It is located in a housing area. We use waze to drive here. It is a big bungalow, with ample parking space. The main reason I chose this place is because the toilet has bidet. And it is even better as the place is very clean. The toilet is updated and comfy, even the shower curtain is clean, not even a single black dot can be seen. I didn't take any photo of the bathroom though. There's a common kitchen. They provide water dispenser as well. We get to the city using Bolt, and it was cheap. No issue in getting transportation. Overall I recommend this place if you are in Kutaisi.

We absolutely loved this hotel!! Sofia was warm and friendly, and the breakfast was abundant. There is a swing on the third-floor balcony, where you can enjoy beautiful night views. The dog by the entrance is lovely as well. The hotel is not far from central Kutaisi, which is super convenient for self-driving guests, and parking is available right at the front door. We hope to visit again sometime.

Ho dato i cinque cuori per l'esperienza pratica. Devo dire ai miei colleghi di prepararsi psicologicamente per l'igiene e le strutture. Un meraviglioso hotel atmosferico nel cuore di Kutaisi. Alla sorgente e al teatro 100m. Nuove camere pulite, c'è tutto indispensabile. Bello colazione in un ristorante nel piano di sotterraneo, waifei veloce. Grazie speciali a Sule per l'ospitalità )
