Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Hyōgo, Giappone

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Located very convenient places where there's many shops and eateries nearby. The room and beds are big enough for 3 of us. And I love their toilet as it's big and separated the shower and bathtub . Will definitely stay this hotel again if visit Kobe.

Perfect quiet onsen resort to unwind and relax. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight and buffet breakfast offered a great variety. Onsen is not too big, not crowded during our stay but probably will if it gets busy. The room was a decent size with good air conditioning and being away from the busy streets made for a peaceful stay. The only downside was the bathtub leaked whenever we showered. Free parking is available, though it’s located underneath the property so it’s best to drop off your bags first if you have a lot of luggage.

This is our second time at this hotel. It's a wonderful place with stunning views, a delicious restaurant on the top floor to have breakfast at, located right next to a major train station, and very comfortable rooms with nice amenities. The staff are very attentive and helpful as always. We had a large group and had a misunderstanding regarding the amount of beds in each room, but we made do since it's what was available and we were only there for a night. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Kobe.

La nostra famiglia ha soggiornato al primo piano (il che è stato davvero bello!). Non abbiamo dovuto salire le scale perché le nostre borse sono grandi e ce ne sono molte. Inclusi i bambini piccoli) Nella stanza c'è un onsen privato in cui immergersi. Anche l'hotel ha un onsen in cui immergersi (insieme ad altre persone dell'hotel). Il personale che si è preso cura della nostra stanza si chiamava Datto/Natto (non ricordo il suo nome, dovrebbe essere qualcosa del genere) e si è preso molta cura di noi. Ma dovrebbe essere un loro dovere, ahah. Vieni a servirci il cibo in camera e a prepararci il letto per dormire. E consiglia anche i luoghi in cui fare bagni termali. Il cibo era ok... Abbiamo scritto una richiesta dicendo che non mangiamo carne. La struttura ci ha poi preparato una cena enorme a base di granchio. (Più di quanto si vede nella foto. Poiché viene servito ininterrottamente, non riesco a finirlo tutto 5555) Nel complesso è buono. Lo consiglio, il prezzo è un po' alto, ma ne vale la pena per il servizio e l'alloggio 👍🏻

The ideal hotel experience… really I feel like a princess! Everything is so nice and well thought out, even in the economy room, there are nightgowns and slippers and even a shoe shine kit, they even provide a 3-type charger in the room. The beds are perfectly comfortable. The bath is so deep and relaxing, and the shampoo and conditioner are really nice quality! There are even vending and ice machines on every floor, I recommend to pair a cold drink with your bath. The view looks onto the Flower Road and it’s very nice. The breakfast is amazing, everything is delicious and very well thought out. The omelet cooked by hand and the cake of the day were the highlights, there is also a very nice salad bar. I recommend the rose hip tea to pair with your breakfast, it’s refreshing and doesn’t have too much sugar. The hotel is also only 2 minutes walk from the Takarazuka Grand Stage, we were able to have a relaxing breakfast, leave our luggage in the lockers near reception, and then stroll over for the 11am performance.

Abbiamo avuto un grande soggiorno di 1 notte in questo hotel! Questa è stata una bella esperienza! Anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte qui, perché questo era destinato a essere un fermo di notte tra le città durante il nostro viaggio stradale, questo ci ha lasciato un'impressione così buona che vorremmo tornare ad Akashi solo per rimanere in questo hotel. La stanza era super spaziosa e ben progettata, con un enorme tubo caldo jacuzzi, e da quando abbiamo preso la stanza di vista oceanica, la vista che guardava l'oceano e il ponte era solo respirare 👌 Il colazione era proprio giusto, e hanno accolto completamente le mie richieste di pasto e hanno ottenuto un buon risultato ... Qui 5 stelle e vorrei tornare!

Cleanliness: Rooms and common spaces were generally clean except for our cupboard with some mould, probably from other guests hanging wet towels inside. Location: Great location overlooking Arimaonsen, great for those who prefer a quiet environment. It is far from the town centre but shuttle bus down/up is available by calling the hotel or enquiring at their reception. Service: Friendly reception and cleaning staff, who are able to converse in English. Amenities: Public Bath - There is NO SHOWER in the rooms, guests must use the public bath. Onsen/Cold Pool/Sauna - Onsen (normal, jacuzzi and could be hotter and Sauna was fixed at 96°C. Arcade - Machines not maintained well, but there is table tennis for 600yen/30mins and a mahjong room. Swimming Pool - Closes early at 7pm so did not try it. Arima Inari Shrine beside the hotel was unfortunately burnt down but the view at the top is quite nice.
