The apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too. The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay. The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself. Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open. The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc. In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

The homestay apartment is located in a fantastic spot overlooking the water. There's plenty of eateries and shopping in the area. Taxis and didi drop off near the entrance. The room was spacious but needed a good clean. Mole and stains were visible everywhere. There's was a strong stale smoke smell in the apartment. Please note this place does not have a reception. You need to call them from the ground floor and they send someone down to collect you. This is common in China, but it's hard if you don't speak Chinese. We arrived from an overnight international flight and although we had WeChat, we struggled to communicate. Through the help of a young Chinese lady, she helped us check in.

Need read the caption carefully and ready your translator, there is no lobby or automatic gate, just wait for the owner to come and pick us up, but since its the first time I am in China, it is a little bit confusing But the room condition, viewals, location is the best, would be here again for my next trip😃

Was confused as to how to get to the hotel as it is not a whole building for the hotel, instead mixed inside the apartment building. Was arrived by DiDi at night and it was freezing cold, with luggages at hand, and called the property however the person didn’t speak english. After using the message function then the translation can helped us communicate better, and the person in charge came outside of the building to pick me up and helped me with my luggages. Room was spacious with the view of sea in some distance can be seen. Only stayed 1 night during transit so I cannot review any further. There was free airport drop off provided, which helped. Overall I would be staying here again the next time I’m having a transit at Fuzhou.

Per quanto riguarda i trasporti, possiamo facilmente trovare taxi nella zona e le tariffe sono convenienti. La vista notturna dalle nostre camere vale un milione. Trascorriamo un soggiorno piacevole 👍

Perks: Vicino a un grande centro commerciale, negozi di comodità galore, molti posti economici da mangiare, molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, c'è un magnifico parco a 5-7 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Molte biciclette pubbliche da scegliere (anche se con un passaporto straniero, sono disponibili solo le biciclette blu chiamate Hello bici). La stanza è magnifica, con metà della stanza dotata di finestre. Nel 17° piano, il paesaggio è magnifico. È possibile vedere le belle montagne circostanti la zona. L'appartamento è pulito, con una caldaia disponibile, 2 bottiglie d'acqua, carta da bagno, asciugamani, bagno gratuito. C'è un grande frigo con congelatore in cucina. Camera confortevole. C'è un grande guardaroba con molte penderie. Lavatrice gratuita è un PLUS! In fondo: Quando si trova al diciannovesimo piano, ci vuole un'età per salire e scendere... Devi fare la coda per accedere agli ascensori. L'appartamento è rumoroso (la pioggia in sé, quando tocca le finestre), i vicini (non credo che i vicini fossero particolarmente rumorosi, solo l'edificio con pareti sottili e tetti/suoi): si può sentire il bambino correre, la prossima porta vicina cantando, ecc. Ci sono anche una macchina (non riesco a capire cosa fosse) accanto alla lavatrice, fa un rumore forte 24/7, come un caldaio.

Big TV in living room and Bedroom. Big shower room with strong hot water. 4 big & fast lifts serving the hotel guests. Gym is on level 7, quite small and old Metro Lindou station is 150m walk from main entry. Yilong Mall is opposite the hotel, accessible from the metro station underground walkway When we arrived, we were assigned ra oom in level 5 with view over car parking and a building nearby. There was connecting door which we could hear noises from next room. Requested room change - assigned room 1709 on level 17. There was strong cooking oily.odour and the kitchen and timber floors were oily. Requested cleaning of the oil off the kitchen bench ,& cook tops, dining table and timber floor. Breakfast buffet mainly Chinese food and minimum western food items. Very much self service style with minimum staff. Our stay experience reflected that there is lack of hotel management effort on quality control and staff co-ordinator. It seemed hotel management and supervision did not show any interest in running the hotel.

Good: very closed by train station like 8 mins walk. Front counter lady was helpful. Price was a deal. Bad: cleaning is not done well, we found empty cigarette box under the bed. Provided plastic slippers were extremely dirty which we don't dared to use. Bathroom is very small jam with toilet, open shower and washing machine in approx 16sf room. Therefore, the toilet and washing machine gets wet after every use of shower. Since there was only disposable towels provided (large paper towel), we can't even use it to wipe the toilet dry. Although it's closed by Xiamenbei train station, keep in mind, it's far from tourist place in case you want to visit. It takes almost an hour by subway.

This is the landmark of the Xiamen city. View is superb and neighbourhood is nice with Lot of young people. I booked High Rise apartment but for some reason I got apartment in lover possible level. It’s more than 50 floor high building but I got room in 18th floor. As well room size was Not like described. I asked non smoking room but got room with smoke smell and ashtray was included. Bed was hard like stone and cinema asked for administrator. Check in needed calling for landlord and without any Chinese skills it may be difficult. As well landlord asked us to register ourselves thru app and it was as well only Chinese. Not easy for foreigners. After my complaint landlord gave another apartment what was in 50th floor and bed was much more softer. Thank you for that. Strange was that normal towels were not included. Instead of normal towels there were some strange disposable towel. Building himself is almost new but some mouldering is visible and that is not nice. As well the windows were a bit dirty.

L’appartamento era in generale pulito, ma c’era molto polvere dietro il letto quando l’ho trasferito per arrivare al piatto. La cucina ha un caldo e un po' di tè complementare, ma non ci sono mezzi per cucinare, dal momento che il gas è stato disaccoppiato per motivi di sicurezza, e non forniscono bolle, piastre o cutter, né c'è una microonde. Sono stati un colazione complementare, ma è stato un caso triste e credo che sarebbe meglio andare da qualche altra parte - quando sono sceso al 8.30 ci sono stati alcuni tristi pezzi di grano e patate dolci, alcuni uova bollite, La mia ultima parte di latte e tre piccoli bao residui riempiti di feci rosse. Forse la gente locale è soddisfatta, ma per una persona non cinese direi che sarete delusi.
