Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Hyōgo, Giappone

The Location of hotel is very near to Ikuta Shrine and the nightlife of Kitanocho, where is within easy walking distance. The room is clean but too tiny. the bathroom also provided the bathtub. Breakfast is good but not much of choices. Overall, it's good hotel.

I found the rooms surprisingly spacious and comfortable for Japan, easily accommodating my needs with great lighting and bedding. I was impressed by the excellent cleanliness and appreciated the professional, English-speaking staff who helped me with local tips and luggage. While I enjoyed the convenient facilities like the private bath areas and free amenities, I did notice some areas where the hotel could update older fixtures or be more consistent with daily maintenance.

It is the only hotel near this station so it is convenient. There was a bit of mold in the air purifying water tank and the carpet was very stained. The hotel room itself was clean and the front desk staff was pleasant. There was no one in the entrance of the breakfast hall, received no explanation how to use it either, nothing major but worth noting.

Hotel service was good. Dinner and breakfast was provided as part of the stay. Food was good for the stay since there are not much options for food at Arima. Most shops are closed by afternoon. Though the hotel is old but it’s renovated (except for the old wooden cupboard) which made the stay more pleasant. Onsen is indoor and small so will need to go at hours with lesser people.

I stayed solo at Remm Plus Kobe Sannomiya and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and attentive from check-in to checkout. My room was clean and well-appointed, and the massage chair was a fantastic bonus — it worked perfectly and helped me unwind after long days. I also appreciated the welcome chocolate they left for me; such a nice thoughtful touch. Everything met my expectations, and I was satisfied with my stay.

Ma dovrebbe essere un loro dovere, ahah. Vieni a servirci il cibo in camera e a prepararci il letto per dormire. E consiglia anche i luoghi in cui fare bagni termali. Il cibo era ok... Abbiamo scritto una richiesta dicendo che non mangiamo carne. La struttura ci ha poi preparato una cena enorme a base di granchio. (Più di quanto si vede nella foto. Poiché viene servito ininterrottamente, non riesco a finirlo tutto 5555) Nel complesso è buono. Lo consiglio, il prezzo è un po' alto, ma ne vale la pena per il servizio e l'alloggio 👍🏻

We were assigned the room by the river, the view made a big difference, otherwise the rooms were very small. I think that have the nicest hair dryer that I have ever seen at any other hotels.

В номерах есть туалет, но нет душа. Онсен (и души) — на третьем этаже — горячий бассейн (серебряный и золотой источник), бассейн с гидромассажем, холодный бассейн, сауна. Классно!
