L'hotel è nuovo e moderno, spazio con bagno separato e doccia che è buono in Giappone. Buono sonido. Crema free da 8 a 10pm. Bello caffè disponibile al lobby. Tutto è buono tranne il personale non molto amichevole.

About 15 mins’ walk from Shin Kobe JR. 10 mins’ walk to Sanomiya. Location was ok. The room was not too small. Clean environment, coffee machine and amenities available at lobby. Had problems with room WiFi the first night. Front desk didn’t have solution upon my phone inquiry. After reporting to CTrip, hours later, a Chinese speaking staff came to my door to help me. And problem solved. The next day, hotel sent a note asking for my feedback on the issue. Which was a professional and nice gesture. Breakfast was a chain fast food connected to the lobby. Front desk staff can communicate in English. Overall, good experience with this price. 离新神户JR站步行约二十分钟；三宫约十分钟，附近貌似没有地铁站；经济型酒店，房间不算很小，有浴缸； 首晚，下午发现房间Wi-Fi用不了；电话前台只会Sorry；跟携程说了后，晚上有中国员工上门，解决了问题；第二天，酒店还询问反馈；这点还是服务不错，毕竟是喜来登旗下，还是更专业；不像京都的Tokyu Stay Sanjo Karasuma三条乌丸，酒店设施有问题，装没事的。 设施一般，该有的都有；一楼有洗浴用品，调味包大小的一次性牙膏很方便；早晨就是大堂旁边的松屋，要另外买； 前台员工英语可以交流；第一天接待我的眼镜大叔，动作有一点慢，慢慢跟他说还是可以的。整体体验还不错，毕竟价格不贵。

Stanza molto bella con tutto quello che serviva. Il personale é stato molto gentile. La pulizia potrebbe essere migliorata,ma solo se si vuole trovare un piccolo neo. Letti e cuscini meravigliosi.la Posizione é ottima..vicino a tutti i punti d’interesse. Con una passeggiata ( circa 15 minuti) si arriva alla stazione dei treni.. ci tornerò e lo consiglierò

Perfect quiet onsen resort to unwind and relax. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight and buffet breakfast offered a great variety. Onsen is not too big, not crowded during our stay but probably will if it gets busy. The room was a decent size with good air conditioning and being away from the busy streets made for a peaceful stay. The only downside was the bathtub leaked whenever we showered. Free parking is available, though it’s located underneath the property so it’s best to drop off your bags first if you have a lot of luggage.

I stayed solo at Remm Plus Kobe Sannomiya and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and attentive from check-in to checkout. My room was clean and well-appointed, and the massage chair was a fantastic bonus — it worked perfectly and helped me unwind after long days. I also appreciated the welcome chocolate they left for me; such a nice thoughtful touch. Everything met my expectations, and I was satisfied with my stay.

La prima volta che mi sono immerso in un onsen e ho dormito in un ryokan. Molto colpito dal servizio dell'hotel... Abbiamo viaggiato in treno. Il personale che si è preso cura della nostra stanza si chiamava Datto/Natto (non ricordo il suo nome, dovrebbe essere qualcosa del genere) e si è preso molta cura di noi. Ma dovrebbe essere un loro dovere, ahah. Vieni a servirci il cibo in camera e a prepararci il letto per dormire. E consiglia anche i luoghi in cui fare bagni termali. Il cibo era ok... Abbiamo scritto una richiesta dicendo che non mangiamo carne. La struttura ci ha poi preparato una cena enorme a base di granchio. (Più di quanto si vede nella foto. Poiché viene servito ininterrottamente, non riesco a finirlo tutto 5555) Nel complesso è buono. Lo consiglio, il prezzo è un po' alto, ma ne vale la pena per il servizio e l'alloggio 👍🏻

The ideal hotel experience… really I feel like a princess! Everything is so nice and well thought out, even in the economy room, there are nightgowns and slippers and even a shoe shine kit, they even provide a 3-type charger in the room. The beds are perfectly comfortable. The bath is so deep and relaxing, and the shampoo and conditioner are really nice quality! There are even vending and ice machines on every floor, I recommend to pair a cold drink with your bath. The view looks onto the Flower Road and it’s very nice. The breakfast is amazing, everything is delicious and very well thought out. The omelet cooked by hand and the cake of the day were the highlights, there is also a very nice salad bar. I recommend the rose hip tea to pair with your breakfast, it’s refreshing and doesn’t have too much sugar. The hotel is also only 2 minutes walk from the Takarazuka Grand Stage, we were able to have a relaxing breakfast, leave our luggage in the lockers near reception, and then stroll over for the 11am performance.

Abbiamo avuto un grande soggiorno di 1 notte in questo hotel! Questa è stata una bella esperienza! Anche se abbiamo trascorso solo una notte qui, perché questo era destinato a essere un fermo di notte tra le città durante il nostro viaggio stradale, questo ci ha lasciato un'impressione così buona che vorremmo tornare ad Akashi solo per rimanere in questo hotel. Qui 5 stelle e vorrei tornare!

quite disappointed with this hotel facility. the bed is aged and the facilities are old.the beds made me back pain as well...however, the staffs are super friendly and nice. the location of the hotel needs a bit walk to the downtown. with a high slope. but they do offer shuttle bus which is a good thing.
