internet connection isn't great and that could be a problem. Unfortunately, there is no fridge in the room either. The location is not really far from the Via Argentina metro station and staff is very polite and helpful.

I had five nights there the location it’s OK the hotel is big and enough space the price is affordable but team member and employee need more training to how make satisfy the customers especially for breakfast. There is not that much option but the room service it’s hundred Person I recommend this hotel because of good price

I loved the location, very close to main attractions. Room was good, but it could have been a bit more clean. The food at the restaurant was good, and the staff was very friendly and polite.

The customer service was outstanding and everyone’s attentiveness was great. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Nothing special but it was enjoyable. The room was very clean. Great view of the Panal Canal. Quiet area. Loved that there was a face cloth available. That’s very unusual in hotels in Panama.

Il servizio dell'hotel è molto caldo, l'igiene è molto pulita, la posizione geografica è molto buona nella città. Il viaggio è molto conveniente per andare ovunque. Il vecchio marchio è più affidabile, il rapporto prezzo è ancora possibile

Se è un viaggio, il bilancio è limitato, l'hotel è una buona scelta.Ma se è possibile ottenere un po'di più di bilancio, non vivere qui. I servizi, l'igiene e la colazione sono molto generali. Se il bilancio è aumentato da cento a duecento può avere un aumento molto significativo.
Se la carta di bilancio muore, i ragazzi possono rimanere, le ragazze si consigliano di aggiungere un po'di soggiorno migliore, o di portare le loro letti una volta sola.

SStubbornTravelI was surprised to see this quality in a Crowne Plaza hotel. There was nothing totally terrible, but I would definitely not stay here again.
The detailed version:
Airport shuttle: If you are an airport hotel advertising a free hotel shuttle, I think you should assume a good proportion of people staying there expect it to be easy to get to and from the airport. However it is near impossible to get information about it until you are at the hotel. I emailed twice the week before arriving (no reply) and called them over ten times over two different days to try get information (no answer). Finally the day of flying someone answers and just says that you go outside of the terminal and a shuttle will be there. There are no signs, no timetable, nothing. I called again once we actually got to Panama and was told it comes at 25 past the hour from door 17. I was lucky that my partner saw it by chance on the other side of the street at door 14. At the hotel, there is a printed timetable. Why not put this on the website or share it in the confirmation message?? Or at least tell people when they call? Once there, it was no problem taking it back to the airport, there's a timetable by reception. It runs around once every hour.
Gym: was very good for a hotel, not amazing but it was clean and with a varied selection of machines, mats, medicine balls, resistance bands and weights. I was impressed.
Breakfast: nothing to write home about but a lot of variety: scrambled eggs, cereals, sausages, cheeses, rice, empanadas, breads etc. But a lot of stuff was missing signs. The 'corn empanadas' were full of beef, which seems misleading.
Restaurant: didn't use it because the selection is very limited if you're a vegetarian (I think there was one vegetarian dish). It also seemed quite expensive, I guess that's normal for a restaurant hotel, but the quality didn't look to match.
Room: large and spacious with a comfortable bed, coffee machine and TV. But there was a very weird smell, it was damp and the Aircon looked like it was from the 70s (and sounded that way too).
Bathroom: again OK. The shampoos/conditioners etc seem to be the wrong size for the set brackets on the wall, which makes them very uncomfortable to use, as you can only press down around .5 cm.
We didn't use the pool so can't comment. As I said nothing really terrible but a frustrating experience and a surprise this is within the Crowne Plaza brand. I will personally not stay again.

BBurtonIf you need to layover at Panama Tocumen and want to keep close to the airport in a hotel with airport transfer , you have a choice of 2 sizeable hotels at similar prices . Riande is by far the better hotel - room & bed , food , service and best of all a beautiful outdoor swimming pool . Free airport transfer .back yo terminal every hour . About $10 - $12 Uber from terminal to hotel - 5/10 minute trip .

SSashaAbsolutely fantastic stay! I truly enjoyed Riu from the time I checked in till the time I checked out. I appreciate the staff and the quick convenience of check in process. Not only was the rooms absolutely spotless and clean but their were plenty of elevators to get to the rooms. I really enjoyed the pressed juice from the breakfast the most (absolutely fresh and excellent). The breakfast buffet was a nice feature to have at our time there, along with looking out to the pool(do wish the pool was a tad bit bigger). IT IS A MUST YOU TRY THE RESTAURANT TASTE AND THE BARTENDER DRINKS. Absolutely probably one of the best in the city! The meal at taste was exceptional and the prices are perfect (please don't change because I plan on coming back). From start to finish Riu made my birthday experience worthwhile in Panama. I honestly wouldn't have changed it for the world! Thank you for the housekeeping for always keeping our room clean and us being so trustworthy of leaving suitcase and clothes items out and it wasn't even moved an inch. The beds were some of the most comfiest sheets we slept on in a while and the bathroom was so big and spacious with DOUBLE sinks! We appreciate the friendliness and excitement in activities and guest that we saw everyday. If you are not staying at Riu then what are you doing?

Had a massage at the spa. Extremely disorganized and inexperienced massuese. With 30 minutes notice of my arrival there were no towels or robes ready. She kept bringing things one at a time even while i waz naked getting into the shower- bath mat, then robe, then robe belt, then towel, then slippers. I told her i just want back massage and done strong but i had to keep telling her where to rub and to be stronger.
Other than that the facility was nice
I used on line booking to book one day, then two more days then three more days. I always book for two but om the last three days something went wrong and somehow got booked only 1 person. Desk attendant told me $55 a day to change to two person. I think the app which i didn’t use the first two times defaulted to kne person and i didn’t have a chance to select two person
It waa extremely difficult to get a drink at the bar.
I did manage to get a drink at the bar then moved to a table. When i got the bill for items at the tae, the drink i had already paid for was on the bill. The waitress corrected it, thankfui had the bar receipt in my pocket

LLueAnn BarkleyQuando ci siamo reclutati, abbiamo ricevuto la sala 125. Quando siamo entrati, ho capito che c'era una questione di mold, come sono allergico alla mold, quando ci sono controllato, la zona AC era coperta di mold nero. Abbiamo detto al rappresentante al conteggio, poi ci ha trasferiti a 421, che aveva ancora l'odore moldo, e quando siamo tornati a dirlo, in questo momento il mio petto è pesante, mi sento nausea e prurito, poi ci ha trasferiti a 819. La stanza era completamente pulita e fresca rispetto agli altri. Sinceramente, lei era molto utile, sono grato che fosse disposta ad aiutare perché il mio viaggio sarebbe stato un incubo totale. Oltre a ciò, il colazione era grande, il luogo doveva essere mantenuto, ma in generale era soddisfacente.

TTravel Addict90Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo notato che le tende e le lampade della stanza erano deludenti e sporche, mentre la maggior parte dei membri del personale erano amichevoli, un personale di servizio frontale ha gestito una situazione con un cassaforte sottile in modo non professionale. Anche se eravamo disposti a pagare 10 dollari ciascuno per i sostituti, affrontare la questione chiamandoci al divano frontale invece di visitare discretamente la nostra stanza è stato terribile, soprattutto con altri ospiti presenti nel lobby. Inoltre, la stanza era riservata per tre ospiti, quindi costantemente doveva chiedere la terza toletta e la tazza di caffè era estremamente inconveniente.
