Australia: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Queensland

Bellissimi camere e bellissimi servizi, tutti erano assolutamente gentili e anche andarono fuori dal loro modo per mettere le mie borse nella mia stanza quando ero in ritardo per lavorare. Il fatto che abbiano una macchina del caffè complimentare che di fatto sa di grande è raro!

We didn't expect our stay to be in such a wonderful setting. With tennis court, fantastic pools area with gym etc. we were on the 2nd floor with Riverview WOW. THE resort is totally central to all. Also the cost factor unbelievable not your normal Surfer Paradise $$$$$. Totally recommend

First time staying at SeaWorld Resort. We were here to celebrate our son turning 10 yesterday and we all had a fantastic time whilst staying here the past two nights. Theme park stay access is a must we loved our time at both SeaWorld and Movie World. Would highly recommend to other families with young children, plenty of fun to be had around the pool and splash park at the resort.

Service was great however room was quite dated, carpets and cabinets are old. Did not use gym facilities as it seems like it is beside a loud generator so it was noisy and in a small underground room. Parking on site was easy, $20 overnight. Room with minimal ocean view at level 9.

This is the second time I stayed with Dorsett, the last time is in February 2025, I had a great experience so I returned. This time I have to move my room 3 times. The first room due to no hot water on the tap, the second one due to the shower head hose burst with leaking spray, the manager was very apologetic for the repeated inconvenience and upgraded us to a executive room with complimentary breakfast. While I am a bit annoyed with the repeated moving, I am impressed with the manager's gesture for keeping customers happy. The another thing I like the hotel to improve is to keep the outdoor pool may be two degrees warmer so that hotel guests can still enjoy the beautiful pool in winter, especially the spa area.

Resort was beautiful. Clean room and facilities. Lovely staff/receptionist. Comfortable beds. Loved staying there. Will definitely stay again. Thank you 🙂

Beautiful view from room, lobby staff all looking sharp, service effective most of time, keen to solve problem when you bring the problem to their face. Yet first resort/hotel I encountered that seemingly outsourced their phone service to somewhere else, every time I call, in room or outside, I would be told a “case” would be lodged in the system and passed to other staff who didn’t actually show up to fix the problem. In the very contrary if you go to the lobby and talk to the sharp looking folks there they get you problem solved/question answered right away. Odd.

L'hotel sembra nuovo e si trova in una posizione molto comoda. È molto vicino al molo della Grande Barriera Corallina, a soli sette minuti a piedi, e la camera offre una vista sull'oceano. Accanto c'è un delizioso ristorante vietnamita che serve pho e c'è un mercato notturno proprio accanto. Il problema principale di questo hotel è il forte odore di muffa, che si nota immediatamente fin dal momento in cui si entra nella hall. Sebbene il servizio fosse eccellente, la camera che ci è stata assegnata inizialmente era estremamente stantia e senza finestre. Dopo averlo segnalato alla reception, la signora ci ha immediatamente cambiato camera e ci ha offerto gratuitamente un upgrade a una con balcone. La nuova camera aveva ancora un odore di muffa, ma la situazione era notevolmente migliorata grazie alla ventilazione. Per motivi di salute, non consiglierei più questo hotel.

1. Arrived at 2:30pm but room not ready until 3pm. Thought it might be late checkout service but I was asked to check out before 11am at the latest. 2. No rubber mat in bathroom but with a safety notice to use rubber mat in case of slippery. And shower either too hot or not hot at all. 3. Cleaner entered the room to clean at 9:30am even if I haven't checked out yet and didn't ask for it. And he was obviously not aware of how long I would stay, and I assume he should get the info before entering the room for cleaning. (He might have knocked the door before entering cuz I was at the balcony and couldn't hear anything, but that's not the point as I was not expecting the cleaning)
