Ottimo hotel, centro di posizione, bellissimo ambiente, balcone, buon colazione.C'è un buon ristorante vicino, Cina e Ovest.La prossima volta che vai a Kampala, vivrà di nuovo l'hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Harmony Hotel in Kampala. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-furnished. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also convenient, close to many key places in the city. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared, and the hotel offers good value for money overall. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Harmony Hotel provides a peaceful and comfortable experience in the heart of Kampala. Highly recommended!

Personale amichevole, buona posizione vicino al centro della città, bellissimo ristorante. Frutti molto poveri con quasi le stesse opzioni ogni giorno. Ci sono caldaie elettriche nella stanza, ma il cordone è troppo breve e ho dovuto usare una tazza come stand mentre bolliva l'acqua. Il bagno è medio e ha visto migliori momenti, acqua calda 24/7. Le camere premium hanno AC ma senza frigorifero. Nessun tavolo da caffè è solo una console stretta lungo il muro che si può usare per memorizzare qualcosa. Il vasco è solo una grande scatola con una sola cassetta e diversi pendenti di vestiti sottili. Connessione stabile con la moglie.Prezzo buono al rapporto qualità rispetto ai luoghi vicini.

Went down to the counter to extend my stay for one more day, was told that it is ok as long as I pay before 1300. when I went to pay at 1300, I was told that the hotel is full and I have to check out.When I check back at Trip.com I saw that there are other rooms avaliable but I was not even given that option. It would have been ok if I was told that it was full and I cannot extend. I am now stuck at the lobby and will have to look for another hotel.

I was also very impressed by the top-notch security throughout the property, which gave me complete peace of mind during my stay. The hotel is clean and especially the spacious bathrooms are a plus. TV is in the room. The only thing is the location, it’s right next to the main road and above a betting bar and a local market right outside. Wouldn’t recommend for female single traveller. But there are securities who helped us carry the bags and also at night going to the airport they helped us carry bags and „escorted“ us. For 15USD an airport taxi can be booked. The travel distance to the airport is 20-30 minutes

L'hotel è stato prenotato per il luogo di conferenza che stavo assistendo. Alcuni articoli, ad esempio, ferro, pannelli di ferro e pannolini, sono stati disponibili su richiesta. L'hotel ha anche fornito il trasferimento aeroportuale e taxi per andare intorno alla città di Kampala a un prezzo ragionevole. Airport taxi usd90 to&fro. Il cibo era meraviglioso e i piatti ugandesi erano disponibili. Ho provato Matooke e mi piaceva.

Very clean,the customer service was awesome from reception date to departure.The environment is full of trees🥰if you are in love with nature.not far from Airport,it's about 30/45 minutes drive away.not far from the city either with amenities so close.I only missed on swimming since there were functions on on both days and very busy especially the swimming pool area.All in all.a perfect place to stay.

The hotel is well located in Kampala Uganda, easily accessible and close to Acacia mall making it easier for meetings and convenient for accessing different amenities and services outside the hotel. The hotel staff are very friendly and supportive. The food is delicious especially their samosas 😋. The night views by the pool side is also amazing. Sunset views are amazing and at no cost!!!

I asked, if it's possible, that we leaving at 12. They said, it's OK. 11.55am the phone rings and what can I say... . But the rule it, that I've to leave at 12! Very bad! It's the five'th time I'm at that hotel Today a smaller room isn't possible. If I get that room first, I never come back!!! Very bad!!! I've to call every time the reception, because the doorlocker doesn't work!
