Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Hyōgo, Giappone

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Located very convenient places where there's many shops and eateries nearby. The room and beds are big enough for 3 of us. And I love their toilet as it's big and separated the shower and bathtub . Will definitely stay this hotel again if visit Kobe.

Circa 15 min’ walk from Shin Kobe JR. 10 min’ walk to Sanomiya. Location was ok. The room was not too small. Clean environment, coffee machine and facilities available at lobby. Perfect quiet onsen resort to unwind and relax. The kaiseki dinner was a highlight and buffet breakfast offered a great variety. Onsen is not too big, not crowded during our stay but probably will if it gets busy. The room was a decent size with good air conditioning and being away from the busy streets made for a peaceful stay. The only downside was the bathtub leaked whenever we showered. Free parking is available, though it’s located underneath the property so it’s best to drop off your bags first if you have a lot of luggage.

This is our second time at this hotel. It's a wonderful place with stunning views, a delicious restaurant on the top floor to have breakfast at, located right next to a major train station, and very comfortable rooms with nice amenities. The staff are very attentive and helpful as always. We had a large group and had a misunderstanding regarding the amount of beds in each room, but we made do since it's what was available and we were only there for a night. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Kobe.

Il personale che si è preso cura della nostra stanza si chiamava Datto/Natto (non ricordo il suo nome, dovrebbe essere qualcosa del genere) e si è preso molta cura di noi. Ma dovrebbe essere un loro dovere, ahah. Vieni a servirci il cibo in camera e a prepararci il letto per dormire. E consiglia anche i luoghi in cui fare bagni termali. Il cibo era ok... Abbiamo scritto una richiesta dicendo che non mangiamo carne. La struttura ci ha poi preparato una cena enorme a base di granchio. (Più di quanto si vede nella foto. Poiché viene servito ininterrottamente, non riesco a finirlo tutto 5555) Nel complesso è buono. Lo consiglio, il prezzo è un po' alto, ma ne vale la pena per il servizio e l'alloggio 👍🏻

We were assigned the room by the river, the view made a big difference, otherwise the rooms were very small. I think that have the nicest hair dryer that I have ever seen at any other hotels.
