Great Stay, Perfect Location! A fantastic hotel with a super convenient location right on the tram line. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. For the price, it's an exceptional value and the perfect base for sightseeing in Kumamoto. Highly recommended!

🛍️ The hotel is conveniently located just behind SAKURA MACHI Kumamoto and is a mere 10-minute walk from the main shopping street. It is also surrounded by tram stations, making travel easy and accessible. 🚙 Although the hotel does not have its own parking lot, it offers discounts at nearby parking facilities. I found it more convenient, however, to park at the lot directly in front of the hotel for 1,400 Yen per night, which is almost the same price as the hotel's discounted options. 🛌 The room size is typical for a Japanese hotel with two twin beds, but the bathroom is slightly larger than average. The only downside is that one of the beds is positioned too close to the window, meaning you'll sleep near the curtain, which is a bit dusty.

Esci alla stazione Kumamoto, girare a destra è l'hotel (pic). Prendi l'ascensore al lobby per l'ispezione. Luv l'hotel, il servizio è eccellente. Ci sono così tanti ristoranti, supermarti, ¥100 negozio, farmacia, negozio di convenienza accanto. Se si prenota un viaggio di giorno, la riunione è al bus fermo 7 (pic) . È proprio in tutto l'hotel.

The hotel is close to shopping areas. We stayed here for one night and could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Parking is limited if you’re driving, but there are several public parking areas nearby that aren’t far from the hotel. I recommend this place if you want convenient accommodation close to shopping areas.

Ryokan stupendo! Gli onsen presenti nella struttura e le camere sono fantastiche, lo staff parla inglese ed é molto disponibile e cordiale. Hanno addirittura adattato la cena e la colazione alle nostre esigenze alimentari (vegetariani). Anche la posizione é molto centrale nel cuore del paese, offrono il deposito bagagli e un transfer alla fermata dell'autobus. Nel complesso un'esperienza indimenticabile!

The hotel employees all of them were showed a good attitude and communication was no problem for foreigners. The location is great — it’s close to Kumamoto Castle, and there’s a shopping mall just about a 10-minute walk away. I made a reservation for a triple room for two nights. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner could not adjust the airflow direction, which caused us to catch a cold. One more thing, the room key had to be returned and kept at the counter whenever we went out for the day.

We really enjoy the stay. The facilities in the hotel are very new. Everything is perfect and we love the breakfast, really good. Location is super , easy to get to shopping and eating. Highly recommended

Strategic location right at the Shinshigai Shopping Street where you can literally get anything you need from food to shopping. It is also near the Kumamoto Castle within 10-20mins walking distance. This hotel chain has lived up to its expectations, clean, fully equipped with amenities and spacious room. We've been staying at this hotel chain in Osaka, Hiroshima and now Kumamoto. Highly recommended hotel for those who are visiting Kumamoto!

Il centro commerciale è situato in una zona di shopping coperta che collega molte opzioni alimentari, e anche lungo la strada dalla fermata del tram e da un grande centro commerciale che ospita il terminale degli autobus. La stanza è confortevole e di buona dimensione. È disponibile un drink gratuito in una zona tranquilla di soggiorno per gli ospiti, e vi è anche un bel bagno pubblico per rilassarsi.

Great choice! Walkable to a lot of good locations - Kumamoto Castle, Josaien, shopping street, tram stops, shopping mall. They were kind enough to let us check in early because the room was ready. Early check out was also not a problem as we were allowed to leave our luggage as we enjoy our last day in Kumamoto. The staff were also approachable. I had a minor issue and they instantly tried to remedy it. We had a great stay in Kumamoto. Thank you!
