The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

The homestay apartment is located in a fantastic spot overlooking the water. There's plenty of eateries and shopping in the area. Taxis and didi drop off near the entrance. The room was spacious but needed a good clean. Mole and stains were visible everywhere. There's was a strong stale smoke smell in the apartment. Please note this place does not have a reception. You need to call them from the ground floor and they send someone down to collect you. This is common in China, but it's hard if you don't speak Chinese. We arrived from an overnight international flight and although we had WeChat, we struggled to communicate. Through the help of a young Chinese lady, she helped us check in.

Durante il Festival di primavera, il mio soggiorno ha ricevuto un piccolo pasto speciale di Xiamen. Se lo vede il business, prego di collegare hahaha. Mi piace molto questa suite. While the location and the view from the room are excellent, there are several points that foreign travelers should be aware of. Check-in: The front desk counter does not provide room numbers or guidance. You must contact the owner directly via the Trip.com app's call function. Note that the owner does not speak English. Room Guidance: I was guided to the room by two young men in casual clothes rather than hotel staff. They took photos of my passport and face for registration, but they seemed unfamiliar with the system and struggled for a while. Facilities: Hot water stopped in the middle of my shower; this might be due to the water heater settings or capacity. Also, the TV is only connected to a Xiaomi internet device, which requires a private account or additional payment to watch anything. Wi-Fi: I scanned the QR code in the room, but the AP for my room (1906) didn't exist. I eventually managed to connect to the signal for the neighboring room (1907). Amenities: Only disposable paper towels are provided. I recommend bringing your own towels if you prefer real ones. Privacy: On the day of checkout, cleaning staff entered my room while I was out for a walk—well before the actual checkout time. I found their cleaning cart left inside my room when I returned. Summary: It feels like a residential apartment converted into a rental service. It can be quite inconvenient for foreigners due to the unconventional service style. Stay here for the view and location, but be prepared for some DIY-style hurdles.

Was confused as to how to get to the hotel as it is not a whole building for the hotel, instead mixed inside the apartment building. Was arrived by DiDi at night and it was freezing cold, with luggages at hand, and called the property however the person didn’t speak english. After using the message function then the translation can helped us communicate better, and the person in charge came outside of the building to pick me up and helped me with my luggages. Room was spacious with the view of sea in some distance can be seen. Only stayed 1 night during transit so I cannot review any further. There was free airport drop off provided, which helped. Overall I would be staying here again the next time I’m having a transit at Fuzhou.

Ottima posizione. Viste davvero belle dal 53 ° piano con vista sull'acqua e sull'isola. L'appartamento aveva 4 camere da letto, una delle quali senza finestre. Per una famiglia il layout non era molto intuitivo rispetto al modo in cui le cose erano divise. Il soggiorno non era molto accogliente. Non c'erano lampade da comodino con solo un'illuminazione forte nelle camere da letto, nessuna sensazione casalinga. Nessun vero asciugamano in offerta, solo carta come asciugamani da usare. La cucina non è proprio user-friendly. L'intero posto ha bisogno di cure amorevoli per renderlo più invitante. Buona posizione con il centro commerciale e i ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze.

Perks: Vicino a un grande centro commerciale, negozi di comodità galore, molti posti economici da mangiare, molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, c'è un magnifico parco a 5-7 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Molte biciclette pubbliche da scegliere (anche se con un passaporto straniero, sono disponibili solo le biciclette blu chiamate Hello bici). La stanza è magnifica, con metà della stanza dotata di finestre. Nel 17° piano, il paesaggio è magnifico. È possibile vedere le belle montagne circostanti la zona. L'appartamento è pulito, con una caldaia disponibile, 2 bottiglie d'acqua, carta da bagno, asciugamani, bagno gratuito. C'è un grande frigo con congelatore in cucina. Camera confortevole. C'è un grande guardaroba con molte penderie. Lavatrice gratuita è un PLUS! In fondo: Quando si trova al diciannovesimo piano, ci vuole un'età per salire e scendere... Devi fare la coda per accedere agli ascensori. L'appartamento è rumoroso (la pioggia in sé, quando tocca le finestre), i vicini (non credo che i vicini fossero particolarmente rumorosi, solo l'edificio con pareti sottili e tetti/suoi): si può sentire il bambino correre, la prossima porta vicina cantando, ecc. Ci sono anche una macchina (non riesco a capire cosa fosse) accanto alla lavatrice, fa un rumore forte 24/7, come un caldaio.

Big TV in living room and Bedroom. Big shower room with strong hot water. 4 big & fast lifts serving the hotel guests. Gym is on level 7, quite small and old Metro Lindou station is 150m walk from main entry. Yilong Mall is opposite the hotel, accessible from the metro station underground walkway When we arrived, we were assigned ra oom in level 5 with view over car parking and a building nearby. There was connecting door which we could hear noises from next room. Requested room change - assigned room 1709 on level 17. There was strong cooking oily.odour and the kitchen and timber floors were oily. Requested cleaning of the oil off the kitchen bench ,& cook tops, dining table and timber floor. Breakfast buffet mainly Chinese food and minimum western food items. Very much self service style with minimum staff. Our stay experience reflected that there is lack of hotel management effort on quality control and staff co-ordinator. It seemed hotel management and supervision did not show any interest in running the hotel.

La camera è spaziosa e pulita. È comodo avere la lavatrice a disposizione. La posizione è comoda, essendo vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Xiamen Nord. Ci sono molti ristoranti al piano terra. Nel complesso, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Ci tornerei volentieri la prossima volta.

La vista è davvero sorprendente, certamente la migliore in xiamen, ma il servizio è minimo, il controllo in procedura non è così amichevole per gli stranieri come il suo autocontrollo e tutto è in cinese. L'isolamento sonoro della stanza era anche un grande problema, perché potevamo sentire tutta la conversazione della gente nelle stanze vicine! In generale non abbiamo affrontato alcun altro problema grave, ma il servizio non è abbastanza buono se consideriamo il rapporto prezzo/qualità.
