Questa è la terza volta che sono rimasto qui e tutto su questo posto è fantastico. Tuttavia, l'ufficio si chiude alle 17:00 e i clienti devono chiamare per il processo di check-in dopo questo tempo. O le ore di ufficio dovrebbero essere fino alle 7 o il personale dovrebbe chiamare i clienti in relazione al loro orario di arrivo.

The room had an immediate unpleasant odour on opening the door.
The shower wall had long black hairs stuck to the tiles and remnants of old soap/shampoo. There was the remains of something that had previously broken off in the shower cubicle. The bathroom basin was mouldy around the plug hole.
The blanket from the cupboard had an unpleasant smell.
As I exited the lift on the first floor the lighting was non existent. I felt vulnerable.
There is not enough onsite parking spaces for guests.

Great location and secure no need at ease breakfast is yum coffee is hot can sit back and relax and enjoy the weekend and they have it covered the rest of your stay .

Best part I loved was the balcony room 1502 pretty sure because this is right in the 0ath of fresh air .

Great modern place to stay that is central to all the happenings around restaurants, shops (Broadbeach & Pacific Fair), great beaches, grass areas, soccer pitches and BBQ places.
The pool is a great addition to chill out on the cushion beds.
Would love to have access to sauna & steam room without extra costs, but the gym and outdoor spa (Star Building) were adequate for some post game recovery.
We didn't need housekeeping during the 7-day stay, and would have loved to get some offset credits for it, though we got 2 × $10 vouchers at checkout.
Highly recommend the place for sure.

Really lovely hotel, it was a little out from Airlie beach centre but the shuttle bus was perfect and not very expensive! The only thing was it wasn’t always that frequent but this is not the hotels fault!
It was a great stay, really friendly staff and clean throughout.

我覺得住這一間飯店這個時間來很劃算
後面就是** 地理位置超棒
他和star hotel好像是一起的
這是我這一間是真的很有歷史古蹟
聽說原本是他們的存放金庫
後來改建成飯店
不論是房間的風格
或者是電梯都很特別
我覺得很棒的是我早上10點就提早要寄放行李
櫃台人員跟我們說房間ok了我們可以提早入住真爽
房間寬敞又挑高 雖然看得出歷史但是很乾淨
只能說他是一件藝術品聽說有200年了

La stanza è stanca, nessuno occhiali, nessun tazze di carta, senza tè, nessun caffè, nessuna caldaia, nessun frigo.
Le camere sono economiche rispetto ad altri alloggi vicini, così popolari con bagagli. Le letti hanno il sottile odore di fumo di stalla. Anche il deposito di sicurezza cam è solo visto o Mastercard, nessun contante o amex, e se utilizzando una carta di debito, contante estratto. 200 dollari per un soggiorno notturno di 150 dollari. Un po' preoccupante, dato che le camere non sono nella condizione più recente per iniziare, quindi si chiede se si ottiene il vostro denaro. Quando si controlla, ha detto che ci vorranno 7 giorni!!!

Tale grande hotel, fantastico servizio e tutte le attrazioni di cui hai bisogno, la stanza è molto spaziosa e la vista è bella soprattutto la sera, molto facile da raggiungere al centro di Brisbane, si consiglia di rimanere qui se sei

The hotel’s location is great, but we had a few inconveniences.
irst, the room phone wasn’t working. I informed the front desk, and they said it would be repaired, but it never was. Then, the alarm went off in the middle of the night, and we were told it was just a test. Testing in the middle of the night was very inconvenient. We couldn’t get back to sleep afterward.

