Pros-If you like to party and you are an extrovert type this hotel is definitely for you. Located in station 2, beachfront. You are near to dmall and also to other business establishments. Staff are also kind and approachable. The hotel is clean with airconditioner. With unlimited free water. The buffet dinner was delicious as well as the buffet breakfast. The room is a non smoking room which I like because I don't like the smell of cigarettes. Cons- There is no view in the terrace we got. The key to the door takes time to open. No rags and slippers for feet so you have to bring your own slippers. For the rag you can request to the front desk. Just prepare 2k per room per day for the deposit in which you can get after check out.

Room - We booked the room with pool access. It was very convenient. It had a massive bathroom with a huge bathtub but we weren’t able to use it. The bed is comfy. They provide slippers and bathrobes. Staff - everyone’s super friendly. They greet you with a smile and they show enthusiasm whenever we request for anything. Food - breakfast is amazing. We were at the Hennan Lounge as it came with the room booking and there were less people. The food is filling. We also like the room service. Location - this is in station 2 along the road. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. They can give you towels which you can use on the lounge chairs reserved exclusively for Hennan guests. We had a lot of fun and we wanted to extend but we can’t due to time constraint. The place was relaxing. The pool looks pretty and will entice you to swim. All in all I have nothing negative to say.

The buffet is catered to a Korean palette so keep that in mind if you don’t like Korean food or want more of a western style breakfast. Also at the restaurant on a windy evening and a toddler at the table the waiter gave us napkins in a glass. It fell over and broke and the staff demanded we pay 75 pesos for the glass! It would be common sense not to give us the glass due to the weather and the fact we have an active toddler. VERY SCAMMY ! Needless to say I felt scammed. BE CAREFUL! I complained to the front desk and made a suggestion not to offer glasses to tables with similar situations but they didn’t seem to care at all. But they definitely cared about those 75 pesos! There was a roach in my shower but staff quickly took care of it.

La zona è molto bella e verde, ci sono scivoli per bambini e adulti, diverse piscine. Deliziose colazioni vista mare sulla terrazza estiva. Siamo andati a fare un massaggio, un massaggio fantastico! Personale meraviglioso e cordiale, servizio di pulizia eccellente ogni giorno. Solo 10 su 10 ❤️ L'unico aspetto negativo sono le zanzare nella stanza, ma questo è comprensibile trattandosi di un hotel con giardino. Abbiamo acquistato un repellente elettrico da un negozio vicino e il problema è stato risolto. Per sederci in veranda la sera ci spruzzavamo. Quindi al momento della prenotazione, tienilo in considerazione e acquistalo.

Poiché per ottenere il visto avevamo bisogno della conferma di un albergo a pagamento, abbiamo considerato questo albergo per il pernottamento. Ho letto le recensioni e ho visto il punteggio basso, ma la posizione e la disponibilità della colazione a buffet hanno vinto. Abbiamo prenotato una camera “superior”, ma penso che tutte le camere dell'hotel siano “stanche” e necessitino di ristrutturazione. Non è previsto letteralmente l'asciugatura dei vestiti nelle stanze. Il balcone è largo 50 centimetri e tutto sgorga dal condizionatore posto in alto. La pulizia delle camere è ottima, le ragazze sono fantastiche. In camera sono presenti asciugamani, spazzolino e dentifricio, shampoo usa e getta e una saponetta. La camera dispone di bollitore, caffè e zucchero. C'è un piccolo frigorifero. In una camera doppia viene lasciato 1 litro di acqua potabile al giorno per due persone. La colazione in un hotel 3 stelle non è male. 2 tipi di frutta, frittata, uova, riso, verdure stufate, pasta, salsicce, pollo o maiale, zuppa, frittelle, pane tostato, colazione secca. Due tipi di bevande. È anche possibile ordinare piatti à la carte in camera, i prezzi sono ragionevoli. Lo svantaggio più grande è il cantiere a 50 m dalla finestra. Non dormirai qui dopo le 9.00!!!!! Polvere, perforazione: tutto ti aspetta qui!!!! Fino alle ore 17.00 circa. Non ci sono viste normali da nessuna delle finestre, poiché di fronte c'è un hotel abbandonato e in rovina con spazzatura. Ma! Il vantaggio principale dell'hotel è la sua distanza a piedi da White Beach, bar, ristoranti, ecc. La posizione è fuoco! Accanto ci sono gli hotel Henan e Mandarin, dove la sera potrete fermarvi per la cena (a buffet) a prezzo fisso. Pertanto, quando scegli questo hotel, pensa se ne vale la pena o no. La scelta è tua!

