Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

The rooms are very big & within like a 15 mins walking distance to the instamgramable wall! Enjoyed the stay there with kids. Each of them having their own double bed and spending only sgd 50 per room of 3 double beds per night which I thought was worth it.

Il soggiorno era grande, ci aiutava il barista a prendere la stazione e andare via. Tuttavia il personale di front office non era così utile , non potevamo usare T3 per prenotare un taxi, il personale non ci ha aiutato a prenotare un taxi, solo chiederci di prenotare un taxi sulla strada noi stessi . Il sistema intelligente non ha risposto troppo bene, voleva aprire la cortina con il comando vocale ma non poteva funzionare, e il lavaggio non poteva drenare l'acqua molto bene, deve usare la mano per aprire l'acqua drenaggio per rilasciare l'acqua.

Il nostro soggiorno a Park Kairo è stato fantastico! Il personale è molto amichevole, soprattutto il servizio del manager VIP. La posizione dell'hotel è anche eccellente e, soprattutto, è ben decorato e pulito. Godetevi il nostro soggiorno nella stanza coreana. Questo è un ottimo hotel! Mi piaceva tutto molto! Camera confortevole, letto morbido, cuscini morbide. Varietà e delizioso colazione. Tutto è molto pulito e igienico. Il personale dell'hotel parla inglese. Le ragazze e i ragazzi sono molto amichevoli e benvenuti. Amorevole e sempre cerca di aiutare. L'hotel è molto convenientemente situato. UUtente ospiteWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream:
✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance
✔️ Hot springs inside the compound
✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development
Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴
Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course.
The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building.
In winter.
On ice.
With wind that slaps.
Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾
Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc.
The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸
Then there’s the hot spring schedule.

⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly.
Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus.
At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for.
It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs.
Trip.com, if you’re listening:
no guest should ever be pressured to review.
The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative.
This old dog is an independent reviewer.
I don’t bark on command.
I don’t roll over for stars.
And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle.
Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers.
Just come prepared with:

La camera è grande, il bagno è anche molto grande, caldo e acqua calda veloce, la colazione è ricco, la vista sulla scena è buona rispetto alla vista sulla montagna, la povera casa di famiglia è molto attesa della montagna, il personale è molto bello, saluterà!
Il fiume davanti all'hotel può anche scendere sul fiume. Ci sono persone locali che si sdraiano sul ghiaccio e sciare (sdraiare il fiume, vedere se ci sono persone locali)
L'unica inconveniente è che non ci sono cibo vicino all'hotel (vicino a piedi), ma non abbiamo influenzato la nostra auto, e Jilin non è grande. L'ultimo giorno la macchina è riuscita, e l'uscita è conveniente!Purtroppo non c'è tempo per gustare il cibo dell'hotel (non colazione).La prossima volta avremo la possibilità di tornare!

Arriving on the late Spring Airlines 9C7751 flight at 21:21, we were weary travelers. Xiao Xie, on his night shift, welcomed us with calm efficiency. He masterfully explained our extensive 6-night package—daily skiing, hot springs, water park access, and shuttle service—making it all instantly clear.
The Heart of Hospitality: Personal Intervention
What sets Xiao Xie apart was his proactive help when small obstacles arose. He didn't just give directions; he provided solutions:
1. WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. He stepped in and paid for our items first, trusting us to settle it later. This act of personal trust and immediate problem-solving was astounding.

UUtente ospite這個酒店有點九十年代的感覺，設施稍有陳舊，但是每個細節服務都讓你很舒服，很用心。這趟去金水鶴酒店，酒店免費幫我們升房，早餐品種雖然不太多，但是像媽媽的味道。床品很舒服，隔音也不錯，一覺睡到天亮。酒店很氣派，温泉雖然不算大，但是服務很周到。酒店的服務員都在微笑，而且是自然的微笑，對小朋友們很友好，不像我們在西坡萬達那邊感覺到是一種純商業化的氣氛。就像旁邊的美人松公園那樣自然和諧。

MM383151****牆壁很薄，非常吵。住的雙人間，第一晚聽了一宿隔壁幾個親戚聚在一起討論某家人兩口子吵架的事到接近凌晨一點，第二天從下午開始三點多開始，就有年輕人在隔壁***——説這個並不是評判客人的行為，但因酒店原因放大了客人的行為，一方客人因噪音不適而把另一方客人自由行為變成了不恰當的，且提出問題一方由於多次反饋，問題得不到妥善解決，給自身也帶來了不舒適感。這種矛盾轉移很微妙。前台工作人員處理事情較為迅速，衹不過酒店的房間要麼被迫聽隔壁，要麼被迫聽馬路。如果未來再帶家人出行，應該會住價格更高一些的，評價裏顯示相對安靜的酒店。總結:便宜沒好貨。但該酒店的價格在長春並不在低價酒店的等級裏，可體驗感並不好，不會再住。

SStevey_FlHo letto le recensioni diffuse prima di prenotare questo hotel qualche mese fa, e la mia esperienza di soggiornare qui 3 notti ha supportato queste eccellenti recensioni.
Il servizio è stato superiore e il personale è molto amichevole e utile. È possibile noleggiare attrezzature sci (anche in abbigliamento) proprio al seminterrato convenientemente dopo aver finito di mangiare. Le classi di sci possono essere acquistate proprio lì, con i prezzi di sconto del canale, quindi si evita la difficoltà di fare queste cose al Centro di Servizio Ski.
C'è un Tesla Model Y pronto a portarti dal pavimento dell'hotel fino alle corse di sci (l'accesso a sci-in e sci-out è stato chiuso durante il mio soggiorno lì ma nella maggior parte dei casi si può farlo) L'hotel è situato a pochi minuti di distanza da sci, quindi anche senza l'assistenza di trasporto, è gestibile mettendo su sci lenzuola e camminando indietro e avanti con la vostra sci.
La camera che ho prenotato ha una camera da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali e una sala da pranzo con TV e tavolo da pranzo e una cucina con bacino e forno (ma non ci si aspetta ancora di cucinare cibo).
Oltre alle proprie strutture di cena e a una piccola vendita al seminterrato, ci sono molte opzioni per mangiare e negoziare sulla strada principale, appena fuori dall'hotel. In generale, la Nuova storia è una storia felice e mi aspetto di tornare tra un anno o due.
(Il mio consiglio per coloro che possono permettersi programmi flessibili, cercare di venire qui in lenta stagione come ora fuori dalle finestre Xmas e cinesi Anno Nuovo, la neve è ancora abbastanza buona, ma le folle non esistenti e si può ottenere davvero buoni affari in soggiorno, Anche se il biglietto per ascensore non è ancora economico, 430 RMB a o circa $60-65 al giorno. On our first night my card couldn’t work so my husband went to the counter to settle the card issue while I outside my room. While waiting I saw someone sneakily try to take a photo of me but when I chase out the person escaped via the fire exit stairwell. The experience creeps me out. If it’s a staff trying to check why I was wandering outside the room he or she could have come to clarify with me, not sneakily take a photo or video of me at the corner without showing the face. But if it’s not a staff that’s doing that then something is wrong with the hotel security
