India: hotel con spa nella provincia di Kerala

È a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città e si può mangiare molti negozi. Se siete puri vegetariani, andate a molti dei ristoranti Pure Veg incredibili e a prezzi accessibili vicino. Inoltre, si può trovare un sacco di scimmie all'interno del resort che è bello perché non si può trovare nessuno sulla strada. In generale, è un hotel decente ma ho prenotato tardi, quindi ho dovuto pagare un premio.

Ben mantenuto. Offre tutte le strutture di base come indicato sul sito e la cibo è piuttosto buona. Tuttavia, penso che il personale ha bisogno di una formazione più ampia, perché sembra molto disorganizzato. Il personale sta cercando di fare del proprio meglio, ma sembra che sia un problema con la gestione.

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Ieri ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno presso Holiday Inn. L'hotel era molto pulito, ben mantenuto e creava un ambiente molto confortevole. Un riferimento speciale a Sanika, che era estremamente amico e attento per tutta la mia permanenza. Il suo professionalismo e la sua approccio caldo hanno reso l'esperienza ancora migliore. Ho anche apprezzato l'eccellente follow-up dell'hotel, assicurandosi che tutto andasse bene. In generale, un soggiorno davvero piacevole e soddisfacente – altamente raccomandato!

La stanza era senza spot e confortevole, e il servizio era eccellente. Il personale mi ha fatto sentire benvenuto per tutta la mia stanza. Il colazione era delizioso con molte opzioni da scegliere. Un posto per rilassarmi, sarei felice di tornare.

Ho avuto una grande esperienza all'hotel. L'interno delle camere è molto interessante con un design antico e un letto confortevole e abbastanza spazio per giocare con i bambini. È più adatto per il soggiorno familiare. L'architettura di tutto il luogo è impressionante e tutti i dettagli sulle decorazioni, anche il libretto, il letto, le lampade, il vase. Tutti sono così buoni che volevo chiedergli dove hanno comprato tutti gli ornamenti. La piscina era piuttosto pulita. Ma volevo che ci fossero anelli di nuoto anche per i bambini. E non c'è spazio di parcheggio all'interno del complesso, ma i veicoli possono essere parcheggiati fuori dove hanno fatto spazio. Bene comportato e personale amichevole non c'era niente da denunciare.

I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in.  They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!
