This place is absolutely amazing! If you're planning to take the City Sightseeing bus in Cape Town, you must stay here—there's a stop right in front! The location is spotless, with a stunning ocean view in front and Lion’s Head right behind you. Personally, the breakfast here was outstanding. It gave me a sense of peace and comfort that even luxury hotels rarely provide. If I get the chance to return, I’d love to stay for over a month!

The Reception asks to fill a form adding your full card details go be paid on 10 days which is risky to.leave your credit card details in a form and waiting. That shoukd be nade at once tobyour card through a card machine.

Il soggiorno era brillante .... Non posso lamentarmi di niente ... Amichevole personale e grande servizio dal momento in cui cammini fino al momento in cui lascia ..... La disponibilità del personale che è nelle stanze per aiutarti è grande ... Non che sia mai venuto a questo punto ... Dove doveva contattarli tardi nite ... Servizio brillante che è certamente il mio nuovo punto di uscita da casa.

The stay was amazing. Excellent service.

We booked the same room again on the 25th. Then we requested to check out at 1pm. We didn’t hear anything from no one. This morning at 10am there was knocking on our door. The lady said its time to check out. I said mo cause we requested to check out at 1pm. She went ahead and said there are extra fees and she will ask the front desk. 5min later knocked again on the door. Says no we cant stay and have to check out at 11am(note this was at 10:20am) when she told me, I went ahead and told her this is on them and we requested to leave later. She left, next minute, a man came back. All arrogant. Told me why didn’t I pack up my bags the previous night. Also said that if I dont leave cleaners will come. I said its okah they can come but I might still be busy packing up. He said if thats the case they can help me put my stuff outside. I told him I dont like the tone he is using and being aggressive. He said hr not aggressive but he definitely was and threatened me with security that will escort me out. He left and came back(note I was in my towel) he said he left me in my towel and I am still the same( note I took a shower, busy packing up stuff in the room as we came from abroad and had a lot of baggage) he said he is calling security. Then my husband came out of the room and told him why he using that tone with me and he been listening to him the whole time! This man immediately changed his whole tune when he saw my husband. So inappropriate! And disrespectful! Will definitely will not be staying here again.

Questa è la seconda volta che ho bisogno di prenotare con voi ragazzi, ma questa volta è stata terribile! Le luci nella stanza non funzionavano, l’oscuro era a metà strada e non era chiuso, il che significava dover sedersi nel buio perché un altro può vederlo. Sono sceso e ho parlato con il ricevitore (maschio) e ha detto che dovevo aspettare nella mia stanza e qualcuno sarebbe venuto a aiutare, ma nessuno è venuto. Mi piace prenotare in questo posto, ma l'esperienza recente mi farà pensare due volte.

Ho dovuto soggiornare in questo hotel per 2 settimane a causa dello sciopero. È stato fantastico. Il servizio è stato adorabile da parte delle signore alla reception (specialmente quella con i dreadlocks), mi dispiace di aver dimenticato il suo nome. I ragazzi che parcheggiano le auto degli ospiti sono sempre stati cordiali, accoglienti e disponibili. Ci tornerei sicuramente. La palestra è stata il mio punto forte.

Perfect location amongst some great bars and restaurants. Always felt safe and secure in the hotel. Quirky decor and comfortable bed at a great price.
