È un hotel economico, quindi ottieni ciò per cui paghi, il check-in è facile, le camere come molti hotel RD sono spaziose ma non hanno un bollitore, un frigorifero e alcune non hanno finestre, questa aveva una finestra a 6 pollici da un altro muro.
Ci vogliono circa 15 minuti in taxi dall'aeroporto, a seconda del traffico.
La zona circostante è molto filippina, il che è bello, molte persone amichevoli.
L'hotel è comunque buono ed economico e un po' vicino all'aeroporto di Ninoy.
Ci tornerei.

Il complesso condo non è male, c'è una palestra e una piscina ma è molto freddo, perché il sole non colpisce tutto il giorno. L'appartamento cucina è un piccolo studio, quindi sono stati visti alcuni cazzo di cucina. Situato vicino al supermercato, ristoranti.

The place is cozy and the ambience is great. The big pool is quite good but the other pool is not that clean (some leaves are floating at the pool). The security guards are very courteous and hospitable. The frontdesk staff is not that hospitable and don’t even know how to smile.

I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

JJhon_theGreatInitially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately.
Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety.

UUtente ospiteThe place was really nice overall. The room was comfy for 2 adults, and the amenities were great — especially the pool, play area, gym, and billiards on the 9th floor. If you're bringing kids, note that the room with 2 single beds is tight; better to request a Queen bed. Everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained.
A couple of things could’ve been better. There was a strong sewage smell from the toilet — likely due to the hotel being new. They provided an ionizer which helped, but the smell returned when unplugged. Reception offered a room transfer around 7pm, but we were already back and too tired to move.
Also, one of the staff members from housekeeping came into the room without knocking — not a huge deal, but definitely something that should be addressed. Still, it was a mostly good experience. With a few tweaks, this place could be awesome .Will definitely come back!

UUtente ospiteSo, there was a typhoon rolling to the north of the Philippines when we were staying here. It rained biblically during our entire stay. We rented the ”Penthouse” room which just meant is had a refrigerator and also a king bed instead of a full or queen size that seems to be typical in Manila. The staff here was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that the rain brought extreme humidity, and our AC unit in our room was not up for the challenge. We joked that we rented the sauna room. The hotel is also a short walk to quite a few restaurants and a night market with live music. I would stay here again if the AC is working...

DDOJ1004The location is really good, nearest to Robinson's Mall a few blocks away from the hotel, near at seven eleven a few blocks also wherein a five star hotel resides Sheraton. If you want to go for pleasure there's a lot of bars and KTV you can vouch for. Along the street. And there's also a Korean town nearby that indulges Korean food and Chinese food you want to eat also.
