e Veni che abbiamo incontrato quasi ogni giorno anche akang che ci ha aiutato il merdì 13 mattina. Grazie. 2. La posizione è perfetta. Non vi sarebbe stato disturbato trovare posti per negozi e mangiare. Camminando a Bdg Station, Alun2, Pasar Baru Oleh2, ecc. Need to improve: 1. Cleanliness.
