I came to stay as I needed to attend a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park the next day morning. The B&B was on the edge of the Coleshill. It was an okay stay, and just about okay. I won't be against staying there again, but there is nothing special to lure me back either. Plus: James ware expecting me when I arrived and showed me the key and the room. He also took my order for the next morning. The room was of decent size. There are lots of lights in the room. The bed was okay. There is on site parking space. The breakfast was ready when I walked down to the dining room. Minus: At £148 a nigh this was certainly not good value for money. The facility was a bit basic, albeit adequate (tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits and hair dryer). There was one bottle for hair/body wash and there was a small soap in the bathroom. Bathroom is just about of adequate size for one person. The water temperate varied a bit while on show, but workable. Also my room was on 2nd floor, with narrow steep stairs. It was okay for me as I traveled very light. But it would be tricky for someone with big luggage or mobility restraint.

La bella camera e il bagno erano molto carini con camminare in doccia e in bagno, sotto il letto illuminato che è venuto in giro per la notte che è utile in luoghi strani. Consente di accedere facilmente; solo a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal centro principale. Vicino ai parchi e possibile camminare a Warwick lungo le sentieri Avon e canale. Fantastico colazione e camera ha tutto quello che ti serve per un breve soggiorno.

La stanza è molto pulita e non ha un gusto.La coppia è molto entusiasta e può comunicare in cinese.La colazione è fatta ora, molto deliziosa.La dimensione della stanza e le strutture soddisfano completamente le esigenze di alloggio.Il cortile davanti alla porta può parcheggiare, ci sono circa cinque posti di auto. accanto alla stazione di benzina. Quando arrivera', e'la prima stanza della stazione di benzina, non andare oltre.Camminare dieci minuti dal centro della città.Un buon parcheggio può essere aperto in città.Le scale sono un po'scura, ma il capo è molto entusiasta di aiutare la valigia, non mi sento incomoda.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were professional, although they could have been slightly more friendly. The room did not have AC which was a big disappointment as we were very hot, but overall the facilities and spa was great.

My mum and I really enjoyed our stay here! The host is so friendly and helpful. The room is spotless, and I absolutely loved the cooked English breakfast she made for us! I'd give this place 10/10!

Place very dated but clean, with lovely staff and nicely presented breakfast. I also appreciated the water always available in the reception!
