The location is nice, I chose this bcs I prefer to just walk to a place right after I arrive in Harbin or go to another place. Of course, you need to spare time when you want to go to the city center, but this place is close to bus station and subway station making it's convenient to go to other places. If you want to save time, taxi option is always available. It's also close to a mall and many restaurants that are open till late night, you can also find a pub around there. If you want a late night snack, there is a shop that opens 24hrs downstairs. The owner was nice as well, I added them on Wechat at late night, and they were very nice in responding me. They provided me with a code to enter my room as soon as I arrived in the building. Prepare a 100 CNY deposit (though you can find this info in the policy section). They will returned it once you checked out. In terms of room, it is quite big and the king size bed easily fits 2 persons. It is also clean and you will get the standard amenities (minus water), the view is also nice from there. The room is warm and you can make it warmer with AC. One thing that I dislike though, it smells of tobacco. I have to air it for around 15 mins as soon as I arrived, after that the smell dissipated and it turned OK. For you non-smokers, this could be a point to consider. It will be cleaned daily at around 9AM - 3PM so you can tell the owner your preferred time. You will get a room card inside and plenty of storage. Other things to consider: there is no curtain to separate the shower area so the water might leak to the toilet area. Since the whole building is for hotel so there might be some noises here and there but it won't disturb you too much based on my experience. Prepare ear plugs if you like quiet surrounding just incase. Bcs of the snow, be careful to only wear your shoes till the entrance, otherwise the room area will get dirty.

L’ospite e tutti erano così caldi e benvenuti, molto gentili ai miei figli, e anche i miei figli hanno lasciato prendere in prestito i loro giocattoli di neve per godersi nella neve fuori dalla stanza. Amo la camera familiare, ho avuto un proiettore, così abbiamo avuto una serata di film invernale. Il conducente Li era felice e gentile di portarci al negozio di comodità locale, e consigliava un posto per le attività di ghiaccio e neve, ci ha portato anche a uno dei cibi halal/musulmano che era a circa 25 minuti di distanza. L'appartamento è così bello e eccezionalmente consigliato.

The location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop. Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels.That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

After comparison and repeated screening on Ctrip, the most correct choice for this trip is to choose Huaxia homestay, which makes the disappointed journey fruitful. 1️⃣ First of all, the service of the B&B is considerate, thoughtful, clear surrounding arrangements, no procrastination, and the analysis of our situation gives us the best advice. 2️⃣ Environment, I can't tell what the specific style is, just a lot of elements, but it's not abrupt at all. They all appear in the right place at the best time, just beautiful! 😊3️⃣ Meals, you can have everything you want to eat for breakfast. They are the most basic. The fried eggs are the boss's mother is 81 years old. The red sausage is customized by the boss. The taste is very good. There are no preservatives. Stir-fried dishes and cold dishes are all Northeast flavor. I love to eat stewed vermicelli with pickled cabbage. I actually ate a plate by myself. The bread is whole wheat, delicious, and the juice is The black currant has a little wine flavor, which shows that it has not been added! 👍👍👍4️⃣ I put the accommodation in the back because it is really comfortable. The mattress is imported from Italy, the toilet is smart, and the headboard is a 10cm thick wooden board, which is Okan, which is very precious. I like the shower curtain very much, velvet. 先説優點: 1.地理位置很好，樓下就是地鐵1號線，去哪都方便。 2.價格實惠，12月的哈爾濱酒店住宿很貴，民宿是比較不錯的選擇，空間大又有洗衣機、地暖等，該有的都有。 説下不足: 1.爾濱的民宿都有一個特點，抽紙、一次性拖鞋和一次性洗浴用品、馬桶坐墊等都是收費的，住的雙人大床房每天衹提供一瓶飲用水。雖然都是小細節，但給人一種扣扣搜搜的感覺。建議這些用品大家可以去**買，既便宜又量多。 2.比較致命的缺點是隔音效果幾乎為0，半夜外面一點動靜都能聽得一清二楚。 3.床很硬，睡喜歡軟床的要考慮一下。

Just book this place already! You don’t need to look any further. AMAZING!!! As foreigners, traveling in China can be challenging but Sandy made our trip so much easier! She is a wonderful host that accommodated all our needs with a smile! She arranged a taxi for us that picked us op from the train station and took us straight to the apartment. We traveled during Chinese New Year which can be hard with getting a taxi and getting restaurants that are open. We had a delicious meal at the restaurant right next to the apartment and could watch all the people ski and have fun on the slopes! We arrived earlier than check in but Sandy assisted us so that we could change into our ski clothes and helped us to get a coach for our ski lesson, all the equipment and ski passes. After our wonderful time on the slopes, she took us to a hot springs! She took photos, translated and arranged all tickets needed. She surpasses all expectations when considering the service! The room was spacious, clean and had a wonderful view! The room was warm and had enough blankets that made the stay very comfortable! My only recommendation would be to provide drinking water in the room. The stay at Lucheng Apartments made our whole Yabuli experience amazing and we can’t wait to come back again! Thank you for being a superb host Sandy! Many blessings to you!! 🙏

We stayed here a total of 8 nights. The hotel is like a small boutique hotel, very nicely decorated, although the carpeting is a little old. It is situated near Chinese Baroque street where food is accessible. Breakfast shops include dumplings,noodles and a famous bread shop. The hotel staff were all very polite courteous and helpful. They patiently answered all our questions for directions. The lady staff was very helpful and kind to us and she helped us made the booking for airport transfer via taxi in the wee hours of the morning. Front desk service is excellent. It is also good location and one can easily hail a taxi outside the hotel, or walk to the subway station 400m away. There is water heater, but it may take awhile for the water to heat up maybe 20min, which was not a problem. The bedding and mattress are sufficient and comfortable to sleep on . The room does not have heater, only air conditioning, but it’s still okay. Overall a very pleasant stay. Thank you for everything!!

Solo traveller, rented apartment for the night. It's quite nice and spacious, has some views from the windows and really close to St Sofia Church, so location is quite good too. But what's not good - if you decide to book this apartment, be ready to arrive at evening and see that host didn't bother to send any check-in instructions in advance whatsoever, and because there is no check-in desk, as it is not a hotel - then spend about 30 minutes waiting on the street and talking to a TripCom support chat for them to contact the host, they will then actually help btw, kudos to Trip support. They will then ask to write her in WeChat to a specific number (and you have to actually have working WeChat, right?), then there will be no answer from the host because messages don't reach her for some reason, and only when host will physically go down to the building entrance to meet you, you will be finally able to check in. Aaand you will have to also pay a deposit also, using AliPay (at least in my case), so if you don't have WeChat and AliPay working (as a foreigner), be wary that you check-in process may become reeeeally problematic. Safe travels!
