La posizione è molto buona, a sette minuti dalla stazione, a dieci minuti dal Museo di Uftzy, ma è difficile trovarlo, perché non c'è segno dell'hotel!Anche se sono vicino a 10m, non so come venire. Quando ho chiesto al vicino hotel, sono stato indicato alla porta ”sì”. Premi il lettore di direzione, aprilo e poi salire al terzo piano e finire per fare le procedure di imbarco.La stanza è molto carina. Quando ho detto che la colazione era una partenza mattinata, ho risposto flessibile: ”Posso fare la colazione in un negozio di colazione e chiedere la consegna un giorno prima.”Fornisce anche salse, frigo e bagno. Se lasciate la stanza e salite, troverete una piazza e potete vedere il paesaggio del tetto della città antica condiviso.Se la procedura di soggiorno è corretta, sarà un buon hotel.

We stayed at Agriturismo Podere l’Aione during our Tuscany road trip, and overall it was a pleasant stay with warm hospitality, but there is one important point future guests should know. First, the positives. The property itself is very charming and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. The compound is spacious and relaxing, and the small cottage-style rooms feel cosy and private. The rooms appear fairly new (the property is only about four years old) and have modern amenities with a proper heating system, which made the stay comfortable. Parking inside the compound is also very convenient and safe. The hospitality was excellent. The owner’s daughter who welcomed us was very friendly, helpful and lovely. The lady attending breakfast was also incredibly warm and attentive, making the morning experience very pleasant. The people running the place truly make guests feel welcome. However, the main reason for our feedback is that the first photo shown in the listing does not appear to be this property. The image appears twice in the listing and shows a much larger estate with a very big swimming pool and a different compound layout. We booked the stay thinking it was that beautiful estate shown in the photos and were excited to experience that setting. When we arrived, we realised the accommodation is actually a smaller white cottage-style agriturismo, which is still beautiful, but quite different from the property shown in the first images. The one I uploaded the first two picture does not belong to this property. We were quite disappointed. Some more, it is the first image listed in this property, so we thought it is but if not. Because of this, it felt a little misleading at first as we kept wondering where that particular property in the photos was. In terms of pricing, similar agriturismo stays in this region with comparable cottage-style rooms can often be found for around SGD150 per night. However, we paid over SGD250+ which is roughly about 40% higher, because we believed we were booking the property shown in the main photo with the large swimming pool and grand compound. To be clear, the place itself is lovely, cosy, peaceful and well maintained, and the hospitality is wonderful. Our only suggestion would be for the management to update the listing photos so they accurately represent the actual property, which will help future guests have the right expectations. A small note for guests with mobility concerns: since the compound is quite spread out, you may need to walk a short distance and take a few steps to reach some of the cottages. Overall, it is still a charming countryside stay with very kind hosts, but the listing photos should better reflect the actual property

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.

Ho avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole in questo hotel e in generale è stata una grande esperienza. Uno dei migliori a proposito era la posizione. Era molto conveniente e rendeva facile andare in giro, sia per la vista, gli shopping, o trovare posti da mangiare. Tutto quello che mi serviva era vicino, e la zona si sentiva vivace e accessibile, rendendo il viaggio molto più piacevole. Un'altra cosa che si è rivelata era la pulizia dell'hotel, la stanza era molto pulita quando sono arrivato, e era chiaro che l'hotel prende cura delle sue strutture. Il letto era comodo, il bagno era senza spazi, e le aree comuni erano ben mantenute. Un ambiente pulito e tempestivo fa sempre una grande differenza, e mi ha certamente aiutato a sentirmi comodo e rilassato durante il mio soggiorno. Il personale era anche uno degli evidenti; tutti i miei colloqui erano gentili, amici e molto utili; erano felici di rispondere alle domande, di offrire assistenza e di assicurarsi che gli ospiti si sentissero benvenuti. Il loro atteggiamento positivo ha creato un'atmosfera calda e ha aggiunto un contatto personale all'intera esperienza.È sempre bello rimanere in un posto che valuti un buon servizio, e il personale qui ha davvero aiutato a rendere la visita tranquilla e piacevole. Apprezzo anche le raccomandazioni locali fornite dal personale, che hanno suggerito ristoranti, caffè e luoghi di visita nelle vicinanze, che mi hanno aiutato a sperimentare più di quanto fosse necessario per il turismo. Il loro consiglio era utile e dimostrava che volevano davvero godere di un buon tempo, non solo all'hotel, ma anche nei dintorni. In generale, consiglio a chiunque cerca un posto confortevole e conveniente per soggiornare. Con la sua eccellente posizione, elevati standard di pulizia e un personale amabile, utile, offre un'esperienza molto positiva. In futuro, mi premerebbe certamente restare qui.

Adatto per guidare da sola, l'ambiente è molto bello

La stanza è stata molto buona, la stanza era spaziosa e molto comoda. L'unica cosa è che non specifica su trip.com che la stanza non è direttamente parte dell'hotel, ma una stanza in un edificio a 4 minuti. L'indirizzo del check-in è Via delle Ruote, 52, 50129 Firenze FI, Italia (Hotel royal). Possiamo ancora godere di tutti i servizi come colazione, piscina e deposito bagagli.

Entrando nella hall dell'hotel, potrete percepire la forte atmosfera rinascimentale. Le decorazioni retrò e le strutture moderne sono sapientemente integrate, mostrando l'eleganza e il gusto italiano. Le camere sono spaziose e luminose, con un design semplice ma di alta qualità, letti confortevoli e un'elegante vista sulla strada fiorentina fuori dalla finestra, che fa sentire le persone come se fossero in un dipinto classico. La colazione è ricca e deliziosa, inclusa una varietà di scelte di sapori locali. Il personale di servizio è cordiale e attento, e ti fa sentire al caldo. Che si tratti di domande di viaggio o di esigenze particolari, il personale dell'hotel può rispondere rapidamente e fornire un'assistenza premurosa. La posizione e la vista sono bellissimi, ma la posizione è molto lontana. Senza una macchina non si muove da lì. Parcheggio per una macchina più grande è ok, se non è troppo basso, perché l'accesso al parcheggio è sulla collina. L'accesso alla piscina era buono, ma per usare il frumento freddo:-( Il giardino è ben curato. La camera Superior Montevettolini è grande e ha una tavola e una cucina che la rende superiore, ma le asciugamani sono divertenti per questo tipo di B&B. I bagni sono nuovi e funzionano bene. Non è comprensibile come un B&B Bed and Breakfast, mi vende questa stanza con un prezzo per la colazione e non vuole servire colazione. Volevano pagare il colazione con alcuni prezzi di pranzo realistici .... Quindi Trip.com mi confermava con colazione, il B&B non ha detto colazione. La soluzione è stata trovata da Trip.com con un rimborso. Ma non dovrebbe essere così, la mia fortuna era che ero con la mia auto e potevo muovermi da qualche parte per andare a mangiare. Un buon caffè, un bel cornetto un po' di formaggio e ham, burro, yogurt, frutta e cereali è un must per un B & Breakfast! La gamma di prezzi dopo di me, senza colazione, è molto alta, per la fine di settembre e certamente non consiglio di andare lì per gli altri. Era la mia prima e ultima volta in questo posto.

The apartment is clean and equipped with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious. The check-in instructions were clear. The noise from the street was disturbing. Even with the window closed, you can hear the sound of every passing tram. It is no coincidence that earplugs were prepared, although they cannot improve the vibration caused by the passing tram much. And a personal note. In my previous booking, at other accommodations, the host's communication - despite the fact that there is no personal meeting - usually includes some kindness and personal attention. This was not the case here, although it would have been nice.
