After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here

Harbin Anshu Family Hotel has only 7 rooms and a family who look after the rooms and guests. Their services are just outstanding. I had a serious problem when i arrived as i had not had time in Beijing, where i was in transit from UK to Harbin, to get a phone SIM Card. Anshu Family Hotel took me to the China Mobile shop in Harbin and stayed with me until i got my card. They flatly refused payment for helping me even though it cost them a lot of time so i got them some grapes as a very small gift to say thankyou for helping me so kindly. The process took nearly two hours due to a complication on my UK phone number settings. However the staff at China Mobile were really good, the Anshu Family were just incredibly patient. They simply would not leave until i was fixed up and able to use my phone. I stayed for just under a week to go to see the major attractions in Harbin, a City with a totally unique identity in China due to its Russian and European Architecture. It is one of the most fascinating cities i have ever visited, Harbin Museum being quite astonishing in its variety and quality of Artifacts. It was the 16th Museum or Museum type building i have visited in China and one of the most enjoyable. This year was Harbins 26th Ice Show, with the Winter Games coming up soon. The Anshu Family Hotel is spot on location for both events, just a $3 taxi ride or Metro for just cents. The hotel has lots of shops, supermarkets, several food roads bristling with many many choices of meal. The Anshu Family make a very low charge for their rooms, in my opinion it could be far higher but they stick at their price. I had not asked for breakfast as i go out early to get to see as much as possible during my day sightseeing. The night before i left i asked them if they would get me a taxi for the morning to get my train. I was to get the taxi at 6.45am. At 5.50 a knock on the door and they came to give me three boiled eggs and a meat stew with noodles. Honestly no Hotel has treated me so kindly. I really recommend grabbing a room with Anshu most especially if you are going to the Ice Show or Winter games. It is a budget Hotel, so be aware of that, but I got a spotless sheet, cover duvet and i was as warm as toast room at night. The water shower is piping hot. Opposite the Hotel road is a huge Govt building as a landmark, i never had any problem finding it. There is a Bank of China two hundred metres from Anshu Family Hotel. Anshu, in my opinion must be one of the top deals on offer from Trip.com.

We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

I am Malaysian (Malay), travelled with family of 7 adult + 2 kids. Here’s my review: 1) Location: The location is called “Kaili Used Car Market” in Didi app. If you used the description that given in the booking detail by Tripcom, it might be quite confusing to book Didi or to tell the taxi driver the exact location. Hence, “Kaili used car market” is what you can search for in your Didi app. 2) The room: We booked the 3-bed apartment (comfy for 6 pax). The unit is a 2-floor unit, with only 1 bathroom located at the second floor. The first floor has a kitchen with big kitchen cabinet, sofa, a fridge, a square dining table and a double bed at the main hall. The second floor, got one room with a double bed inside and the hall at the second floor also has one doublebed. Heating are okay. Hot shower available. Washing machine available. 3) what you need to know: The area is around 10-15km distance from Central Street (Zhongyang street). The area is a car sale area, but the neighboorhood is full of things that you need. The buiding is a 10-floor apartment building .My mom and sis shop for fresh seafood for cooking and also bought some winter attire just by walking distance. Considering the price and what it offers, I think it is good enough. If you are travelling by Didi as main transport, this place should be fine . The railway station is quite far and you cant stand the cold weather outside for a walk to station. 4) Host: Host were nice. He waited for us until 3am-4am, and greeted us nicely. It just the language barrier truly crucial before check-in as he did not communicated using chat in Tripcom. The tripcom chat only run by AI assistance, and did not have any further details on check-in. The AI assistance keep asked us to call the host number, but the thing is the host cannot communicate in English and to make a call also requires international charge. The phone number provided also cant be found in wechat. Last choice we had was to contact him via SMS (also international charge required). Haha 😅 My suggestion is I hope the host can maintain the communication via Tripcom chat services to ease the checkin process for all international traveller. Il proprietario dell'albergo è molto attento e amichevole. Ti hanno dato i sentimenti come se tu stai rimanendo nella tua città. Sono musulmani amichevole quando hanno preparato colazione con utensili separati e ti trattano come la loro famiglia. Ci sono anche menu Makanan Melayu che hanno preparato per il musulmano se si vuole mangiare per cena o pranzo. Il prezzo è a buon mercato. In casa ospite, c'è un poster di attività di neve che si può fare in traduzione inglese. Spiega solo cosa vuoi fare e il proprietario si occuperà direttamente di qualcuno per prendere e lasciare la casa di ospiti una volta che l'attività è finita.Ho fatto l'attività sciistica e Wu Song Ling , entrambi l'esperienza è molto grande. Se viaggiate solo, questa casa è perfetta per voi, perché si prendono cura e si accertano che siete sicuri e confortevoli. Non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi se non si può parlare cinese, perché il proprietario è dotato di dispositivi di traduzione. Il proprietario può organizzare il bus da Harbin City a Snow Valley, e anche quando si vuole tornare. Il bus cade direttamente davanti alla casa dell'ospite con il proprietario che già si aspetta di aiutare con il bagaglio.

