The guesthouse is within walking distance from Hyehwa Station. The nightlife around this estate is also very lively, so rest assured should you need to return back later in the evening. The complimentary breakfast served is decent - you get a choice of toasted bread with spread, instant ramen or oatmeal. This is coupled with some milk, fruit juice, coffee, tea and water. However, you will need to prepare the meals yourself and clean the dishes after that. A caution that the room can seem rather small and cramped (for those needing a spacious design when selecting your overseas accommodation). My individual shower facilities also had a stench odour of what seemed like sewage, which was the main disappointing portion. If not, the rest of the facilities are good enough - e.g. The toilet bowls are clean and fitted with smart toilet seats, providing a warm sitting experience for those relieving yourselves during the winter season in Korea. The hosts were also very friendly, despite their limited proficiency in spoken English Language. There is also a shared desktop computer for your internet usage in the balcony, as well as a smart television in each room with internet-based programmes (e.g. Netflix, YouTube, Disney Plus etc.). I will strongly recommend this accommodation to those seeking a value-for-money option, solo travellers wanting a communal yet safe space to have a roof under their heads for the night. Not for the introverted nature - you will have plenty of opportunities to interact and dine with many strangers, of which some might become your global friend!

Budget accommodation with helpful staff who however may not be around in the early morning. Free eggs, bananas, milk and juice available 24/7. Small room with a private bathroom and shared toilets. Within 10 mins walk from the train station with a supermarket underneath, an opposite convenient store, Daiso and Olive Young nearby. Had a nice short stay there.

Good value right next to Sungkyunkwan

房間雖小，但樣樣俱全～適合背包客～隔音一般，但大家都很安靜還不錯。空氣可能會差點，但冬天入住很暖和。店內還有免費自助餐點～這點非常棒～芒果汁和美式咖啡很好喝～公共洗手間也乾淨～雖然衹有2格，但入住期間沒有遇到要等候的。 交通便利，酒店附近就有去機場大巴6011～省錢點可以搭162或100到首爾站轉機場線～ 地鐵4號惠化站4號出口走過來也不遠～沿路都有可以逛街購物吃飯的店 酒店往前走一下就是成均館～附近景點都是不錯～ 老闆人好，會英文，不懂還有翻譯機，沒有溝通障礙～是家性價比不錯的店～

房間雖小，但設備很齊全，空調電視居然還配備小冰箱，房間空氣也很清新，床單被子都很乾凈 生活區有免費的飲料牛奶雞蛋麪包香蕉泡麪，體驗非常非常不錯 交通也非常便利，出門100米左右就是公交站，門口吃飯購物一條街 對了，有24小時有接待人員，不用擔心入住問題 下次去還會住，非常非常棒！

1人旅で利用させていただきました。駅から少し歩きますが、駅までの道にもたくさんお店があり、ローケーションが最高でした。駅も4号線なので明洞や東大門に行きやすかったです！！ チェックインの時、丁寧に説明してくださります。 テラスのものは24時間無料で自由に食べていいのが嬉しかったです！（うどんが美味しかったです！） 部屋にある冷蔵庫が大きめで個人的にすごく良かったです！ 芳香剤？の匂いがすごく強くて少しきつかったですが、それ以外は最高でした！また機会があれば利用したいと思います！ 少し心配していたトコジラミもいなかったです！

객실은 작았지만 있을건 다있고 한겨울에 따뜻하게 잤어요. 조식도 맛있게 잘먹고 친절히 안내해주셔서 편안하게 머물다 왔습니다. 담에 서울 대학로에 좋아하는 연극보러오면 다시 찾고싶은곳입니다. 감사합니다 ^^
