Australia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Queensland

The location is wonderful .. short walk to surfers paradise and skypoint is just right next door. Easy to get from airport as the tram stop is just right next to skypoint. Many cafe and restaurant choices. Did not use the pool or gym. Noise can be heard from room as the walls are thin. Easy check in .. staff did not advise much on the resort facilities and we figure out the wifi password base on the sticker on the kitchen wall. Our rooms balcony look out into the pool which is nice.

Accommodating family stay. Clean easy assessable stay. Would be nice to have a bigger games room and inside areas for children to play when cold and wet. More child friendly food and drink would be good for dinner. Pool area was lovely at night but slightly too dark maybe a few more tree lights around the pool would be good. Pool towels were available at reception and . Concierge was lovely and helpful but parking is limited and a bit stressful.

I enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza but unfortunately the TV was not working for my whole stay. The staff were very apologetic but unfortunately it did not complete my whole stay. Just a shame that the problems with the internet and tv were not resolved before my stay was completed.

Very nice hotel with lots of fancy features to impress you on arrival! Restaurants in the ****** were surprisingly not too expensive but most needed bookings for dinner. Walk to Broadbeach & Pac Fair. Car parking was easy but no need for the car as everything is on your doorstep. Room service from restaurants & bar is great too! We look forward to staying again in the Summer!! .

Stayed at this hotel for my birthday. My son had fun at waterpark and playground. Few issues. The in room safe is not working and the bathroom sink is clogged.

L'hotel sembra nuovo e si trova in una posizione molto comoda. È molto vicino al molo della Grande Barriera Corallina, a soli sette minuti a piedi, e la camera offre una vista sull'oceano. Accanto c'è un delizioso ristorante vietnamita che serve pho e c'è un mercato notturno proprio accanto. Il problema principale di questo hotel è il forte odore di muffa, che si nota immediatamente fin dal momento in cui si entra nella hall. Sebbene il servizio fosse eccellente, la camera che ci è stata assegnata inizialmente era estremamente stantia e senza finestre. Dopo averlo segnalato alla reception, la signora ci ha immediatamente cambiato camera e ci ha offerto gratuitamente un upgrade a una con balcone. La nuova camera aveva ancora un odore di muffa, ma la situazione era notevolmente migliorata grazie alla ventilazione. Per motivi di salute, non consiglierei più questo hotel.

1. Arrived at 2:30pm but room not ready until 3pm. Thought it might be late checkout service but I was asked to check out before 11am at the latest. 2. No rubber mat in bathroom but with a safety notice to use rubber mat in case of slippery. And shower either too hot or not hot at all. 3. Cleaner entered the room to clean at 9:30am even if I haven't checked out yet and didn't ask for it. And he was obviously not aware of how long I would stay, and I assume he should get the info before entering the room for cleaning. (He might have knocked the door before entering cuz I was at the balcony and couldn't hear anything, but that's not the point as I was not expecting the cleaning)

Really lovely hotel, it was a little out from Airlie beach centre but the shuttle bus was perfect and not very expensive! The only thing was it wasn’t always that frequent but this is not the hotels fault! It was a great stay, really friendly staff and clean throughout.

We had a great time at Mantra in surfers. Front desk staff was lovely and helpful. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. There was an issue with the shower head , the water was barely coming out due to build up of limescale and an old shower head. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty. Overall a pleasant stay
