What we liked:
Hotel location;
Gorgeous landscapes from the room window;
Pool area;
Spacious swimming pool;
Spacious room;
The pool is properly planned;
Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.;
The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.;
Relaxing massage;
There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.;
Your requests are being listened to.
What didn't you like:
A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked.
We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food.
•On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400.
•When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited.
•Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food.
•The leaves in each salad were stale.
•Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage.
•There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone;
I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours.
•Hand soap has not been refilled in two days;
• The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there;
•The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected.
• One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it;
• Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes.
Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask.
I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

Наша вилла была просто великолепной: просторной, стильной и очень уютной. Белоснежное постельное белье и безупречная чистота создавали ощущение настоящей роскоши.
Персонал отеля — настоящие профессионалы! Очень отзывчивые, душевные и всегда готовые помочь. Когда мы решили арендовать байк, его привезли прямо к отелю — новый, мощный, всего за 500 песо в сутки. Это было невероятно удобно для поездок на пляж Алон (всего 7 км) и к местным достопримечательностям.
Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки. Еда была вкусной, свежей и приготовленной с любовью. Настоящее наслаждение начинать день с таких блюд!
Порадовала близость к улице с кафе и ресторанами — буквально несколько минут пешком. Это позволило нам попробовать много местных блюд и не зависеть от транспорта.
Особенное спасибо за организацию раннего завтрака перед нашим выездом — в 5:30 все уже было готово, а трансфер до аэропорта ждал нас вовремя.
E L Westensee Resort — это место, куда хочется вернуться! Теплая атмосфера, идеальная чистота и заботливый подход к каждому гостю сделали наш отдых просто незабываемым!

CCha & KielhIt was a last minute booking. We arrive at the property at 8:00 p.m from a long trip, and good thing there are still available rooms. The receptionist (both Kuya and Ate), whom I think the owner or the caretaker are very friendly and accommodating. They answer all our inquiries, and even give us some tips on where to book online and some details about when they started opening the place etc..The place is very new, and the rooms are very clean and new.
We've been to many places but this is the only place that has a swimming pool and their rooms and bed are big with our own bathroom/toilet, aircon, TV and free wifi, and it is only 700pesos per night for 2 pax. However, they do not have a hanging rack inside the bathroom, but they have a hanging cabinet where you can hang your clothes and you can also hang your wet clothes outside the room.
How we wish we saw this place first because the place we booked before this, we also paid 700 pesos but it does not have a pool, and the room is very small with a double deck bed, and it does not have a TV and private toilet/bathroom.
As per Kuya, they also offer catering services and private events to be held in their place. They also have free coffee and water in their mini pantry just in front of the pool.
They also have breakfast if you want to book with breakfast. They also have a menu of their available foods at a reasonable price.
Overall, we really like this place, what you see in the pictures are exactly what you get in actual. We will book this place again to celebrate the birthday of my partner's brother.

UUtente ospiteStaff are super sweet and polite. Happy to accommodate your needs. Lovely people. We booked airport transfer an hour before we arrived (we forgot to book earlier), and they still beat us to the airport! Amazing service there. Breakfast.is great and coffee.is nice. Pool is very clean and sparkles at night! Rooms are spacious and equipped to handle wet clothes/swimmers without a worry. Own aircon, safe and fridge in rooms super convenient. Both us and our friends who just married on the island loved it so much we came back to stay. Highly recommend. Thank you Diving Addiction for making our trip better!

Il secondo giorno andammo in isola vergine, e quando siamo tornati prima di pranzo per controllare, quando siamo entrati nella stanza, abbiamo visto una sigaretta usata sul bacino situato nella stanza di conforto e nessuno di noi nel gruppo può fumare, quindi ci chiediamo chi è la sigaretta E sapendo che abbiamo chiuso la porta quando siamo andati in isola vergine, ci chiediamo se qualcuno entrasse nella stanza.
E' una cosa terribile, come se ci fossero cose preziose che sono andate e rubate.

UUtente anonimoI was initially hesitant to book due to the limited options available and the fact that my preferred properties were already fully booked. Your property was the only affordable option with availability, and I was hoping for a comfortable stay.
I'm happy to say that despite my initial concerns, my one-night stay in the original room was quite good. Yes, the floor was still a little wet when we entered, but the room was clean, and while the AC was a bit loud, overall, the experience was positive.
What truly made our experience exceptional was your fantastic staff. I truly appreciate their patience and understanding. I actually forgot to check out by 12 pm as we were enjoying our activities, and because we had a room upgrade booked for the remaining two nights, the staff waited for us to arrive at the property to change our room. Such fantastic service and attitude!
Furthermore, I’m especially grateful for the honesty of your staff. I want to express my deep appreciation for bringing my silver necklace back to me after I had accidentally left it in the old room. That level of integrity is truly commendable.
Thank you for making our stay in Siquijor a memorable one. We genuinely appreciate the great service and warm hospitality, and your staff are a true asset to your hotel.

Era a soli 3 minuti di macchina. Ero con la mia famiglia e abbiamo affittato la camera da 8 letti (4 letti a castello). La camera era pulita, fredda e confortevole. Il prezzo includeva anche la colazione. Sicuramente vale i tuoi soldi.

UUtente ospiteThis resort has a relaxed and peaceful vibe, not too crowded, yet well maintained and located just in front of the sea. Garden is beautiful, swimming pool very nice with two slides that kids love, you can snorkel at their beach, we even saw a turtle. Rooms are clean and comfortable, their menu is extensive, you just need to find your favourites. I would definitely go to Hale Manna again!

MMaria PlsBest choice for this price. Room was small but cozy, the best budget hotel we had during this trip in Phillipines (we had three ones before). Rooftop terrace is perfect, we take once our meal to eat it in the evening and we enjoy it. The location was comfortable for our needs as well.
