The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.

La città è tra Istanbul e Izmir. Mi sono fermata e sono stato felice per il mio soggiorno. Era buono soprattutto con il hammam turco, parcheggio gratuito fuori dall'hotel e buon cibo. L'unica cosa cattiva era l'acqua della piscina era un po' fredda e il bagno in camera odore cattivo. Grazie per l'albergo.

La camera principale era grande e confortevole, il balcone aveva una vista parziale sulla collina dietro la proprietà. La camera principale era grande con un letto pieno/coniugale e un guardaroba grande. La camera riserva era più piccola e aveva due letti gemelli.

Grande camera confortevole. Un bel uomo alla reception ha trovato un piatto da bagno per me e mi ha mostrato come ottenere un biglietto di autobus. Non conosciuto per Google Maps, la stazione ferroviaria di Bandirma è stata chiusa da molto tempo, quindi è un po' difficile uscire da. Forse è per questo che l'hotel non sembrava molto occupato.

Everything is perfect except food (lunch and dinner) quality and taste! Rooms are very clean and professional personnels. Surely I will arrange another trip there soon

Kesinlikle tekrar gideceğimiz bir otel. Odalar tertemiz ve en detay kişisel bakım ürünleri dahi düşünülüp koyulmuş. Personeller çok kibar ve ilgiliydi. Açık büfe kahvaltısı ve personel hizmeti güzeldi. Tavsiye ederim. 1 gece konakladık çok memnun kaldık. Daha fazla konaklama imkanımız olmadığı için en kısa zamanda tekrar gideceğiz.