Molto soddisfatto di un soggiorno, igiene interna, due camere indipendenti.La zona popolare è tranquilla, conveniente per uscire, è molto conveniente per mangiare e molto vicino alla porta della metropolitana.Il servizio dell'ospite è buono.

Pros: 1. Molto amichevole e utile host. Può anche parlare inglese. Pronto a assistere in qualsiasi momento. Ci piaceva l'atteggiamento! 😍 2. L'ospite ha aiutato a conservare i bagagli nella sua casa per 5 giorni durante il nostro viaggio stradale con prezzi ma economici. 3. L'appartamento è spazioso con 2 letti super regina, pulito e il prezzo. Ci sono stati una zia pulita l'appartamento ogni giorno. 4. C'è una lavatrice (senza asciugatrice), quindi se si intende lavare i vestiti, portare un'altra pendenza e una linea di vestiti portatili per asciugare i vestiti. 5. Cuscino igienico moderno con bidet. Il bagno è grande e bello, ma situato fuori dal bagno in zona secca e aperta. Quindi, un po' spaventato di usarlo se noi bagniamo la casa. 6. La casa ha un aria condizionata/caldatrice. Il pavimento riscaldato ha fatto caldo e confortevole la casa a camminare. Dormiamo bene, non ci siamo nemmeno resi conto quando stava nevendo fuori dall'edificio. Coni: 1. L'edificio sembra vecchio e corse.All'interno dell'edificio era sporco e sporco, non si prendeva cura di, non come all'interno dell'appartamento. 2. La gente fumava all'interno dell'edificio e dell'appartamento vicino alla porta, così l'odore del fumo viaggiava intorno, nel nostro appartamento. Così annoiante e soffocante. Così abbiamo sempre tenuto la porta chiusa e messo qualcosa sotto la porta per evitare che l'odore venga dentro. Più punto: 1. Ci sono pochi stalli aperti davanti all'edificio che vendono snacks - tanghulu, cibo stradale e inverno limitato. 2. Strada barocca 800m dall'edificio, ma troppo fredda per camminare lì.Così abbiamo ammirato dalla lontana 🥹 3. Zhongyang Street solo 1.5km dall'appartamento, abbiamo usato Didi per evitare il freddo. 3. La stazione ferroviaria non è lontana dall'appartamento, ma non ci sforziamo mai come ci siamo abituati didi a muoverci. 4. Non c'è un ristorante a halal lontano dall'appartamento.Non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di provare nemmeno, come siamo sempre tornati tardi e di solito già mangiati. Si raccomandava di considerare la gentilezza dell'ospite e dell'appartamento stesso.

The location is nice, I chose this bcs I prefer to just walk to a place right after I arrive in Harbin or go to another place. Of course, you need to spare time when you want to go to the city center, but this place is close to bus station and subway station making it's convenient to go to other places. If you want to save time, taxi option is always available. It's also close to a mall and many restaurants that are open till late night, you can also find a pub around there. If you want a late night snack, there is a shop that opens 24hrs downstairs. The owner was nice as well, I added them on Wechat at late night, and they were very nice in responding me. They provided me with a code to enter my room as soon as I arrived in the building. Prepare a 100 CNY deposit (though you can find this info in the policy section). They will returned it once you checked out. In terms of room, it is quite big and the king size bed easily fits 2 persons. It is also clean and you will get the standard amenities (minus water), the view is also nice from there. The room is warm and you can make it warmer with AC. One thing that I dislike though, it smells of tobacco. I have to air it for around 15 mins as soon as I arrived, after that the smell dissipated and it turned OK. For you non-smokers, this could be a point to consider. It will be cleaned daily at around 9AM - 3PM so you can tell the owner your preferred time. You will get a room card inside and plenty of storage. Other things to consider: there is no curtain to separate the shower area so the water might leak to the toilet area. Since the whole building is for hotel so there might be some noises here and there but it won't disturb you too much based on my experience. Prepare ear plugs if you like quiet surrounding just incase. Bcs of the snow, be careful to only wear your shoes till the entrance, otherwise the room area will get dirty.

Had an exceptional experience! The hostel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Everyone here were warm and friendly, especially the lady’s boss always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere at the hostel was fantastic. It had a vibrant and welcoming vibe, perfect for meeting fellow travelers and making new friends. The common areas were cozy and inviting, ideal for relaxing after a day of adventures. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent trip drivers. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made exploring the area so much easier and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone who looking for a welcoming and enjoyable place to stay.

La posizione è buona, puoi vedere Hagia Sophia fuori dalla finestra. Lo stesso vale per l'igiene generale. Tuttavia, il parcheggio non è gratuito e costa 67 yuan per 10 ore quando si utilizza l'acqua calda, lo scaldabagno continua a urlare, il che influisce gravemente sul sonno, e non so se si sente in giro se si sceglie una camera familiare; c'è del materiale per la pianificazione familiare, non è vero? Questo è necessario; non abbiamo preparato l'acqua in bottiglia e l'acqua del rubinetto aveva un odore particolare. Costa molto e l'esperienza complessiva è pessima. Meglio scegliere due camere del Manhattan Hotel sullo stesso piano.