The location of Injap is just in front of SM (near overpass). They offer buffet and has blower, microwave, oven, toiletries. Cons: the toilet bowl in our room has stains. The aircon was old, the keys in the ac unit was not working. We were 3 pax but there was only 1 slippers. The toiletries (dental kit, towels, etc) provided were for 2 pax only.

The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. Mi piace tutto su Fairways, è privato ed esclusivo. Tutto è qui. Offreranno servizio complimentare per voi per andare intorno alle strutture. Dispongono di 4 piscine e una spiaggia privata. Buona giornata! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 11 ore (dal 10/02/2024 al 21/02/2024). Poiché per ottenere il visto avevamo bisogno della conferma di un albergo a pagamento, abbiamo considerato questo albergo per il pernottamento. Ho letto le recensioni e ho visto il punteggio basso, ma la posizione e la disponibilità della colazione a buffet hanno vinto. Abbiamo prenotato una camera “superior”, ma penso che tutte le camere dell'hotel siano “stanche” e necessitino di ristrutturazione. Non è previsto letteralmente l'asciugatura dei vestiti nelle stanze. Il balcone è largo 50 centimetri e tutto sgorga dal condizionatore posto in alto. La pulizia delle camere è ottima, le ragazze sono fantastiche. In camera sono presenti asciugamani, spazzolino e dentifricio, shampoo usa e getta e una saponetta. La camera dispone di bollitore, caffè e zucchero. C'è un piccolo frigorifero. In una camera doppia viene lasciato 1 litro di acqua potabile al giorno per due persone. La colazione in un hotel 3 stelle non è male. 2 tipi di frutta, frittata, uova, riso, verdure stufate, pasta, salsicce, pollo o maiale, zuppa, frittelle, pane tostato, colazione secca. Due tipi di bevande. È anche possibile ordinare piatti à la carte in camera, i prezzi sono ragionevoli. Lo svantaggio più grande è il cantiere a 50 m dalla finestra. Non dormirai qui dopo le 9.00!!!!! Polvere, perforazione: tutto ti aspetta qui!!!! Fino alle ore 17.00 circa. Non ci sono viste normali da nessuna delle finestre, poiché di fronte c'è un hotel abbandonato e in rovina con spazzatura. Ma! Il vantaggio principale dell'hotel è la sua distanza a piedi da White Beach, bar, ristoranti, ecc. La posizione è fuoco! Accanto ci sono gli hotel Henan e Mandarin, dove la sera potrete fermarvi per la cena (a buffet) a prezzo fisso. Pertanto, quando scegli questo hotel, pensa se ne vale la pena o no. La scelta è tua!

