This is a great hotel! I liked everything very much! Comfortable room, soft bed, soft pillows. Variety and tasty breakfast. Everything is very clean and hygienic. The hotel staff speaks English. Girls and boys are very friendly and welcoming. Kind and always try to help. The hotel is very conveniently located. There are many cafes and shops, shopping centers and bus stops nearby. When we settled in, we were treated to a frozen pear. And when leaving, cool water, which is very necessary in the summer heat. I am delighted with my stay at this hotel. I really want to come back here again!

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, che lo rende comodo per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione. Le tariffe dei taxi sono solo un punto di partenza. Il personale è molto cordiale e la colazione a soli 18 yuan è un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Le camere sono spaziose, la biancheria da letto è comoda e c'è un divano abbastanza grande da ospitare un adulto. Offrono anche prodotti a prezzi molto ragionevoli. Al 13° piano troverete un ristorante, un biliardo, una palestra e delle lavatrici, che piaceranno sia agli adulti che ai bambini.

Non molto, si ottiene una bella e pulita camera familiare!
La riga puzza deliziosa, i fiori di vere lilie e rose (un bel aroma).
Anche qui vivono bellissimi cocktail flushy 😻
Le colazioni non erano molto piacevoli, ma abbiamo trovato qualcosa da mangiare (uova, tostapane con giovenche e caffè) di solito mangiamo così in mattinata.
C'è anche un palestra.

Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione di Changchun, a circa 15 minuti a piedi, ma vale la pena rimanere in questo posto. Ci sono in realtà autobus dalla stazione di Changchun, ma non l'ho preso. Il nostro soggiorno a Park Kairo è stato fantastico! Il personale è molto amichevole, soprattutto il servizio del manager VIP. La posizione dell'hotel è anche eccellente e, soprattutto, è ben decorato e pulito. Godetevi il nostro soggiorno nella stanza coreana. UUtente ospiteWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

La posizione è estremamente conveniente, soprattutto per visitare l'entrata occidentale di Tian Chi. A big plus is the hotel’s shuttle bus service, which provides pick-up and drop-off to the main attractions, making the views very harmless, especially in cold weather. Arrangements must be made at front desk in advance.
La cucina coreana nella sala da pranzo era assolutamente deliziosa e ben preparata. Dopo un giorno di esplorazione, le sorgenti calde erano fantastiche, rilassanti e un modo perfetto per rilassarsi.
Il personale dell’hotel era molto amichevole, attento e ha compiuto un passo avanti per far sentire gli ospiti a casa e aiutare bene durante il soggiorno. La colazione è stata altrettanto impressionante, offrendo una vasta gamma di opzioni per adattarsi ai diversi gusti.
In generale, questo hotel offre eccellenti strutture, cibo, trasporto conveniente e servizio eccellente. Lo consiglio molto a chiunque visiti Chang Bai Shan, soprattutto a chi sta progettando di esplorare Tian Chi. UUtente ospite這個酒店有點九十年代的感覺，設施稍有陳舊，但是每個細節服務都讓你很舒服，很用心。這趟去金水鶴酒店，酒店免費幫我們升房，早餐品種雖然不太多，但是像媽媽的味道。床品很舒服，隔音也不錯，一覺睡到天亮。酒店很氣派，温泉雖然不算大，但是服務很周到。酒店的服務員都在微笑，而且是自然的微笑，對小朋友們很友好，不像我們在西坡萬達那邊感覺到是一種純商業化的氣氛。就像旁邊的美人松公園那樣自然和諧。

SStevey_FlI read extensive reviews before I booked this hotel a few months ago, and my experience staying 3 nights here did support those excellent reviews.
The services were superior and the staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was good and packed with sufficient proteins and nutrients to prepare for a full half day skiing. You can rent ski equipments ( even clothing) right at the basement conveniently after you are done eating. Ski passes and ski classes can be purchased right there, with the channel discount prices, so you avoid the hassle of doing these things at the Ski Service Center.
There is a Tesla Model Y always ready to take you from hotel basement to the ski slopes (the ski-in and ski-out access was closed during my stay there but in most cases you could do it) and take you back to hotel whenever you call them a few minutes ahead of time). The hotel itself is located within walking distance to the ski lifts, so even without the transportation assistance, it is manageable by putting on ski boots and just walk back and forth with your skis.
The room I booked has a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a living room with TV and dining table and a kitchen sink and stove ( but no utensils yet so don’t expect to cook meals there). Bottle waters and snacks were replenished daily for free.
Besides its own dinning facilities and a small grocery store on the basement, there are plenty of options to eat and shop on the Main Street just down the road from the hotel. Overall, the New Story is a happy story and I look forward to returning in a year or two.
(My advice for those who can afford flexible schedules, try to come here in slow season like now outside the Xmas and Chinese New Year windows, the snow is still quite good yet the crowds are not existent and you can get really good deals in staying, though the lift ticket is still not cheap, 430 RMB a or some $60-65 a day. Much more in busy season).

CChangyousifang很不錯的一家美居酒店（華住會），很新，看着酒店內部各處都很舒適。前台幾位同事都很熱情認真，介紹周邊好吃的和土產店。大廳佈置有特色（壁畫是購買的版權），有文藝氣息，有咖啡和茶包，還有人蔘煮水。早餐也很好，品種數量都足夠吃了，富有地域特點（米腸，牛肉湯飯鮮族小鹹菜，筋餅等，烤白薯也好吃），質量也非常好。酒店不在鎮子中心，這樣最好，清凈，且有足夠大的停車場，適合自駕。為等待適合天氣上山，連住好幾天。鎮子裏二道河邊看看秋景，吃一次鐵鍋燉魚和人蔘雞湯，天涼了都很適合。下次來，換個季節，還可以繼續入住。
