Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e mia figlia, ma nel complesso il mio soggiorno era perfetto, ma vorrei sottolineare poche cose che possono essere migliorate. Il servizio del ristorante è lento, le opzioni alimentari sono grandi, ci sono state molte varietà o nel buffet abbiamo sempre avuto l'opzione di ordinare dal menu Ala carte. Era bellissima, appena entrammo nel ristorante, ci aspettava con un sorriso sul viso. Purezza La pulizia della stanza è stata effettuata ogni mattina quando andiamo a colazione.Il nostro puliziatore di stanza, il signor Afazzudhin, era l'accento. Ha sempre assicurato che la nostra stanza sia pulita prima di tornare dal colazione. E' un amichevole e molto professionale che darei 5 stelle per la pulizia. Hassan & Family

Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di rimanere a [Dimora kozhikode], e posso dire che era un'esperienza inoltrabile. Dalla mia partenza, il personale mi ha fatto sentire come un VIP con il loro caldo e attento servizio. Il lobby era incredibile, con una decorazione lussuosa e un’atmosfera tranquilla che ha posto il tono per tutta la permanenza.

One of the best hotel options that is very close to the airport with good eating options both within and outside the premises. Well appointed rooms, a great check in experience and was delighted by the service gesture the offered in terms of room upgrade and late checkout options. Has a good restaurant with delicious Chinese cuisine that I tried out. It's going through some renovation but that's not having a lot of impact on one's stay here. Overall a pleasant stay except the fact that I left behind an expensive chocolate in the room mini fridge and could not get it back when I enquired for it the same day.

It was good experience to stay in no-ah sky, the staff there in the hotel is very responsive and calm.

Questo è un ottimo hotel e un grande valore per soldi. Le camere erano senza posti e letti estremamente comodi. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Il colazione era meraviglioso con molte scelte. Sicuramente consigliere di soggiornare a Vivanta a Cochin.

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded .. even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room .. i was thrown into a deep end corner room with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

L'ho prenotato per un amico, l'hotel ha una bella vista e anche il personale è molto buono. La camera è pulita e ordinata e molto spaziosa. Anche la vista dalla finestra è incredibile. Consiglio di soggiornare.

Food and location are definitely the plus points of the hotel which made me return for a second time. Overall everything is up to the mark except for lack of smiles on front office staff. Maybe they are working under stress！

Mi piaceva tutto molto) il colazione era scarso per l'Europa, ma in generale c'era qualcosa da mangiare) le camere sono fredde, e la spiaggia privata è solo una partenza. Personale 1000/10, alla notte mi ha aiutato a chiamare un taxi all'aeroporto! In generale - per il suo prezzo è meglio non trovare, tutti raccomanda)

La posizione è buona e l'hotel è semplicemente buono. È necessario un certo rinominamento intorno al percorso che conduce alla spiaggia. ***y optare per questa posizione per un facile accesso alle spiagge, se non mantenuto, porterà dellusione. Il SPA non è per la speranza e la manutenzione del Spa è molto cattiva. La cibo è superiore alla media. Il buffet è buono ma manca la varietà per coloro che rimangono più a lungo. In generale è stata una buona esperienza. Il signor Babu è un buon amico, dovrebbe essere premiato per il suo bel servizio. In generale, il personale dell'hotel è gentile e ben noto e ascolta le nostre preoccupazioni.

The location was excellent. The rooms are quite OK although would have expected much more cleanliness for a 4 star hotel. The fragrant smell was too strong. I booked hotel for few hours stay although I paid for a day. The main purpose was to take rest and have some sleep before my long flight Unfortunately I couldn't get sleep because of an ongoing renovation work and disturbed my sleep. Although the receptionist agreed to stop the work but it was too late. Rest all is OK. Just check whether they are doing renovation work before you book

Dimora hotel is just opposite to trivandrum central railway station. We found ourselves comfortable throughout our stay. Restaurants serves healthy and tasty foods.

The Leela, Kovalam is an amazing hotel, which my 11 year old son and I would highly recommend! It is on a cliff top overlooking the Arabian Sea. We upgraded to Club Room, which provides you with access to The Cafe, a restaurant serving Club members complimentary breakfast 7-10:30am and High Tea 5-6pm and additional a La carts chargeable lunch and dinner. The Club room is exceptional, with a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the Arabian Sea, King bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding, fantastic walk in shower, sink and toilet, with all the toiletries. Rooms are cleaned well and the food is wonderful. We ate everything safely with no upset stomached here and the staff were wonderful! We would happily return!