The whole stay made to perfection down to the last dot, lots of reasons to recommend Savoy to everyone, I'll try to make it short: (Do note that this is in a perspective of an introvert) Location: The hotel is situated in Newcoast Boracay, a few minutes away from the center, perfect for people that wants a bit of privacy and an access to a private beach which is accessible for guests on Hotels around Newcoast. Facilities: Aesthetically pleasing lobbies, gym access, swimming pools, amazing restaurant, and quipped restrooms. Mind you ALL places are clean, and has a great smell that's good on the nose. An available refresher on the reception area was a great idea, and y'all always have towels available to use for guests swimming in the pool. Just plain perfect! Room: We booked a Deluxe with 2 Single beds, everything was so clean! Working bidets, soft linens and pillows, a fast Wifi which is something I'd need if I will stay long while able to connect for work purposes. Working cold and hot shower, bidet, and has bathrobes and towels available! Again perfect! Transpo: Let me make this as a separate note as travel to Newcoast takes 20-30 mins, which is very far from Dmall, and expensive to rent an E-trike everytime we go around the island. Savoy's scheduled shuttle service was a great touch, specially to us who DIY'ed our way to Boracay. Our first day and we waited at Jollibee, hoping to be allowed to hop in on the bus even if were still about to check in. Kudos to Kuya driver that was more than happy to take us to the Hotel. (I didn't include the option van to the private beach cause we preferred to walk) Customer service: Now the last part and the crucial one at that, specially as a Supervisor working in a Customer service (Call Center), my expectations are high, and specific. I didn't expect y'all be working THAT hard. From the drivers, the front desk ladies who were very responsive and very welcomy and knowledgeable, those people working at the restaurant making every table spotless and preparing the meals, the guys that I believe is the life guard that oversees the pools, the securities around. Grabe kayo, I wish that all other hotel's follows the way y'all interact with your guests. out of 10, I'll give you guys 1000 for the rating. We wished we could stay longer, it feels amazing staying in Savoy, and we will definitely go back soon!

Where do I begin? I saw this hotel in Agoda but decided to directly book via their website. I paid for the whole fee specified in the website, that is, good for 3 people, and 1 kid aged 12 years old. The room says ”sleeps 4”. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was told that we need to pay an additional fee of 800 per day (X 4 days = 3,200) coz my son, 12 years old, is already considered an adult. I insisted that in the website, it asked for the age of my son and I put in 12 (see pic) under the ”children” category. One staff ”explained” to me condescendingly, as if I dont know what I'm talking about, that the website is wrong and that they're gonna tell the one who takes care of the website to update information so and so. In fact, this guy, didn't apologize for the fact that their website information and rate and the front desk rate are INCONSISTENT. Instead, he said that extra charges are given (if applicable) when guests arrive at the hotel: ”we tell them here at the hotel”. Why would you do that? If indeed my son is not considered a kid anymore, why wasn't the extra charge added to the website when I was about to pay for the bill online? Why would they charge it when we are already at the hotel? For a planner like me, I like to pay all hotel charges and plane charges prior to the trip so that I can budget and reserve my money for the food and other activities during the vacay. But then, they wouldn't give the key to the room unless I pay the extra charges first. Oh well. Also, the internet wasnt working for two days. The room phone wasn't working. Location: Quiet. Convenient since theres a mall attached to the hotel. General Mgr was accommodating. IT staff was efficient; he immediately checked the wifi connection when he came back from his leave. Housekeeping staff efficient and helpful.

For the first two days of our stay it was okay tho the people who welcomed us were not comforting as other front desk crew are but they were still nice. Once you entered the lobby it was kinda dead place, you know there are people but they are like robots. It’s kinda dead place for me. The crew at Kuya J’s were fighting over personal agendas and it was in the morning. Imagine having your breakfast and hearing those personal fights of the crews, you haven’t started your day and that’s what you hear. Also the restaurant is also stinky. It gives you the vibes of the Estero in Binondo. No joke you’ll lose your appetite smelling the area and unfortunately you have no choice because that’s where your complimentary breakfast served. Lastly, we chose azalea because of the kitchen this is technically our kitchen but some of our family were staying at henann and other hotels. And since the food was in the place some of us are going in to eat. My niece and nephew ate in our room and since it was a bit late they stayed and decided to sleep at the room. However the following events are very inconsiderate on the Azalea crews. While we were resting the guard knocked to the door with a bit escalated emotion. He told me that the phone was not ringing the front fest were calling us it might be hung or whatsoever, so I checked the phone and it was in good place then I phoned the front desk and asked why. The crew told us that we were five in the room and we were only allowed just 3. I understand the situation but I explained what’s on our behalf I told him that they were just staying because we have food here and so forth. However he told me that I’m going to pay for the extra guests who were still a children (tho still another person) but again children so I told him just wait I’ll contact my family in other hotels where they were staying so I can send them off there. While it was hard to contact them since its in the middle of the night. So I phoned the front desk again and told him to give us a little more time because of the situation in the other hotel. But instead of understanding the situation he was like “ma’am okay but in 10 mins they should be downstairs or else we’ll charge them” uhm okay okay again I understand tho be considerate they were children I know the policy but I think it’s situational that can be understood. Its like yes you have a policy but at the same time you should be human first I guess. But it brings me back to what I felt in the first days. The place feels dead because of the people whose hearts like a robot. So never again. You booked a hotel not just for the luxury but the ambiance the vibe that you feel inside the hotel but its useless if people who are running the business doesn’t have a heart like a human. There are a lot of hotel and resorts that are same rate as they have like henann, Hue, Lime, Altabriza the prices are not far from here but you should pick them rather than here a place where there’s no heart like a parents, si

