The hotel is about 11 months old so still relatively new. I stayed two nights. The first night was in a smaller, standard room, in the front facing the road. The only problem was the traffic noise starting around 530 am. The next night I was in a larger room in the back and it was pretty nice, and mostly quiet. It had two beds, single and a queen, but its OK I like the extra space that came with the room. But it's a bit surprising. In a country where people, and usually hotel staff, are generally friendly and pleasant, the staff here didn't speak to me at all or even acknowledge me the entire time I was there. A few of the housekeepers did speak to me by the second day, but not the overall staff. Even when I checked out, both the receptionist and the manager just keep busy with whatever they were doing and didn't even look in my direction or say a word. OK but but that's a problem, because it's the hospitality business after all. The cafe is good and the food is exceptional. The location is a little far away from what I was used to in the city but manageable. Still overall it was a good stay, mostly because the rooms are super clean and new.

Inizialmente, sono stata molto frustrata da un malinteso tra me stesso e il butler, che mi ha fatto sentire inquieto, ma devo dire che il responsabile della proprietà, l'Engr. Ella, o l'OIC, ha gestito la situazione in modo eccezionale. Ha preso il tempo di ascoltare le mie preoccupazioni, ha affrontato la questione in fretta, e ha assicurato che tutto fosse risolto per la mia soddisfazione; il suo professionalismo e la sua pazienza mi hanno davvero invertito l'esperienza. Oltre a questo hiccup iniziale, il resto del mio soggiorno presso The City Flats - Sacred Heart era fantastico. La stanza era pulita, comoda, e aveva tutte le attrezzature che mi servivano. La posizione era perfetta, con facile accesso a Penthouse8747 per la nostra festa di fine anno. Il resto del personale era amichevole e accogliente, assicurandomi di sentirmi a casa. Apprezzo davvero il contatto personale di Engr. Ella e come ha assicurato che il resto del mio soggiorno fosse stato liscio e piacevole. Sono felice di aver scelto questo posto, e nonostante il brutto cominciamento, sarei sicuramente tornato e lo consigliere agli altri. Kudos!

We were hesitant to book at first due to a lack of reviews, but our experience exceeded our expectations. This accommodation deserves an honest review. We stayed for 2 nights and found it easy to access, with friendly staff. Omni Dormitel is the best budget option we have tried. The Chinese staff member, likely the owner, was very professional and quickly shared helpful information like the Wi-Fi password and nearby stores. The room was clean and cozy, with plenty of storage. It felt like home. The lighting was nice, but the TV did not work well. The air conditioning was good, and the bathroom was clean with hot water. Our only concern was security since the room lock was broken, but we could still lock the door with a key. Despite outside noise from karaoke at night, we did not hear much inside the room.

Good place to stay in Makati for a night or two, overall has everything you need. I would say there are better value options nearby tho with the same amenities for a better price. Stayed also at the partnered Abraham Bohol before which was half price, a lot cleaner and with a much better breakfast than this branch!

Il personale dell'hotel è gentile e utile, ma le camere e le strutture sono solo medie. La pressione dell'acqua da bagno è bassa, quindi non ci sono letti e shampoo e condizionatore. Si dispone di un sonno, ma quello che mi dà è olio, così come le loro tovaglie da bagno. La camera è abbastanza spaziale. Il colazione complementare è piatto e ha 3 selezioni alimentari coreane. Hanno sauna, piscina e massaggio di servizio ma non ho provato. Non permettono di portare cibo dentro. Durante il mio soggiorno c'è un volo nella mia camera. Le letti e le lana sono vecchie, ma in equità è confortevole.

Just walking distance to MRT/LRT Cubao and Gateway Mall. With stores and jeepny nearby to travel around Metro. Room is clean and spacious but you can loudly hear everyone outside your room. No hot/cold shower as well. Elevator not working when we went there.

When I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me. But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”. But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.

L'ostello è semplice. Fornisce spazio per gli ospiti a mangiare fuori dalla stanza. Ci sono tavoli rotondi buoni per due ospiti. Puoi anche rimanere lì per lavoro o rilassarsi. La stanza (bunk) è progettata solo per dormire. CR comune e doccia. Camere separate per le donne e le genti.
