Cina: hotel con spa nella provincia di Liaoning

La posizione dell'hotel è eccezionale, tra la Piazza Zhongshan e la Piazza Youhao, a poche centinaia di metri da entrambe le stazioni della metropolitana. La linea 2 è comodissima sia per l'aeroporto che per la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità. A piedi si possono raggiungere la Russian Street e la Tianjin Street. Dai piani alti si può ammirare la Piazza Zhongshan e, con il bel tempo, anche il Donggang. Un plauso al portiere che, nonostante la pioggia e il vento di Dalian, era in piedi fuori con la sua uniforme a maniche corte, senza minimamente trascurare il suo dovere. Un altro applauso alla responsabile della lounge, Amy Cai, per la sua professionalità, entusiasmo e dedizione. 👍 Tuttavia, essendo un vecchio hotel a cinque stelle, si percepiscono in molti aspetti la caparbietà e le difficoltà tipiche di queste strutture. La colazione è servita nella caffetteria al 6° piano, uno spazio piuttosto piccolo, che nelle ore di punta diventa estremamente affollato, quasi claustrofobico. La porta d'ingresso alla palestra, dalla reception all'area fitness, mi ha lasciato un'impressione particolare; se il personale non mi avesse più volte indicato di spingere, avrei pensato di aver sbagliato strada. In palestra ci sono molti tipi di attrezzi, ma sono disposti in modo molto denso e la qualità è leggermente inferiore rispetto ad altri InterContinental. Nonostante questi piccoli difetti, nel complesso il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo, e se si alloggia nel centro storico di Dalian, questo InterContinental è altamente consigliato.

Camera da pranzo, spaziosa e con balcone. Gli impianti sapienti avevano tutto quello che avete bisogno. Colazione, pranzo e cena possono essere mangiati all'hotel. Molte cose musicali sono state mostrate intorno all'hotel. Per la prima volta in un luogo di rock duro per me, è stato molto bello e sorprendente la quantità di musica che si mostrava. 

After carefully weighing the options between the Horizon Club Room and the 2-Bedroom Residence, we chose the Residence and could not have been happier with our decision. The enormous extra space, privacy, and comfort made it the perfect choice for our stay. For families or groups traveling together, I highly recommend considering the Residences. A special mention goes to Mr. KAKI, the Residences Manager. From check-in to check-out, he was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. His constant presence and willingness to assist elevated our experience from a 5-star stay to what truly felt like a 6-star experience. Having spent the previous two weeks traveling throughout Northeast China and staying at several other 5-star hotels, we can confidently say that Shangri-La Dalian stands out as one of the finest hotels we encountered in every respect. Some highlights of our stay: • The breakfast was generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. • Housekeeping was exceptionally efficient and responsive. • The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing consistently cool and comfortable temperatures. • The automated toilets with spray bidet functions were a thoughtful touch and added greatly to the overall comfort of the room. Shangri-La Dalian delivers excellence not only through its facilities but also through its people. Our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to return on our next visit to Dalian.

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Four Seasons Hotel Dalian was nothing short of exceptional, defined by genuine warmth and outstanding hospitality. We were deeply touched by the personal welcome from the General Manager, Mr. Wayne Tan, whose gracious presence and attentiveness set a wonderful tone for our stay. It is rare to encounter such hands-on leadership, and his warmth truly made us feel valued as guests. Our heartfelt appreciation also goes to the Guest Relations team—Adale, Samantha, and Kakakoo—who consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their friendliness, professionalism, and sincere care created a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere throughout our stay. In addition, we would like to commend the room cleaning lady for her meticulous attention to detail. She consistently ensured that our room was immaculate and thoughtfully replenished our drinking water daily, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, this stay perfectly reflected the hallmark of the Four Seasons brand: exceptional service delivered with genuine care. We are truly grateful to the entire team and look forward to returning in the future.

Good to visit again. I had stayed some years ago so this stay was sentimental. At that time, clearly the Friendship Hotel was the best accommodation available in the city. In most regards it certainly still is. Everything needed in my solid, clean and well equipped business room with a comfortable bed. No smoky odor on my floor at all. Lobby Concierge was very helpful. Staff was attentive and on the spot when I thought I had a light bulb issue in the room. A hidden switch. Their buffet dinner choice was inly fair this time - maybe oily, and, I think, overpriced, but the breakfast selection more than makes up for it. Classiest hotel fanguan setting I have seen here. I didn't really have an opportunity to try the sauna or massage services at all. I will save my money and visit again someday. Xie xie.

Questo è il peggior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato, senza eccezioni. La colazione era monotona; a parte il jianbing (crêpe cinese), tutto il resto era poco invitante. La piscina non era all'altezza delle aspettative; l'acqua era freddissima. Il giorno dopo, hanno pulito la piscina, praticamente cacciando via gli ospiti a forza, e poi hanno spento le luci mentre facevamo la doccia. Peggio ancora, i tappetini antiscivolo a bordo piscina hanno graffiato il piede di mio figlio. Quando abbiamo chiesto delle bende al personale, si sono comportati come se fosse perfettamente normale: è stata la cosa peggiore in assoluto! Abbiamo anche dimenticato un piccolo cerchietto per capelli che avevamo comprato da Chimelong. Quando abbiamo chiamato per chiedere informazioni, ci è stato detto che gli articoli erano conservati in un magazzino, ma non hanno mai chiamato in modo proattivo per controllare gli ospiti. Non avevano alcun senso del servizio.

From check-in to check-out, our experience at the hotel was fantastic, largely thanks to Ella's attentive care. All the staff were consistently quick and friendly, making our trip even more memorable and enjoyable. The inclusion of hot spring tickets was a nice touch, and the condition of the room was excellent. I’d love to return with my parents on our next visit!

Durante le vacanze della Giornata Nazionale, il personale dello Shenyang Shangri-La era molto entusiasta e il servizio, Yan Yan, era molto premuroso. Il giovane addetto alla portineria ha preso l'iniziativa per aiutare con i bagagli. La palestra e la piscina erano molto buone , l'acqua era pulita, le attrezzature e le strutture erano ben mantenute e di fronte c'era un centro commerciale. Era molto comodo e una buona esperienza di check-in! ! ! ! Giusto in tempo per il mio compleanno, ho anche preparato una sorpresa di compleanno speciale, che è molto buona, è un hotel a cinque stelle Shenyang Shangri-La, l'ho scelto bene.

A very calming , well managed hotel . They answered all of my requirements. There is a coffee shop on the reception level and it serves great pizza slices / snack ..other snacks. .Also serves cans of beer and Guinness and great coffee of course . WiFi worked perfectly . Nearby , there is a church in walking distance , and a Green Mart supermarket about a 5 min taxi ride away .. Great place to stroll along the river ..nice view of river if you choose that room option . I had a city view . There's a square just opposite the hotel which is used for recreation etc .. I didn't see an ATM ..but many banks on the way to the supermarket .. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and will return soon

Camera pulita e spaziosa con una bella vista sulla città. Il dipartimento frontale e il personale erano amichevoli e cortesi. La stanza era fuori condizionatore e mi serviva un asciugamano extra e la portarono subito. Il colazione aveva ovest e cinese che erano deliziosi. Abbiamo anche goduto della piscina
