India: hotel con spa nella provincia di Kerala

I had a wonderful stay at Inda Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were well-maintained, neat, and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend

L'hotel Coast View si sentiva un po' datato, ma era in generale pulito. La TV non funzionava, ma era immediatamente riparata. Il buffet e il ristorante erano deliziosi, e il personale era molto utile. Purtroppo, non ho ricevuto una dichiarazione dettagliata del mio pagamento con carta di credito al checkout. Nonostante molte richieste di posta elettronica da quando sono tornato a casa, non ho ricevuto una dichiarazione dettagliata dell'importo totale, quindi sono confusa con ciò che è stato caricato nella mia stanza e quanto.Può mettere questo messaggio in una posta elettronica il più presto possibile?

Nice hospitality, overall very good service. Very near to airport therefore it’s very convenient. Food also good

always a good place to stay... staff are well trained with excellent services the only thing that might to improve is their morning breakfast might be good to have more intercontinental choices instead of 90% of south kerala food... can always go to YouTube and check it out some of the good Asians and intercontinental food.

從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

Buona posizione e un ambiente pulito per stare con la famiglia. Il sapore alimentare non è grande e costoso

OVerall a lovely hotel and super nice staff at reception. Rooms are very spacious and nice comfy beds. Slight communication error when we asked for a tuk tuk and he took us to somewhere we hadn't asked & good job I has my google maps to recognise we were headed to wrong place! Pool is lovely for a swim and nice to have complimentary drinks at 430pm too with a little snack, the games area upstairs was fun too but just very hot up there.

Mi piaceva tutto molto) il colazione era scarso per l'Europa, ma in generale c'era qualcosa da mangiare) le camere sono fredde, e la spiaggia privata è solo una partenza. Personale 1000/10, alla notte mi ha aiutato a chiamare un taxi all'aeroporto! In generale - per il suo prezzo è meglio non trovare, tutti raccomanda)

Honestamente. Questo è stato il miglior hotel in cui sono rimasto per anni. La gestione e tutto il personale erano sorprendenti. Super pulito. Super aggiornato. Lo amo. Bella palestra. Buona cena

Petals is a beautiful, well-maintained resort located close to the main road near Thariode and I would highly recommend it for multiple reasons. We were there for 3 nights and the staff were helpful and polite. The food was too good and varied. We chose the heritage room and it was clean, loaded with all amenities and had great views of the valley. The resort has a great pool, game rooms, spa and a badminton court. All in all a perfect stay and would love to come again.
