Overal is ok, had a small issue with the toilet and the fixed it same day. Close to the city and stations. Didnt use the pool or anuthyg like that but saw them. will consider it to come back. the recepcionists (Natalia helped us with the toilet issue) and more of them were friendly and helpful.

Love the room with the lake view. Cooking stove, refrigerator and kettle are provided. Good cooking pan to cook the steak. The amenities such as the pool is nice at night. However, the wifi does not work well. Happy with the stay.
Grande hotel e posizione. Ha tutto quello che ti serve a piedi. Bar di ristoranti e ****** solo a piedi. Piscina era bella. Più ristoranti e Pac Fair centro commerciale, proprio lungo la strada. 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo persino camminato a Draculas Cabaret per qualche intrattenimento serale una notte. Il personale era amichevole e utile e tutto era pulito. Rimarrei qui di nuovo. L'unico lato inferiore doveva pagare un'ulteriore per il parcheggio. E '20 dollari al giorno.
Abbiamo appena soggiornato la notte con l'hotel Diana mentre avevo un intervento chirurgico oculare e doveva tornare il giorno dopo a vedere il dottore come siamo venuti da Toowoomba. Solo 3 minuti di auto dall'occhio. La nostra stanza era molto bello. Pulizia tutto molto bene.

L'hotel è nella media, con un'ottima posizione e pulizia. I servizi sembrano ben tenuti. La reception si trova su un lato, mentre l'altro lato è vicino alla laguna e ospita un bar.
Gli svantaggi sono che Cairns è una piccola città e gli hotel non sono economici, offrendo generalmente un rapporto qualità-prezzo basso. Inoltre, per raggiungere la stanza Flynn bisogna percorrere un corridoio al secondo piano e poi scendere al piano successivo dalla reception, il che è un po' scomodo.

But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to
Card then said she would come out and make sure it worked as I said the night before man had to come
And make sure carry worked she forgot card for

Went back into get then came out .. followed me down then gave me a card .. I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues

Ottimo ubicazione e servizio eccellente.Ritorno alla questione della luce della camera di asciugamani e di terra. Entro un'ora, due gentiluomini si alzino per controllare la situazione e ottenere il cambiamento della camera di asciugamani. Amazing 😇

Abbiamo avuto un grande viaggio d'anniversario qui, un sacco di tempo sulla sala Ocean View. Il tempo era molto basso, tuttavia, e non molto acqua può essere vista. Uno degli altri hotel dalla piattaforma principale, ma un grande passo! Bello servizio
Great location and secure no need at ease breakfast is yum coffee is hot can sit back and relax and enjoy the weekend and they have it covered the rest of your stay .

Best part I loved was the balcony room 1502 pretty sure because this is right in the 0ath of fresh air .
And room service quick and affordable.

La posizione è un po 'distante - ci vuole un buon 15 minuti a piedi, probabilmente ovunque nel centro della città di Cairns. UUtente ospiteNon lasciatevi ingannare dalla splendida hall. Le camere sono vecchie ma pulite, c'è un odore strano, probabilmente dovuto a tutta questa umidità. Il problema che ho avuto è che la corrente elettrica nella stanza in cui mi hanno dato continuava a saltare. È saltata durante la notte e alle 5 del mattino sono sceso perché non potevo chiamare nessuno, la stanza era umida e calda. Un operaio è venuto e ha fatto scattare un interruttore, a quanto pare solo nella mia stanza 1301. Tutto bene. Poi è saltata di nuovo mentre facevo la doccia, sono inciampato uscendo e sono scivolato sulle piastrelle bagnate. Il personale è stato meraviglioso e mi ha cambiato camera. Darei 5 stelle al servizio, ma penso che il servizio dovrebbe includere aria condizionata e illuminazione. Sicuramente i proprietari hanno bisogno di manutenzione e riparazioni.

We had an amazing stay at Meriton Surfers Paradise! The ocean view room was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound and sight of the waves was unforgettable. The apartment was modern, spacious, and came with excellent amenities, including a washer and dryer which made our stay so convenient.
The facilities were top-notch, and everything felt clean and well-maintained. The only thing to note is that the car park entrance is quite steep and a little intimidating at first, but once you get used to it, it’s manageable. Overall, it didn’t take away from the wonderful experience. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the Gold Coast!
UUtente ospiteThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.
