Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Hyōgo, Giappone

I found the rooms surprisingly spacious and comfortable for Japan, easily accommodating my needs with great lighting and bedding. I was impressed by the excellent cleanliness and appreciated the professional, English-speaking staff who helped me with local tips and luggage. While I enjoyed the convenient facilities like the private bath areas and free amenities, I did notice some areas where the hotel could update older fixtures or be more consistent with daily maintenance.

Stayed here 2 days before my Kobe cruise and it was good enough to rebook for another 3 days after we returned. The hotel is quiet new and located on top of the sannomiya station, giving underground access to most trains and shopping malls nearby. It's basically the center of Kobe. Exits are 1st floor to the street and 2nd floor to station. Reception is 17th floor. Rooms are slightly bigger than most hotels in Japan. Even number room gives you the larger massage machine but room is smaller than odd numbered rooms. These have a smaller massage chair but bigger space and faces the port terminal if you have a cruise ship waiting. They provide amenities, coffee and tea at 17th floor. Did not try the breakfast but there is a convenient store on 2nd floor of the station, near the hotel exit - lots if sandwiches and snacks here. There're hundreds of restaurants and malls underground and you'll get lost most of the time so look for entrance A1 and A2 to get back. Airport bus from kansai stops 200m away and bus to the airport departs 100m from the station. Most of the highest rated restaurants are not more than 400m from the hotel. I'll definitely stay here again.

The Location of hotel is very near to Ikuta Shrine and the nightlife of Kitanocho, where is within easy walking distance. The room is clean but too tiny. the bathroom also provided the bathtub. Breakfast is good but not much of choices. Overall, it's good hotel.

Value value value . The flex by Four points Sheraton product is a great chain in Japan - all the rest of my stays in Japan pale in comparison after staying with Flex. With the exception of a grumpy Japanese reception lady on afternoon of 1st February everyone was great. Shout out to the Cleaning staff they were fantastic, room safe , 4 great pillows for a double room single stay, filtered water on each floir and free coffee tea at lobby. 7 to 8 minutes walk to Sanomiya or Shin Kobe.. This will be my choice stay when I am in Kobe next time .

本地員工的英語差的可怕，我先去寄存行李到點再辦入住，告訴我沒到時間…… 辦好入住，發現是離電梯最近的房間……訂房時要求的：遠離電梯、安靜、無煙房，怪我沒和他們確認，衹好拖着行李再去前台換房。給的房間依然是路側，緊挨着高架，對面就是神户站，用腳趾頭都能想到有多吵。 這家酒店是老酒店翻新的，全棟電梯都不需要刷卡，女性朋友單獨住的話請一定要留意安全。這酒店翻新工程的質量衹能用呵呵描述吧，細節沒眼看。也別説什麼細節不細節的，門都不能自動關上，一定要手動再推、拉才能確保門關好。mini bar的燈光開關的燈會爆沖，晚上很扎眼。備品第二天不補充，甚至飲用水都不補充…… 員工通道兼消防逃生通道隨意敞開到夜8點，安全管理有疏漏。 洗澡水壓水温都不穩定，一會兒熱一會兒冷，一會兒水又小了…… 早餐都不想點評，比好一點的經濟酒店的還差的感覺……現做熱食檔衹有歐姆蛋……杯子個個都是水垢無窮、劃痕累累。

Hotel un po vecchiotto ma pulito e confortevole e dotato di tutti i conforts. Location imbattibile. La struttura dispone anche di un piccolo onsen.

La posizione è ottima, è vicino alla stazione, ci vogliono solo circa 3 minuti a piedi e ci vogliono solo circa 10 minuti per arrivare a Kobe Sannomiya. Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e ci vogliono solo 2-3 minuti a piedi per raggiungere un minimarket. L'illuminazione nella camera d'albergo è sufficiente e comoda. La TV è grande Tutta la camera d'albergo è nuovissima, ma c'è un po' di polvere che non è stata pulita, non so se la mia stanza non ha finestre e non posso. non vedere fuori. È un peccato~ Nel complesso è molto buono, conveniente, puoi tornarci!

Parcheggio è al contrario dell'hotel (Deb parcheggio), è necessario ottenere il biglietto di parcheggio e trasferirlo alla ricezione dell'hotel per pagamento. Più conveniente, ci sono i buchi a chiave, la città cinese è vicino, distanza passeggiabile a comprare porto. La camera è relativamente spaziosa rispetto alle camere abituali che abbiamo soggiornato in Giappone.
