Belgio: hotel con Colazione nella provincia di Provincia del Brabante Vallone

I was here for a brief business trip. The hotel was pleasant enough, and my bedroom was a reasonable size and comfortable. It's always nice to have USB charging points near the bed, so they get good marks for that. The food in the restaurant was very good, and if you're looking for a nice meal then you should be happy here. However, they only seemed to do proper restaurant meals. If you're looking for a light snack then you will be disappointed. I arrived at the hotel in the early afternoon, having not yet had any lunch. I was hoping to get a sandwich to take into my business meeting with me in one of their meeting rooms. However, this seemed to be too difficult for them. Their restaurant had already finished serving, and they didn't serve sandwiches anyway. That lack of flexibility is surprising and disappointing for a hotel of that class. Other than that, however, no complaints.

Stayed on a one night stopover on a Leger Holidays tour. Small budget style room. No fridge or kettle etc. Small shower cubicle with door that didn't fit the entire width of the opening that resulted in the inevitable flooding of the bathroom floor. Bed was comfortable. Fairly well stocked bar. No dinner as such but we were lucky enough to get a couple of Pizzas.

Grande luogo per rimanere sulla strada verso la regione Champagne. Camere confortevoli e buon colazione. Non troppo lontano dalla zona centro, che era anche molto bello. In città mangiamo al bar Le Code. Buon cibo e bevande! C'è anche un grande posto per la torta, ma avete bisogno di prenotazioni qualche giorno prima.

Everything perfect. I can recommend this hotel. Breakfast were so delicious and good choices of different meals.

Visito regolarmente e è sempre un piacere tornare. Il personale è amichevole, curato e molto accogliente. I letti sono comodi e io apprezzo molto la pulizia dei bagni. Confesso che i mattoni potrebbero fare con una pulizia o una sostituzione profonda, per alcune camere, ma diversa da quella che è il punto in cui è. Il parcheggio permette punti di carica elettrica e è assicurato da una porta. Anche se è vicino alla pista del treno, il rumore non è un problema. Tuttavia, essere pronti a sentire alcuni rumori felici dalle squadre di calcio quando ritornano da vincere un gioco. Non dura molto, ma almeno sei avvertito. Il pranzo è sempre un piacere, perché i piatti sono cucinati con cura e è sempre delizioso. I colazioni sono carini, il mio unico dispiacere è che non inizia fino a 7. Se potesse iniziare alle 6:30 o 6:45 sarebbe molto conveniente per me. Comunque, torno ogni otto settimane e so sempre che sarà un piacevole soggiorno.

Stayed in this hotel with my husband as part of a Leger Tour for 4 nights. Do not be fooled by the lovely pictures you see of this Chateau. Had to take our own bags to our room which involved dragging them up some steps (no lift to first floor) and then down a long corridor. The room was dark and no view from the tiny window so paid extra to change it for a lake view room which had a restricted view of the lake, slightly bigger than the first room, poorly stocked mini bar, lumpy bed, shaver socket not working - but it was better than the first room. Very limited on lifts in this hotel and lots of steps, only 2 outside areas to sit - one to the side of the restaurant and a center courtyard which was very untidy and uncomfortable. Service is practically non existent especially in the bar we didn't eat in the restaurant as we were told it was fully booked although it looked empty to us, think it was more a lack of staff then fully booked. Breakfast was ok but not 5 Star in fact nothing about this hotel is 5 Star quality except the prices. On the first night we were sitting in the courtyard and spotted a rat scuttling down the drain, we didn't thing much of it bearing in mind the location of this hotel but the next morning on our way down to breakfast we saw 2 more rats running down the corridor which is not what you expect to see in any hotel, although we didn't see anymore rats inside the hotel we did see more in the courtyard during our stay. The staff were pleasant enough but not overly helpful. All in all this is not a relaxing place to stay and would not recommend it and a long way off 5 Star quality.

Situato a luce di traffico su strada principale. L'hotel è composto da 2 ali separati dalla farmacia. Camere interessanti con balconi sul retro, fuori strada parcheggio e situato a sud di Bruxelles vicino alle autostrade e a soli 2 ore da traghetto. 25 min da Waterloo. Benvenuta ospite parlando buon inglese e buon colazione

Sono stata ospite della struttura per motivi di lavoro. La gentilezza e cortesia dello staff lo senti al momento dell'arrivo. Pulizia impeccabile. La stanza grande con vista parco, letto molto comodo. SPA disponibile sempre. Ristornate vario con cibi buoni. L'area convegni ampia e funzionale. Il parco intorno è tutto da scoprire. Sentieri da percorrere con la carta rilasciata dalla reception. Consiglio veramente la struttura

The hotel itself is nice and is well furnished with good sized, comfortable rooms. We stayed for one night going down to Bavaria and again on the way home. Check in was easy and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is fresh, modern and ideal for an overnight stop over. There are shops and restaurants a short walk away if needed, as no evening meal/food was available. My room on the way out was comfortable and clean with great in room facilities including a lovely walk in shower and nice comfy beds. Both shower heads were in dire need of descaling and the rainfall shower sprayed every which way but down meaning I couldn’t use it. The air con was an added plus and soon cooled the room down. All 3 rooms I had were the same layout and had the walk in shower with Rituals soaps/shampoo provided. Worryingly, on inspection in the room for my return journey I found a dead adult bed bug on the grey pull out futon chair. I saw this as soon as I lifted the cushion and there was also a dirty tissue inside the cushion case. This suggests cleaning staff had not checked that area very thoroughly as it was easy to spot. The actual bed was clean with no signs of other bugs, but I was not taking the risk and was moved rooms immediately. I always inspect rooms thoroughly in any hotel before bringing my luggage in for this exact reason. The reception were most helpful and moved me to the other side of the hotel straight away, but it did cause me a lot of anxiety and I had a poor nights sleep as a result. No one wants to find that in their room!! The second room provided was clean with no issues identified other than the shower heads needing descaling. The breakfast offered was tasty with a good choice of food items and drinks. Porterage was included in our package but I took my own luggage up and down to the rooms. The rooms had a nice large tv and plenty of channels to choose from. The adjustable floor light was nice to leave on at night for a bit of light in the room. I would recommend the hotel and would be willing to stay there again. Hopefully they will start offering evening meals as this will be a huge plus for weary travellers who don’t want to walk down a main road to get to a restaurant.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here on our last might of a 12 night tour of Croatia with Leger. I had read the reviews of this hotel and felt slightly worried about staying here, especially as we wouldn't be arriving until after 8pm and in need of something to eat. I suggested to our driver that he ring ahead which he did and confirmed that the restaurant would indeed be open, which it was. The food was very good too. In fact the hotel was all good indeed, nice rooms, with tea and coffee facilities, a hot shower, couldn't really ask for more. Such a shame the reviews have been so negative as we could not fault it.

I servizi di ricezione hanno rifiutato di lasciarci entrare in anticipo e hanno anche cercato di rinviare a 3:00. Ho dovuto contattare Trip.com per confermare il check-in normale in tempo. Inoltre, abbiamo assistito a un gruppo di persone arrivate dopo aver ricevuto tutte le loro stanze e non era ancora 230. Non trattare in modo equo dal desk front!!! È una vergogna per un servizio così terribile, dal momento che le strutture di benessere e il buffet da pranzo erano molto gentili
