Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

The reception service staff was good and helpful especially that lady who works in the day time. She has guided me on the whereabouts within the surrounding of the hotel. She recommended a nearby big mall within walking distance whereby you can find all the local stuffs including a food court at the top of the mall where you can get reasonable good Korean food. Hotel was conveniently surrounded by big shopping mall. Getting food & buying stuffs was relatively easy.

La città è vicino alla strada principale se camminare ci vorrà circa 20 minuti per ottenere il servizio di navetta dell'hotel per guidare. La cosa buona su questo hotel è che può organizzare la stazione ferroviaria pick up e tornare, ma l'arrangement è molto difficile. Devi avere WeiXin e organizzare un giorno prima. Il dipartimento responsabile di questo servizio reagisce un po' lento. Controllare il processo dell'hotel è regolare. La diffusione del colazione è ok. Il nostro soggiorno a Park Kairo è stato fantastico! Il personale è molto amichevole, soprattutto il servizio del manager VIP. La posizione dell'hotel è anche eccellente e, soprattutto, è ben decorato e pulito. Godetevi il nostro soggiorno nella stanza coreana. Il personale ha anche preparato un piatto di frutta per una festa di compleanno. Molto consigliato!

We were welcomed by the hotel manager and staffs warmly with warm hand wipes, hot teas and frozen pears. They offerred us free room upgrade too. The room is clean and consists of underfloor heating which is essential in this winter period.
I have this ”HOME” feeling stay at this hotel hence decided to extend one more night stay with them. They also provides free self service washing powder, washing machine and dryer for hotel guest usage.

Highly recommend this. We decided to choose this hotel because of the good reviews.
1. Room is clean and well kept. They also provide a humidifier which is very helpful when the air is so dry. If you are scared of being too warm at night, don’t worry as the aircon range from high to as low as 16.c.
2. Convenient, both the hotel staff and the driver provided by the hotel answered to our questions on WeChat very promptl

UUtente ospiteWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream:
✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance
✔️ Hot springs inside the compound
✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development
Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴
Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.
In winter.
On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾
Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc.
The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸
Then there’s the hot spring schedule.

⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly.
Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus.
At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for.
It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs.
Trip.com, if you’re listening:
no guest should ever be pressured to review.
The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative.
This old dog is an independent reviewer.
I don’t bark on command.
I don’t roll over for stars.
And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle.
Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers.
Just come prepared with:
• good boots
• strong knees
• emotional resilience
• and the confidence to say, “I will rate when I’m ready.”

I was in touch with Vincent on we chat before I came and he helped us organise Christmas Dinner at the Westin . Throughout our stay he was there for our every need , nothing was too much trouble and he went out of his way to look after us . A real asset to the hotel . Other members of staff I’d like to mention - Julie at breakfast who noticed as soon as we came in , remembered and served us our drinks , laid the table with a knife and fork and anticipated our needs .
Likewise Tyler in the Ski equipment area - who went out of his way to help us every day always with a smile on his face .
I have to say that the service we received has been the best we’ve had in any hotel in China in the 18 months we’ve lived here .
The location of the hotel was also excellent as it was right on the slopes and the next to the ski hire shop.
I would highly recommend this hotel

However, the most memorable part of my stay was the outstanding service I received from the moment I checked in. Chen Yuanyuan (陈园园), the hotel staff, was an absolute delight. She is always smiling, polite, and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beginning, she warmly escorted us to our room and took the time to explain all the hotel amenities in detail. Her thoughtfulness did not stop there. She proactively connected with me on WeChat to ensure quick responses to any requests we had. The next morning, she personally reminded us about breakfast and even offered to come to our room to guide us to the restaurant. Her dedication was evident as she stayed until we were seated comfortably in the buffet area. Even after checkout, her exceptional service continued. She presented us with lovely hotel gifts and waited with us until our taxi arrived, ensuring a smooth departure. Chen Yuanyuan’s service attitude is truly commendable. Her attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism set a high standard for hospitality. She is undoubtedly a role model for her peers and a huge asset to the hotel. MM383151****牆壁很薄，非常吵。住的雙人間，第一晚聽了一宿隔壁幾個親戚聚在一起討論某家人兩口子吵架的事到接近凌晨一點，第二天從下午開始三點多開始，就有年輕人在隔壁***——説這個並不是評判客人的行為，但因酒店原因放大了客人的行為，一方客人因噪音不適而把另一方客人自由行為變成了不恰當的，且提出問題一方由於多次反饋，問題得不到妥善解決，給自身也帶來了不舒適感。這種矛盾轉移很微妙。前台工作人員處理事情較為迅速，衹不過酒店的房間要麼被迫聽隔壁，要麼被迫聽馬路。如果未來再帶家人出行，應該會住價格更高一些的，評價裏顯示相對安靜的酒店。總結:便宜沒好貨。但該酒店的價格在長春並不在低價酒店的等級裏，可體驗感並不好，不會再住。

XXingxing⭐️Questa è la mia prima visita a Harbin, e anche se ho letto molte recensioni che dicevano che questo resort era bello, ero ancora preoccupato per il trasporto. Ho scritto all'hotel in anticipo, e Coco mi ha risposto gentilmente e mi ha anche contattato su WeChat per spiegare come arrivare lì. Ha anche organizzato un trasferimento privato dalla stazione ferroviaria così meraviglioso servizio!
Eravamo sulla luna di miele, e Coco ci sorprese di aggiornare la nostra stanza in una suite molto spaziosa. Era assolutamente bella, e apprezzo davvero il gesto pensativo. Mi piaceva tanto!
Quando siamo arrivati, Coco ha continuato a aiutarci con tutto, ha organizzato il trasporto per le nostre attività come la moto di neve, il cavallo e il mangiare elettricità. Tutto è andato bene e ha superato le mie aspettative.
Poiché abbiamo usato un eSIM e non avevamo un numero di telefono cinese, Coco ha anche aiutato a registrare e generare il codice QR che abbiamo bisogno per visitare le fonti calde al Club Med, alimentare il deer, sciare e guidare l'UTV. Il servizio era davvero eccellente.
Il resort stesso è perfetto per una vacanza rilassante. Ci è un Burger King, una piccola zona urbana con ristoranti e negozi di comodità, e molti bellissimi punti fotografici. Il ristorante del colazione è bellissimo, con una vasta gamma di cibi. Tutti i dipendenti erano attenti e molto amichevoli.
Sono stato davvero impressionato e mi piaceva assolutamente stare qui. Molto consigliato!