PPippa-louisePlace is amazing clean , fresh and of high standard .
But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to
Card then said she would come out and make sure it worked as I said the night before man had to come

Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues
Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room

UUtente ospiteHad to wait while one of our 2 rooms was made up but the room that was supposed to have been made up had only had the beds done. Toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, toilet unscrubbed, no face washers, hand towel or bath mat though there were fresh towels on the beds.
The kitchen hadn't been done as there was no dish cloth or liquid for cleaning only 2 tea cups, no mugs and the fridge contained half eaten yoghurt, a full bag of grapes and a 1/4 of rotten watermelon its juices all crusted under it.
The well frosted freezer contained a partially eaten iceblock frosted into the freezer, obviously it had been there long enough to be frosted to it.
The kitchen had not been stocked with tea coffee sugar or most importantly for me milk (being a little fussy I bring my own tea and coffee)
I have doubts about if it was vaccumed due to the pills as several other items on the carpet. I mention the pills as we had young children with us.
The aircon remote had no batteries or back to it but we just swopped out the batteries for the T.V. remote
The cleaner sent to remedy this politely made it clear that she wasn't the one who'd made up the room. She cleaned the mirror restocked the face washers, hand towel and bath mat, removed the food from the fridge and freezer and upon request gave me a cloth for me to scrub off the crusted watermelon juice.
The beds were clean (I checked) with fresh sheets and comfortable. They were clear that they expected courtesy to others by not making alot of noise late at night or slamming doors. The pool area could have been cleaned. I don't know where the dirt came from but it was there when we arrived and still there when we left. The lobby chairs I wouldn't sit in, needed a good scrub with soap and water.
They unlocked the freezer at the Cafe late one night for us to buy ice cream. The staff were helpful and polite. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming.

CChih minWe stayed in the hotel for three days（7/7-7/10）. On the first day, no one came to clean the room. We thought we needed to notify the service counter to arrange cleaning. On the second day, we used the ”cleaning notification” button on the phone in the morning, but no one came to clean the next day. On the third day, we reported it to the service counter in the morning, and they said they would arrange for a cleaning staff. As a result, when we returned to the room on the third night, we found that it was still not cleaned (this was the first time we were deceived). So we called the service counter again, hoping that at least they could change the bath towels for us to use. The service counter staff replied that they would ask someone to bring us clean bath towels, but they did not keep their promise in the end. We were deceived again.

UUtente ospiteExcellent location. Room was spacious. A pillow case had mildew stains on. I’m not sure how a tall person would be able to shower in the bathtub.🤔. I guess food warming would have been provided for if we contacted room service.
All in all we loved it. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff there also.

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.

UUtente anonimoI was mostly happy with the resort. There were some things missing like more food options (only two restaurants) and small luxuries like a sauna for example. It’s also hard to rate the staff as you had some incredibly helpful staff and then some real depressing ones that were just rude. The only other thing that was a bit of a shock was that the beaches were just full of dead coral and no sand. I hadn’t been to one of the islands in the Whitsundays so I was surprised to see that. The photos of the resort did not show this so it would have been nice to know so it didn’t lead to disappointment. Some positives though is that the resort was beautifully designed and they offered a lot of free water activities like kayaking for example. The buffet breakfast was also really nice.

UUtente ospiteIl check-in era buono, il parcheggio era abbastanza facile, ma la stanza non era in buona forma, ma aveva avuto 20 anni di scuola e non aveva avuto nessuna visita. C'era un'immagine di pellicola, chips, crack, carpette impurità, oggetti in camera non mantenuti.L'orologio era casuale, non ho controllato se la TV funzionava, ma non importava, non stavo in camera per guardarlo.
I letti erano molto puliti, e mi sono alleviato di vedere.
Il colazione nella sala da pranzo era molto bello, era la grazia di salvare.
Non rimarrò in questo mantra:(

UUtente ospiteLa posizione è meravigliosa .. corta passeggiata per surf paradiso e Skypoint è proprio vicino alla porta. Facile da arrivare dall'aeroporto come la fermata del tram è proprio vicino al Skypoint. Molte scelte di caffè e ristorante. Non ha usato la piscina o lo sportello. Il rumore può essere sentito dalla stanza, perché le pareti sono sottili. Una semplice verifica in .. il personale non ha consigliato molto sulle strutture del resort e abbiamo trovato la base di password wifi sul tappeto sulla parete della cucina. Il nostro balcone appartiene alla piscina che è bello.
