RRyann EllisFow what we paid it was a decent hotel. The room was clean and enough for 3 people. I used the gym which was small but good for a simple workout. The remote in our room didnt work when we arrived but it was a simple fix and staff was kind to come and help. The only complaint was the wifi. The connection was awful. Even though there were so many routers to choose from none of them would connect properly. The location is great. It's close to the outlet mall which has food and drunk plus the bus comes round often. The closest metro is Gaehwa by either bus or taxi.

La posizione dell’hotel e’ perfetta, vicinissima al quartiere fieristico. Camere pulite, dimensione ok, molto tranquillo e niente confusione la notte. Volendo c’è un cinema all’interno della struttura…
Per andare in centro servono 30 -40 minuti, lo stesso per andare all’aeroporto di Incheon.
Tutto sommato bene.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!
All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.
Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:
1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.
2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.
3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes
4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep.
With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

UUtente ospiteWhen I entered the ground floor of the hotel in the first day , the staff did not talk and I said I was for check in.
The staff asked for my passport , name….then asked how many day would I stay. The conversation was about 7 to 10mins, I answered all questions and the staff said ‘you can go to the lobby floor by the lift and do the check in’.
As my first time to this hotel , I supposed they were processing my check in but the time was just spent for doing something unrelated matters and I needed to further spend time again by asking the same questions in the lobby floor during the check in .
Looks like the staffs thought they were the security guard.
I suggested they should let the guest know that where the check in area is to avoid wasting both the times.
Furthermore if people came back to the hotel from outside the staff of the ground floor would stare on the people without saying anything.
Surprised what the customer service there.
I would commend the staff in the breakfast area , they showed polite and efficient when handling the matters.

PPrijuThe location is perfect. It is close to the train station (walking distance) and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops. I enjoyed my stay and i get to go walk around and enjoy the the friendly atmosphere 🤝😊

6670TRAVELPer un ultimo minuto la prenotazione dell'hotel è molto accogliente. Ero un po' scettico con la prima impressione del lobby che dava una vibrazione molto motel, mentre andai al mio piano mi sorprendeva molto, perché l'aspetto della strada era molto diverso da quello che mi aspettavo. Entrando nella mia stanza, mi sentivo molto confortevole e benvenuto (tenete presente). Vivo in un appartamento in un'altra città della Corea del Sud, quindi sono abituato al layout degli appartamenti coreani e posso dire che la stanza era più di una stanza di tipo studio con mobili che un hotel che lo rende più a casa. Entrando nella stanza, essi forniscono già pannolini per interni. L'arredamento con tavoli, sedie e bacino (che era una zona di cucina) le dà il senso dell'appartamento studio. Molto spazioso e aperto e la TV (grande) è più grande di quello che hanno la maggior parte 5 stelle eleganti hotel. Il bidet è in punto e la doccia è un concetto moderno. Forniscono anche un trasformatore per coloro che richiedono o hanno elettroniche che richiedono 110v.

DDrew LIt’s so hard trying to find a legit hotel and filter out those love motels that are just everywhere in Korea. This place is clean, professional and the service is great. Front desk will help you navigate taxis, airport transfers etc. Actually.. I don’t know if their English is any good… oh and bring or buy your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash. They have their own but it’s pretty bad.
The hotel is super close to a massive department store which sits above the subway. AK plaza.
Valet parking available(valet is pretty standard in Korea and not a luxury service). Rooftop has a cage for practicing your golf swing. Fully fitted out gym not those paltry 2 running machines and 1 dumbbell ones you find in smaller hotels and free to use laundromat. Breakfast is okay and great if you need food early in the morning. Breakfast options nearby are limited to convenience store food and those egg toast things on the street for W5000.
Will stay here again.