Mi piace tutto su Fairways, è privato ed esclusivo. Tutto è qui. Offreranno servizio complimentare per voi per andare intorno alle strutture. Dispongono di 4 piscine e una spiaggia privata. Grazie per il vostro caldo benvenuto, aggiornamento della sala complementare e un compleanno. Sono davvero consigliato qui e sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo presto. È davvero un tentativo.

Pros-If you like to party and you are an extrovert type this hotel is definitely for you. Located in station 2, beachfront. You are near to dmall and also to other business establishments. Staff are also kind and approachable. The hotel is clean with airconditioner. With unlimited free water. The buffet dinner was delicious as well as the buffet breakfast. The room is a non smoking room which I like because I don't like the smell of cigarettes. Cons- There is no view in the terrace we got. The key to the door takes time to open. No rags and slippers for feet so you have to bring your own slippers. For the rag you can request to the front desk. Just prepare 2k per room per day for the deposit in which you can get after check out.

Room - We booked the room with pool access. It was very convenient. It had a massive bathroom with a huge bathtub but we weren’t able to use it. The bed is comfy. They provide slippers and bathrobes. Staff - everyone’s super friendly. They greet you with a smile and they show enthusiasm whenever we request for anything. Food - breakfast is amazing. We were at the Hennan Lounge as it came with the room booking and there were less people. The food is filling. We also like the room service. Location - this is in station 2 along the road. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes. They can give you towels which you can use on the lounge chairs reserved exclusively for Hennan guests. We had a lot of fun and we wanted to extend but we can’t due to time constraint. The place was relaxing. The pool looks pretty and will entice you to swim. All in all I have nothing negative to say.

This is a good hotel, I had a good experience. Offered a room right by the pool and quite near the restaurant where the breakfast buffet is located. The buffet is catered to a Korean palette so keep that in mind if you don’t like Korean food or want more of a western style breakfast. Also at the restaurant on a windy evening and a toddler at the table the waiter gave us napkins in a glass. It fell over and broke and the staff demanded we pay 75 pesos for the glass! It would be common sense not to give us the glass due to the weather and the fact we have an active toddler. VERY SCAMMY ! Needless to say I felt scammed. BE CAREFUL! I complained to the front desk and made a suggestion not to offer glasses to tables with similar situations but they didn’t seem to care at all. But they definitely cared about those 75 pesos! There was a roach in my shower but staff quickly took care of it.

L'hotel mi è davvero piaciuto! Abbiamo prenotato una casa estiva, siamo stati all'inizio, a passo lento a 5 minuti dal mare. La zona è molto bella e verde, ci sono scivoli per bambini e adulti, diverse piscine. Deliziose colazioni vista mare sulla terrazza estiva. Siamo andati a fare un massaggio, un massaggio fantastico! Personale meraviglioso e cordiale, servizio di pulizia eccellente ogni giorno. Solo 10 su 10 ❤️ L'unico aspetto negativo sono le zanzare nella stanza, ma questo è comprensibile trattandosi di un hotel con giardino. Abbiamo acquistato un repellente elettrico da un negozio vicino e il problema è stato risolto. Per sederci in veranda la sera ci spruzzavamo. Quindi al momento della prenotazione, tienilo in considerazione e acquistalo.
